@@MaddyReactions From NYC now live in a One light town! I so feel this song. Sick unable to mow my newly diceased boyfriends lawn of the/ his house I just aquired. Hired a kid to mow it..went over to do so and it was DONE by a neighbor down the street! This is what the song is saying! I have nursed dying people for free in their homes here so they did not have to go to the hospital to die with strangers. :) This kind of news is well known in my town because they KNOW me! The city folk generally can't grasp this as they don't really know it! It is also bringing people to TH-cam to get REAL news away from the larger networks with agendas. This has totally backfired and I am loving it!!
@MaddyReactions 👋 In order to help heal this country socially and make it a better place, we need forthright voices of reason (coupled with sufficient empathy), speaking truth without fear of being punished just for having an unpopular opinion amongst their peers or an opinion that doesn't align with the establishment just for the sake of fitting in. America will continue to devolve if we let go unchallenged, the likes of the divisive, dishonest race hustlers and Cancel Culture pushers for example. Abundant freedom, tethered to justified non-overreaching restraints of secular (not Anti-religious) ethical conduct and morally responsible goals is a path that I believe can help get us there. I consider myself small "p" progressive (among many other things) meaning that I want maximum progress (which in itself is an entire big discussion) for as many sentient members of our society as reasonably possible..........irrespective of whether the ideas for that progress emanate from the farthest Right Wing or farthest Left Wing ideologues. We ought to listen to all and adopt those ideas which will most likely lead to maximizing progress for sentient life. Anyway, that's enough of my waxing poetically about this subject. Have a terrific day.
You just made this old man part of your tribe! It's about small town people that don't believe in big city nonsense, violence, and hate. Sticking together, helping your friends and neighbors.
Great reaction Maddy, All this song did was pointed out the difference between big cities and small towns. you can break nearly any law you want right now in leftist led cities,in small towns nobody is putting up that non sense whether you are law enforcement or just the average person. if anything all this cancelling did was one made the song 10x as popular and two it showed the left as the real racist considering they linked racism with this song and their was no mention of race or color in this song.
You obviously don't know the statistical facts. 8 out of the 10 largest cities in this country with the highest crime rates are ran by right wing extremists. Educate yourself before commenting. 😅Spreading misinformation helps no one.
There you go dividing America between left and right. There are mass shootings in small towns also. And Jason has worn blackface and promoted the confederate flag. People pretend their racism is patriotism. January 6th wasn't patriotism, and they attacked police.
I think the song has a great message. People in a smaller town standing up for each other and watching each others backs. I think its actually standing up against the violence in the big cities.
My Grandfather had a large farm and I remember my family driving to farm , my bother ,sister , Mother and Father and I were going to help as much as possible for it was just about planting time and there were a lot of acres to plant , since my Grandfather was bedridden we all were going to try to plant . I remember getting up about dawn to the smell of breakfast and coffee and going into the kitchen to everyone talking about want they were going to try and accomplish for the day and I remember vividly there being a rumbling , vibrating the table , I ran outside along with everyone else to see what was causing it , as far down the road as I could see were tractors , lined up , there to plow and seed which they did , I will never forget that day nor the sight of those tractors lined up ready to help my Grandfather in his time of need
this song is catchy as hell and as someone from a small town the sentiment is pretty accurate. Your reaction was entertaining and respectfully you are gorgeous.
Not a country music fan, but I LOVE this song which gives a voice to what all patriotic Americans are feeling and thinking. Kudos to Jason Aldean for having the courage to shine the light on the evil ANTIFA trying to take over our beautiful country. A black eye to the politically correct popo! Yay!
an intelligent young lady who looks as a subject objectively and not subjectively then makes an educated decision, im proud of you, the root of the song is not any controversy at all it IS about the current state our country is in, the big cities keep allowing this to continue, whilst the small town is taking none of this and will stand their ground, the controversy lies in the fact that a certain political faction dont like the truth of reality,, you earned a new sub for not listening to the masses and making your own conclusion

