    Nice, down-to-earth instruction. No chichi music, no glossy makeup, or uberfancy workout get up. Felt like I was in a home-town yoga class. And yes! I feel great. Thanks, Esther! I'll be doing more of your yoga sessions.

    I have been practicing for about 6 weeks and I really haven't done any on my own, so I found this as I was looking for sun salutations and I am thankful for having something to help drill a sun salutation into my head!! Started a 30 day yoga challenge at my studio after doing my own personal hot-yoga 30 day challenge, and I am so excited to be able to wake up and say "THANK YOU, SUN! PLEASE COME OUT!!"

    Ester, you're the best. I wonder if you're still reading the comments to this. I have been practicing yoga with you since a few days before Christmas and love the way that I'm feeling. Just did these sun salutations for the first time today. Made it through with you no problem, but then I wasn't doing any talking. You made me laugh out loud when you said you were going to wear yourself out. By the way, I refer to you as my yoga instructor and tell people about you all the time. I should probably give you some money.

    Best sun salutations work 👌 😎 I started a 7 year regimen woth this video in 2014. I 'fell off' when my lover who showed me the video died last year. I am starting again after a year of grief. This also helps me remember ❤️

    I got to all 10 a few days ago and I love how it makes me feel so I still get up and do 10 in the mornings. I notice my body feels less tense and I feel stronger. And today I realized I could to chatturanga! I was so excited!

    Unicorn blessings to you sweet Esther!!!! I have done this practice with you 100s of times over and sometimes under the years. This short, sweet time with you can flush my system bringing me to a calm, optimistic, grateful frame of mind, body and spirit. You truly do the Lord's (or universe, the Goddess, the angel's, whatever's) 😊 work!!!! Many thanks!!!

    I do these every morning, and at first I could only do 3 lol Now, after three months, I can easily do the 10, plus other poses I have learned here :)

    Thank You Esther! I started your yoga here on youtube about 6 months ago. I found this video of sun salutations towards the beginning of the new year. I started out doing the full 10 right at pace with your rythem. As time has gone on I've noticed how fit and healthy I feel. I notice a great difference in how I perform from when I first started the salutaions to now. I love it! Its a wonderful way to start my day! Thank you Esther for your wonderful videos!

    I am so grateful to you for making your sessions; whether long or short, easy to follow and at a pace where you can listen and still have time to do the positions and keep in line with you.

    Thanks Esther. I've been trying out various sun salutation videos on youtube and so far I like yours the best because you go through the exercises in real time. I'm building up gradually as when I started off with 18 minutes and I was sore afterwards. Today I went from about 6 repetitions to 10 (10 minutes) without any problem. It feels good. I will continue go through this video daily and increase as I'm able. Thanks Esther!

    You are a fantastic instructor! Thank you, I did 5 the first time and had to pause you for a moment to gather my breath. Today I did all 10 and other than feeling a little dizzy I made it thru and am sweating and feel ready for the day! (after shower of course)

    Thank you for showing the Sun Salutation in a simple, easy-to-follow tutorial of movement and breath with zero waffling, zero jargon, zero showing off. You had me engaged from the outset and your attention to detail is outstanding. I'm so out of practice but determined to complete the 10-day challenge. This will help me to kick-start a routine of daily practice. Great as a warm-up to more challenging positions

    3 new things:
    1) This got my resting pulse rate (normally 40-50 bpm) up to 138. Yoga can be a good cardiovascular workout, if you're given the right exercises.
    2) I didn't realize what a workover my arms/shoulders/chest were getting until the end of the 2nd day, when I went to pull a sweater over my head. Holy molé.
    3) The repetition in this flow is training me to place my hands & feet symmetrically. By the last few sets, I'm doing little/no readjustment before downward dog.

