Never really thought about the time spent making the cars in racing games, or even any 3D model. Until I opened Blender and didn't know how to delete cube.

Its like alot of shit. It has a pretty steep learning curve but once you get past that its easy (for most shit anyway, animals and humans are still fucking annoying)

He's definitely referencing a photo of the car on another monitor. The blueprint alone is not enough.
Been there, done that. Usually one out of 3 dimensions is wrong, at least when I did it.

You can try searching for a clay look render tutorial for the software you use. There is a few of them around.

Im curious why you model the edges of the car first instead of boxing it out first, then cutting edges in? Do you find it easier or faster?
too many edges will be added and the typology will be ruined , it ll takes more time to refine those mess

I have no problems modelling my issue comes in making the final touches and then deciding the poly count Vs the amount of detail I would like. I don't like making models for renders but then I don't like the low poly count of the models I make for Android games 😂. You should see the number of abandoned projects in my Stuff/3d/blender folder 😂

looks like lightwave to me. was my first 3d software. very hard to use./ advanced. we here reccommend 3d studio max. there is a free download / trial available, of 3d max, i use it a lot, and its the best ever. 3d studio max.