What do you think would happen if someone from out of town came into yours to burn down the only grocery store within 20 miles? Color would not matter. A significant attitude adjustment would be delivered by a very dedicated group of all colors. You would have no friends.
Did that happen to your town? Some dude from the big bad city came out to your remote hamlet with the sole purpose of burning down the one grocery store? Man I guess you guys showed him. Oh wait, you mean you made the whole thing up? Gtfoh
@@5koby4 The summer of love? 1967? Seriously? That's your evidence? It's hilarious to me what you non-city people think life in cities is like. I was not active in '67, but I have lived in cities that had unrest, and other than for a couple hours in very small parts of the city, the chaos of those things gets way overblown. Remember there are a million or more people we're talking about, and maybe a few hundred or a thousand gathered at these protests (or riots even). Do the math--99% of people who live in a city are not even affected by these things. One in particular that I lived through, I could see on the streets was pretty small potatoes, but the media (which you guys are always complaining about) blew it up on tv and made it look like the city was burning. Come to the city, and experience our cultural opportunities, our exchange of ideas, our liveliness, all of which is there EVERY day for just about everyone, and you'll see it's nothing like what you seem to imagine.
Exactly! You got it. Small towns are like a family. You take care of each other. America used to be like that. What the hell happened? This was not about race. Can't see why so many are offended. What's wrong with living peaceful with each other? So many people pushing hate the rest of us want to get along.
He is telling the truth. I've lived small town all of my 55 years so l know. When bad stuff happens it usually nature stuff like floods, 3 foot snow storms things like that. Our little will pull together everytime for anything.
I can't speak for the rest of small town America.....but I'll damn sure speak for mine. In my small town here in Texas, we are all about community and family. We all know each other. We all help each other. We all respect each other. We might disagree on certain issues, but we still respect each other and we will stand up for each other. We have White, Black, Indian, Hispanic, Asian, and Native residents.....let some big city troublemakers come to my small town and they would be met with a crowd of all races standing shoulder to shoulder to protect our town, our businesses, and our people. This song is the theme song for FAFO
It's a song of our times. It will always resonate because so. I just hope we can look back and say we defeated all the chaos and division and moved forward as a people and as a nation.
Anyone else notice when she said that she said the pledge of allegiance she put her left hand over her heart 😂. 3:35 Amazing song btw. One of my favorites
The difference is when you attack a random store you are not attacking some big name brand with no soul, you are attacking a person we all know. That is not some random person, that is our NEIGHBOR and ill be damned if i watch my neighbors suffer.

I was raised in Philly then moved to a small town. Everyone knows their neighbors and help when they can. We check on the elderly. We won't let Antifa come here. Most everyone is armed and a lot of people have big dogs. It makes me sick that I can't take my kids back to my home because of the 10-20 shooting in Philly every week. They have killed men, women and many children.
This beautiful young lady gets it! We’re different out here than the city folk. We have our own issues but I’ll take those over the garbage city folk do to each other everyday. I remember having events for members of our community to raise money for medical treatments and lost homes and all that. We looked out for each other. Race unimportant, character everything.
The song is great. It's standing for small town values, love of country and community. It signifies the good about America...that we won't let our communities be destroyed or ravaged by things that these larger cities let happen to them.
It's a song about how we stick together and have community. It has nothing to do with race, and it wasn't "that big" until a few perpetually angry people got upset. It's been out since May after all. We should all stick together in our communities. As Americans we are blessed to have the freedom to have community.
"Small town" is also a mental state. New York City transformed from one of the country's largest cities into a "small town" on September 11th, 2001. Never Forget. 🇺🇲
I miss the small town mentality i grew up with. Common sense, honor, being polite, and having respect appears to only be available in small towns nowadays. And its not as prevalent now as it used to be.
There is no controversy to this song. Jason is absolutely correct. Try that in my small town you won’t make it very far. They already tried to protest in my town and was met with a heavily armed citizens. Let’s just say it was a very peaceful protest. No body got hurt and no property was destroyed. People it’s time to stand up against this criminal activity going on in America.
I am happy to hear an artist expressing pride in his own community. Its a good thing. Criminals don't have this feeling. Criminals are keen to destroy what other people take a pride in.
It is an example of people looking for reasons to cry racist and insert the worst possible intentions into any word or action to push the racial agenda. Showing clips of violence in big cities is seen as promoting racial hatred.
He just tells the truth from a small town perspective. See in the small town we not only know our neighbors but we know thier family as well. The girl at the quick stop we know her mother and father etc. The city is so busy that most don't know thier neighbors names... it's just different and it won't take long for someone to find out... Great reaction have a great day!

Thank you for this reaction. This song unites us all, miserable people that want to divide started this uproar.
People who think this song is racist are actually being racist, based on their assumptions. It's pretty brilliant and says a lot about the hypocrisy of our times. No violence is suggested. Also, you have to love the "Beat It" inspired guitar solo.
AMEN!!!! This is bringing the country together!! I love it!! One country. One Huge Community; under ONE Flag!
Well said!
This has totally backfired and I am loving it!!
and now you have a new follower!:) Thank you for your work and input!
Excellent critique. 😊
Love the song.

