Just so you know Logan kryptonians only have powers on planets with a yellow sun like Earth back on Krypton that has a red sun they're just like everyone else

When kara was training with alex kryptonite was active in the room shown by all the green so that’s why her punches weren’t “super”

Kriptonians don't have their power on their own planets because they have red sun. the only reason they have powers is because of earth's yellow sun.
