    Now i dont care if i recover or not i want to live my life as best as i can and not fear any thing that is just in my head I accept that this is my life this is my destiny. Anxiety and ocd are a part of my life now let them be.

    Yes . The biggest problem for me is taking decisions. I am unable to take simple decisions and I think its because of uncertainty. I am starting to doing the opposite now as you said! I was unable to choose a coffee from a cafe what type what flavour what price which cafe ? etc

    Could you please cover breaking down fear of rejection due to anxiety and panic attacks infront of people, family, friends etc this is what I’m tugging with atm

    Could please cover the morphing in real event OCD. You have resolved one memory, and then it goes to the next.

      Work on your core fears instead of individual memories - in most Real Event OCD cases it's fear of being a bad person/chronic guilt and shame.

    Hi when I wore shirt near collar when it touches neck feeling is coming and iam getting anxiety iam not able to understand what I should do

      @@OCDrecoveryNick hi when I go to theatre there will be red exit light iam getting anxiety while watching that iam unable to watch movie what I need to do iam not understanding I know what my problems are but I don't know solutions one more is iam getting anxiety with normal fan sound

      ​@@Scott-z6iI don't have access to either but I have gotten waaaay better with only using the advice from this channel, haven't fully recovered yet but I at least got my life back.