In order to help heal this country socially and make it a better place, we need forthright voices of reason (coupled with sufficient empathy), speaking truth without fear of being punished just for having an unpopular opinion amongst their peers or an opinion that doesn't align with the establishment just for the sake of fitting in.
I grew up in a little old town one road in one road out, I could not be prouder of the values that place instilled in me
Hell with the controversy. Can we acknowledge this womans beauty!!!! Wow
LOL ☺️💖
I think the song has a great message. People in a smaller town standing up for each other and watching each others backs. I think its actually standing up against the violence in the big cities.
I never buy songs from itunes , i use streaming service but when i heard the song i bought it.
Nice!! 👏
The song is brilliant.
"If you are violent or destructive, there will be consequences."
"Noooo!! You're oppressing me, bigot!!"
Great reaction Maddy! I'm pretty sure everything shown in the video has already been broadcast by the news media.
I think so too!
Yes but the song portrayed vandalism and rioting in a negative light, that’s why the media is upset.😉
@@Parker-- Good point.
I like the “Beat It” guitar parts to this great song. About time there’s an appropriate song we can appreciate on TH-cam!
So touching! 💖
Great reaction.
Glad you enjoyed it
This message resonates in Australia too.
Lovely!
this song is catchy as hell and as someone from a small town the sentiment is pretty accurate. Your reaction was entertaining and respectfully you are gorgeous.
Thank you ☺️
@@MaddyReactions you're welcome!
Not a country music fan, but I LOVE this song which gives a voice to what all patriotic Americans are feeling and thinking. Kudos to Jason Aldean for having the courage to shine the light on the evil ANTIFA trying to take over our beautiful country. A black eye to the politically correct popo! Yay!
Hell we may want to thank CMT for crashing their company so we could all learn about this awesome anthem!!!
@@MECX3490 EVERYONE that still watches CMT need to boycott that thing, right here and now.
an intelligent young lady who looks as a subject objectively and not subjectively then makes an educated decision, im proud of you, the root of the song is not any controversy at all it IS about the current state our country is in, the big cities keep allowing this to continue, whilst the small town is taking none of this and will stand their ground, the controversy lies in the fact that a certain political faction dont like the truth of reality,, you earned a new sub for not listening to the masses and making your own conclusion
Thank you ☺️
As a rural Appalachian, I endorse this message.
American by birth, Appalachian by the grace of God, that's me.
Been watching Video's about this all day & he is singing Truth ! I gave a like because you are a Beautiful young Woman and we Southern men appreciate Beauty . I could careless about your Politics . Take care Maddy !!

Your message was very inspiring and I love the song too. The song hits home we farmed and my daddy was paralyzed due to traffic accident. Our nearest neighbors were at least 5 miles away but the whole community came out to help, they built ramp and did the farm care so mama could stay with daddy and they looked out for us. Thank you!! I would be honored to be included in your tribe.❤
I loved this song before the video came out, and it did not disappoint, God bless our country 🙏 ❤️
Thank you Maddy! And it ain’t a loose threat, it’s simple cause and effect.
At the start of the 2nd stanza when the guitar and drum come in hard... pure 🔥🔥🔥🔥!
What do you think would happen if someone from out of town came into yours to burn down the only grocery store within 20 miles? Color would not matter. A significant attitude adjustment would be delivered by a very dedicated group of all colors. You would have no friends.
This one. Right here.
Did that happen to your town? Some dude from the big bad city came out to your remote hamlet with the sole purpose of burning down the one grocery store? Man I guess you guys showed him. Oh wait, you mean you made the whole thing up? Gtfoh
@@KH-no7ph Ask the neighborhoods where riots torched its grocery stores and created a food desert. They still suffer. They sure think it's real.
@@KH-no7ph No that's just what they were doing in the cities during "the summer of love" looting stores then burning them down.
Excellent song, and people in small towns are the forgotten heroes in America.
He is telling the truth. I've lived small town all of my 55 years so l know. When bad stuff happens it usually nature stuff like floods, 3 foot snow storms things like that. Our little will pull together everytime for anything.
Well said sister! Thank you for taking time to voice your opinion!! 🇺🇸God Bless America🇺🇸

Same to you!
I had no idea who Jason Aldean was and now i can't stop listening to his music. I stand with Jason and anything patriotic 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 God Bless America
It's a song of our times. It will always resonate because so. I just hope we can look back and say we defeated all the chaos and division and moved forward as a people and as a nation.
I 100 percent support Jason and everything in this song.
You said it he's singing about the the country today. It's called freedom of expression.
Definitely
Anyone else notice when she said that she said the pledge of allegiance she put her left hand over her heart 😂. 3:35
Amazing song btw. One of my favorites
The camera is flipped LOL but that is funny. 😂
@@MaddyReactions oh that makes sense 😂
The difference is when you attack a random store you are not attacking some big name brand with no soul, you are attacking a person we all know. That is not some random person, that is our NEIGHBOR and ill be damned if i watch my neighbors suffer.

