I heard a snippet of a radio show the other day ... the guest said something about "leaning into loneliness." I love that concept. Will try to track down that show, and share.

I watched my dad decline into almost total isolation in his final years. I really don't want to end up like he did. I make an effort to stay in touch with people, but in 2024 it is difficult, particularly when we age.
Thank you for making this video; so many people can relate to everything you are saying. I have to admit, it never occurred to me to use LinkedIn when not seeking a job.

Yeah I'd like to hear because I don't know if people should lean into loneliness, I think that's our problem! But I'm open to what they have to say!
