So I have to say. This is their shock value intro song. While it is the video that continues to push them into big recognition, it isn't nearly the best of Tatiana or the band by an extremely long shot. Most people move from here to Perennial live at Wacken as their second reaction. It does a lot to show off her vocal skill and stage presence. I'm thinking that if you check more of these guys out, one of their bangers would be a logical choice for you. Try this one Jinjer-Ape I can tell you this. I had all but walked away from metal and turned into a music festival hippie when I discovered them about 7 months ago. Since discovering Jinjer, my metal pendulum has fully swung back. @@StickDastardly I'm totally agree with Chris but I have to add a couple of thoughts: 1. Jinjer has something that catches almost everyone and breaks taste preferences. As an example, usually I prefer something like Sabbath, Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Bowie etc. I never was interested in growl (or fry scream), death metal never attracted me. But I'm really fond of Jinjer's songs, even the songs full of growl (like Who's gonna be the one). I can't say that each song of the band hooks me, but alot of them do. 2. One very revealing thing. Just because different fans have different background - death metal, or hardrock, or punk, or reggae, or hip hop, whatever. Everybody interested and everybody finds something different.

Fun reaction - subbed. Honesty is valued. I see a lot of requests for my favorite song by any band - Who Is Gonna Be The One. Their newest video is Teacher Teacher live in Melbourne released about a week ago - it also has some of Tatiana's fastest switching and some great belting making it my new go-to suggestion for a followup. Perennial at Wacken is great too and has a mind-blowing switch from growls to cleans and a sustained note sequence that makes me feel like she's tearing my heart straight out of my chest. Cheers!

I would like to throw in a recommendation for their song "Retrospection" it shows some of her fastest vocal transitions, is a much heavier song overall and is opened with a few lines of russian (which sounds amazing)
Lemme tell ya man I really like your take! I’m old school to me punk rocker at start, in fact my first band in high school was, “The All American Oi BOY” lol. Big into The Business, The 4 Skins, Bad 🧠 s, Bad Religion. Man you know the old story, boy loves punks, punks don’t love him. Said boy, finds Type O Negative, Sneaker Pimps, NIN and stays happy! Yeah me heart ❤️ be a grungy punk from good ole CLE, but Jinjer is an amazing band, from what I see!
There really isn’t a bad Jinjer song. “I Speak Astronomy”, “Teacher, Teacher”, “On The Top”, “Cloud Factory “, “Retrospection”, and all of the others mentioned here are fantastic choices. Fun fact: Tatiana is not trained to sing, she taught herself. In fact, the only one with any real training is Vlad (drummer) but he was a guitarist before picking up the drums himself. They are all amazing and gifted musicians. As far as Pisces goes, it was never meant to be a popular song; like Pisces, it supposed to be unassuming and low-key. Enjoy the ride!
That's super cool! I'm even more impressed now. As a self taught musician, I feel extremely limited in the things I do, so to see someone who's self taught excel is absolutely incredible
As an old school punk also (was introduced to the Ram ones, Sex Pistols et all in 1978) and as a GWAR fan (I was Dave's personal foot stool whenever they came through Atlanta...and that was after I fed the guys a home cooked meal) I'm loving the comparison...
Ok, so you worked haunts AND knew DB, so I'm positive we've crossed paths. Haha. Did you by chance know Gabe Doelger? He was a makeup and FX artist in Atlanta, worked for several haunts and occasionally assisted GWAR with costume repairs. He was a good friend of mine
Welcome to the awesomeness that is Jinjer. You ain't heard nothin' yet! Check out Perennial live at Wacken for your next react. The rabbit hole is far and deep with them. BTW , Pisces is their mellowest tune. All of their songs differ from one another. There really isn't a bad song from them. I saw and met them last fall. KILLER!!! One of the best live bands I've ever witnessed. Jinjer are my fav band from the last 15 years or so. For context , I'm a 54 year old musician who started going to concerts in '79 and started gigging in '85. Enjoy your Jinjer journey!!!
Oh you’re going to fall in love with Tatiana for sure! But the band once you get past the shock value of the voice you’ll realize how great this band is. And this is probably one of the softest song that Jinjer has. That definitely have some heavier stuff. Keep going man!
Btw, I am a big fan of "Sit, Stay, Rollover" (Official Video), "Who Is Gonna Be the One" (Official Live), and "Perennial" (Live at Whaken). So much good material to sift through though. I haven't felt this way about a metal band since the late 80's or early 90's.