    Thank you so much for this, Esther! My sister lives in another state, but she and I did this challenge together, encouraging each other through e-mail and Facebook. I have been practicing for years, and this was fantastic for me, and my sister now wants to continue her yoga practice. I love that you have given us something that we can share, even long distance, that will make us both healthier in the long run! Thank you for the wonderful videos!

    10 was fun, 20 was work...but i feel great. Tomorrow 30, hope i still feel great. Thank you Esther you have help relieve me of shoulder pain. Also increased mobility in my shoulder.

    Once I learned how to smoothly move from one pose to another this became my favorite morning video. Today was the first day I did 10. I always felt like I could do more, but didn't invest the time. Believe me, 10 feels even more amazing than one or five! I'll be sure to do all 10 each morning now. Thanks, Esther!

    Thank you for all your videos Esther! I did the 10 day challenge and I can feel myself do the positions easier. It's also been helping me feel better after I run at the gym! I've been done your weight loss videos as well and I have lost 3 pounds since the New Year and plan to keep up on being healthy! You're such an inspiration!

    i couldn't do it month ago when i started, but doing yoga everyday now with you Esther i was able to finish 10 sun salutations and not to feel tired too much. thank you for your amazing yoga video's, i really enjoying them !

    Hi Esther! First of all, I must congratulate you for your great yoga videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the world and may you add even more and more wonderful videos this new year! :)
    I, like the others that wrote comments on this video, have done all 10 Sun Salutations on the first day of this year, but I guess the idea behind building up to 10 is that you keep doing them daily, so the best solution would be to do as many as I can every day.

    ESTER! This was the first time i have ever done the sun salutations and i did the whole routine with you. i was feeling very anxious before doing this b/c i have final exams coming up soon and i got really overwhelmed with my work load. now i feel very energized and motivated to do work. i was starting to shake around the 8th round, but i am surprised to discover this part of me. thank you :)

    This is an amazing workout. THANK YOU! I have problems with my feet/ankles, I have been looking to get back in shape, this is perfect. Short but intense, so no excuse not to do it. I really enjoy it and have already noticed results. Going to work my way up to do 108, you really motivated me!

    Hi Esther, Thank you for uploading wonderful videos. I was able to do 10 salutation on first day but pain was enormous the following day. I continued doing it for 3 days and it is getting easier. I am feeling great now :)

    Brilliant Esther. Thank you! You are a fantastic yoga teacher. I started with one class a week with my local yoga teacher, but now I do one every morning with your online videos. I am now able to do 10 sun salutations in a row and feel fantastic every day! I think your accent is soothing and you always remember to instruct when to breathe which I find is the part I am most likely to forget. Keep posting your videos please! (And tbbates555 - no need to swear. Esther has another, much slower sun salutation video on TH-cam for beginners. It is important to go faster once you are able to as it awakens the body, gets your energy flowing and clears the mind ready for the day - not to mention toning you! Keep practicing :) Namaste

    Really really wonderful sequence that I try to do every day. It really does change thr outlook of my day when I wake up and do this sequence and it's short so it's nearly always possible to fit it in in the mornings. I really love the instructions and how simple it is. Love love love this yoga video!

    Started working up to 10 sun salutations with you over 5 years ago... now that I have subscribed to your yoga channel, I have learned better technique for transitioning through down dog from the cobra, what to engage while in cobra, etc.... now I do these 10 when I don't have time for a longer yoga session... i do feel great! thanks

    Thank you for all your great videos Esther. I've never done yoga in a class, but your videos make it so easy to follow. I just did day 3 for the 10 day challenge. It's definitely a challenge and makes you a bit dizzy but hopefully that'll go away by the end!

    I love this in the morning.I feel ready for something different in some way but not sure what.If there isn't anything more difficult or couple i'd be happy to just do this as it's nice having this time in the morning to stretch and wake up the body and mind plus your instructions are always clear and calm.     I really love it! Thank you for sharing your videos. I´m building up slowly and did 9 today. After the first day I had such a muscle ache I hardly could bend forward ... but it gets better ;-)
