Alright, so you have to collect 6 pacifiers and then go to the second warpzone to start the minigame 'test your meat'. It took me quite some time until i found out what to do exactly. You play as a mini meat boy which you just have to get over the line before Larry does. So you just jump up the small walls. The important thing is that you have to do it flawlessly. Means you must be the first who crosses the line in all of the three rounds. If Larry is faster, you still have a short chance to reach it but that will not count for the trophy.

How do you properly climb to get to the line? Is it just button mashing or is there some technique i’m not getting? Because I can’t even beat diamond.

Yea i wrote it in the description. You just play as a tiny Meat Boy and have to get up as fast as you can.
