as an F1 fan i had a chuckle at 7:03 since Ferrari have been known for bad pitstops and pitstop strategy desasters in recent years. Luckily it went smoothly for you.
This video convinced me I want to go to egypt, and then the second half convinced me I don't want to go there. What a rigmarole you had to go through for fuel.
Next time tell the refueler that you will need to call him back for fuel again later.. Then when the fuel truck is gone, you siphone with a pipe the fuel from the wing tanks to the canisters.Put the canisters in the aircraft and call back the fuel truck to refuel. When the fuel truck comes again it is a good idea to tip him a 20$ bill before he refuels 2nd time. Another option if you have range is to land in Aqaba (OJAQ), great service and a tail wind from Aqaba to Djibouti(HDAM). Love your videos...keep posting :)
In Greece refueling from jerry cans is also prohibited in organized airports. In fact one of the planes I use to fly went total loss because of fire during illegal refueling from jerry cans due to bad grounding...After that things got even more strict.

I am sorry for a frustrating turn of events, I think their side of the argument, is an added risk with external fuel containers. It is better to be careful than sorry! I hope you have a pleasant rest of the trip.
For food, have a look at Huel. Can be prepared with water and contains everything you need. Bringing a bag of it might help if you are running out of time.
Love the tower guy 😂😂 but is it really fuel problem, they were just following protocol. Kinda a pain in the butt but that’s anywhere in the world. Egypt is awesome. Hope you enjoyed your time there :)

Its true the egyptian law dont allow any fuel transport via Jerry cans. Love the videos and as we say "we are honored with your visit".
