Very neat. I've been thinking of making an automatic Toastmasters light like this myself, and have been scouring the Internet to see what else is out there. This is the only one I have seen that has the built-in automated timer, has lights that are bright enough to see from across a large room, and was given some thought to usability. Any plans to turn your prototype into a product?
Thanks for your comment! I can make plans and code available. But to turn it into a product would require more energy than I can muster. Maybe later this summer after I get finished with a couple of other projects.

I had not. But maybe I should develop it. I never got it past this prototype stage, it's not very pretty!
