i think he does, he just doesn't own the game so he emulates
I think it stems more from the fact that 3ds capture requires a very specialized set up on the 3ds itself. It's definitely easier to just emulate, especially because you can mess with the graphics settings.

@@Anafyral666 The use of emulation in a commercial setting (which this TH-cam video is, and the original stream also was), is 100% illegal, that’s also why all smash tournaments can’t use emulators, because it’s in a commercial setting. Fact of the matter is, as long as you’re not using an emulator strictly for personal use, it’s illegal, even if you’ve bought and own the system and the game.

Bakugan is THE game. I wish I had been fully into it back when tournaments were happening, it's quite literally my favorite series.