I seen that head tilt after "try that in a small town". Women absolutely fall in love with men protecting the people they love. I caught that!! 😏

Jason Aldean has the best love songs I love all his music. The best one "Night Train" listen to it!!!!
I've been thinkin' 'bout you all day, baby
Waitin' on that sun to go down
Whatcha say I pick you up after work
Slide over, we slip out to the outskirts of town
I got a blanket and a fifth of Comfort
A little something to knock off the edge
It's supposed to get a little cool tonight
Looks like I'm gonna have to hold you tight, yeah
'Bout a mile off old mill road
That spot nobody knows
We park the truck and we take off running
Hurry up, girl I hear it coming
Got a moon and a billion stars
The sound of steel and old box cars
The thought of you is driving me insane
Come on baby, lets go listen to the night train
Yeah, I hope it's gonna be a long one
And if we're lucky it's moving slow
I wouldn't mind if it lasted all night
Lying next to you on that hillside, lets go
'Bout a mile off old mill road
That spot nobody knows
We park the truck and we take off running
Hurry up girl, I hear it coming
Got a moon and a billion stars
The sound of steel and old box cars
The thought of you is driving me insane
Come on baby, lets go listen to the night train
Let's go listen to the night train
'Bout a mile off old mill road
That spot nobody knows
We park the truck and we take off running
Hurry up, girl I hear it coming
Got a moon and a billion stars
The sound of steel and old box cars
The thought of you is driving me insane
Come on baby, lets go listen to the night train
Let's go listen to the night train
You don't have to look far. This song is uniting all races in this country against the rioters and law breakers.
AGREED
This song throws it right in their face and we love it.
Love your take ❤❤ coming from a small town in South Texas
Love that so many people are speaking up. I feel like people that grew up in big cities just dont understand.
This song is actually a Public Service Announcement. 🙂
LOL 👀
Love America. God bless you

Beautiful song. God bless you all.
💖
As Americans we are blessed to have the freedom to have community.
absolutely love this song, just a man who is proud of his country ❤🤍💙
"Small town" is also a mental state. New York City transformed from one of the country's largest cities into a "small town" on September 11th, 2001.
Never Forget. 🇺🇲
So true!
I miss the small town mentality i grew up with. Common sense, honor, being polite, and having respect appears to only be available in small towns nowadays. And its not as prevalent now as it used to be.
Bravo, kudos to you young lady, you are a voice of logic and reason.

❤❤
A very good interpretation of this song . Glad I live in a small town . 😁
I agree with jason aldean
There is no controversy to this song. Jason is absolutely correct. Try that in my small town you won’t make it very far. They already tried to protest in my town and was met with a heavily armed citizens. Let’s just say it was a very peaceful protest. No body got hurt and no property was destroyed. People it’s time to stand up against this criminal activity going on in America.
Small town. Bringing nonsense, I recommend you don't.
Thank you, Maddy.
Small-town Texas. 🌻
So true!
I am happy to hear an artist expressing pride in his own community. Its a good thing. Criminals don't have this feeling. Criminals are keen to destroy what other people take a pride in.
Beautiful message. Beautiful spirit. The Aldean song wasn’t bad either.
🙏 ☺️
Having a sense of community and standing up for your neighbors is somehow considered controversial in the United States now?!
It can’t be!
OMG SHE'S GORGEOUS!!!!
love the reaction and my girlfriend loves your headphones.
Thanks! They’re Razor brand! ☺️ They should still have some online
It is an example of people looking for reasons to cry racist and insert the worst possible intentions into any word or action to push the racial agenda. Showing clips of violence in big cities is seen as promoting racial hatred.
I just wish people could be peaceful together.
@@MaddyReactions no profit in that
Great song. Truth. 100% correct and justified. From London, UK.
I can tell who I can trust by their reaction to this song/message. We are more numerous than they want us to be aware of.
What an awesome reaction. Im from a small town in WI. I don't see color. I love everyone the same. And I'm sick of our government and our media telling us that we hate each other. Because we don't. Thank you for this awesome honest reaction. You are a breath of fresh air

I grew up in a small town and the man is just saying how it is. How is this controversial?