2:40 - “It’s a little less raw than what I’m into.” ~stuffs popcorn into mouth~ All jest aside, if you might like to listen to more Jinjer, I think you’d really enjoy “Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019)” th-cam.com/video/bxi3i9wzQBk/w-d-xo.html and “Teacher, Teacher” th-cam.com/video/oRkRwL0vjOg/w-d-xo.html -and that’s just to name two among many others! PS And just as a preemptive heads-up: If you might like to pronounce “Wacken” like the locals, one would say “Vah-ken.” (In German, “W” is pronounced like a “V” is in English.) I’m only mentioning that part just since most folks seem to stumble over that one a bit.
Hold up..... hold up..... okay... okay, I knew something harder was coming (hahahaha). That's how this song gets everyone. Me, I reacted to Jinjer Outlander on my first exposure to them and she caught me just like you. I'm going to throw you a bit of support and hope you keep going in this game. Tatiana is insanely talented and you'll be looking for more. Her switch-ups are flawless. I can see that YOU know your shit.... peace, Bro 👊
Those are both on my very long Jinjer "to-do" list! I have TONS of Jinjer reactions on the way, starting with "The Prophecy" tomorrow! Greetings from Georgia!
This is the softest song of them by far. Check out 'Who is gonna be the one' and 'Perennial' (both live) for a better introduction into their style. ... and a ton more real great songs out there of them. And don't forget to have a deeper look at her lyrics, they are amazing as well.
You also have to keep in mind that the song is called Pisces and it is about the Duality of a person. Hence the more raw, rougher side.... and the cleaner more calm side.
I'm totally here for a new reaction. once you go down this rabbit hole it's hard to get out of but it also brings me to a lot of fresh TH-cam channels. I moderate for three right now and I'm in a tight knit community. Hopefully one day I'll be able to start my own probably not reactions.

@@StickDastardly one of their hardest - with all growls and belting vocals, and the official live was filmed at the same show as Who Is Gonna Be The One official live. Both are great.
A lot of people react to this song and then act as if they're surprised at the people brought to their channel by the algorithim; it's a transparent ploy that irritates me. You didn't do that; in point of fact, you did the complete opposite. I appreciate the honesty, chief. Liked and subbed, as a nod of respect. I'd also recommend "Teacher, Teacher" as a great Jinjer track for you, being an old school punk; I myself especially like "I Speak Astronomy", but I'm not so sure that'd be to your particular tastes.
Thanks for the kindness and understanding. 100% transparency, I'm still absolutely shocked at the extent that it worked in my favor. Haha! I actually did Teacher Teacher today! Thanks for the like and sub, and for appreciating honesty!
@@StickDastardly "I'm still absolutely shocked at the extent that it worked in my favor." Honesty is always the best policy; it's a hell of a lot easier than remembering what you lied about, and anyone who's got a problem with honesty isn't worth your time. "I actually did Teacher Teacher today!" Great song; I figured that as a member of one of my favourite subcultures, the anti-Indoctrination theme would appeal to you (and I am always right, obviously). I'll check out your video. Take care of yourself, chief.
Alright, looking forward to your next Jinjer reaction and a stroll down the likely Jinjer rabbit hole! This Band is pretty diverse, but one thing that is consistent with them is that they are extreme and in your face with their sound. But they have a lot of influences across the board and manage to mingle them in a way that is unique to them and their sound and so well executed because each one of their talent levels is off the charts. They are hungry Ukrainians and they have struggled and persisted harder then most to get to where they are and it show's in their music. You cant really pick a bad song, but there is probably some that would be best for your 2nd/3rd choices to wet your palate more for the journey. "Who's going to be the one" live is fun. Its a protest song. "Sit stay roll over is a high pace non stop blast beat hardcore song you will probably relate to the most being from punk roots. Something along these lines but with a bit more thrash with groove which is really their meat and potatoes id suggest doing "word of wisdom".
Thanks. I love Pisces reactions. Hopefully you'll live Jinjer as much as we do. Great band. 7:07... when I found Jinjer back in '17 this vid was very new, and it's actually not my fav. There were many others by them I listened to more. ...but it is a great song, and it's fantastic for reactions by people who have never experienced this type of thing. It's got a great balance.
I'm definitely giving them more attention. I'm seeing how much their style varies from mood to mood, which is a sign of true art. They've definitely got my respect!
This is probably their most pop-like song. I love this song, but if you want something heavier, their catalog is full of way harder shit. I love this band
I'm definitely checking these out! I've had a few people recommend these for me specifically. Haha. Thank you and thanks for watching!! Also, most of my reaction videos have been underground punk bands! I think you may dig em
If you fancy something underground, yet still a bit out of the ordinary, check out The Let's Go's. But I am happy you got to liking it at the end....... Sit Stay Roll Over next from her please. Its more what you like I believe.
When I mentioned "chorus", I was referring to the watery effect on the guitar. That's what that's called. I just hate the way it sounds. Haha. Her voice got me right out of the door, though
Just subscribed. React to more of their songs, then let us know what size patch you want for your vest. I'm sure everyone will list the songs you need to react to, im too tired haha. Good video br the way 👌
I know nothing about you except what I saw in this video, but I think you would really enjoy Pit of Consciousness, live in Kiev. As far as this song goes, it's kind of a one-off for them in terms of sound; it's their softest song that contains growls. They only have five softer songs, out of those one is an intro track, one is Jazz, one is ambient, one is a pseudo-ambient remix and one is an actual rock/metal song. Typically their songs are a lot heavier than this, but you gotta give your respects to this song as it is the gateway to the rest of their music. Typically they have a lot of musical composition going on in their songs, very rarely do they follow a standard verse-chorus structure. If you want a song that completely abandons traditional song structure try "The Prophecy" off their "Macro" album. There's no music video, but that song has almost no repetition in it. If you want a song where Tatiana switches between cleans and growls really fast check out "Destroy" live at the beasiarium. This song also has a much more underground feel as it was one of the first songs they wrote and it actually pre-dates Tatiana. When this song came out they were basically completely unknown to the world and despite it being fairly low-budget it sounds really good.
██ More surprises when you reat to: Jinjer - Judgement (& Punishment) | Live in Melbourne 2020 JINJER - Teacher, Teacher! (Live in Melbourne) | Napalm Records JINJER - Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019) | Napalm Records
This song is not horrible, but is not really representative of the bands style. If you liked this song at all, I don't think you will be disappointed by future tracks you hear, in fact I think this will be the low point. Jinjer is a metal band, but they do like to mix genres. As someone else mentioned, "Sit Stay Roll Over" might be right up your alley. If you are not completely against some genre mixing I would recommend "Who is Going to be the One" the official live video, and "Teacher, Teacher!" again the official video. I do not think I would call Jinjer mainstream, but they are quite popular here on TH-cam.
Compared to other bands on this channel, they may as well be Metallica. Haha. Thanks for the input! I think you'll like today's video. I'm definitely finding more to b enjoy in this band

2:34: 'She's leading us into something [...] I feel like it's going to come into something a little more kick-ass here in a little bit...' Spot on!!
Good stuff! Yeah they're amazing
Yeah JINJER brought me to your channel. This whole band is great. Peace
Thanks for coming by! Hope you stick around!
Went from "not my thing" to "might be developing a new crush" in 12 seconds flat.
Excellent! Thank you for your perspective and thanks for watching!
Oh you’re going to fall in love with Tatiana for sure! But the band once you get past the shock value of the voice you’ll realize how great this band is. And this is probably one of the softest song that Jinjer has. That definitely have some heavier stuff. Keep going man!
I'll be checking out more of their material, for sure! Thanks for watching!
"Might be developing a new crush here". Son, please. This is just the beginning. hahaha! Nice reaction!
Haha! Glad you enjoyed it!! Thanks for the recommendations and for watching!!
Only stopped by for the Jinjer reaction, agree on the recommendation for Who's going to be the one, dropping a sub. Good stuff.
Hey, thanks for that! Glad you decided to stay!
She has the voice of an angel, an angel that in a second turns full demon it's fucking amazing.
2:40 - “It’s a little less raw than what I’m into.”
~stuffs popcorn into mouth~
All jest aside, if you might like to listen to more Jinjer, I think you’d really enjoy “Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019)” th-cam.com/video/bxi3i9wzQBk/w-d-xo.html and “Teacher, Teacher” th-cam.com/video/oRkRwL0vjOg/w-d-xo.html -and that’s just to name two among many others!
Hey, thanks!! Gonna throw a sub your way and check out your vids as well! Audiophiles unite!!
credits appreciated bro.
true metalhead!
I'm a jinjer reaction junkie and it never gets old watching people's heads explode lol great reaction just subbed
Outlander and cloud factory are my favorite songs. peace from Alaska
I'll definitely be checking those tracks out! I'll check out the lyrics as well. Thank you for your insight and for watching!
Dude their influences are WIDE ranging from jazz, metal, reggae, prog, you name it they take alot of influence from it.
I'm noticing that and loving it! I'm an old Bungle fan, so this sorta thing gets me!
INSTANT LIKE FOR the react for Jinjer and Pisces ;)
Thanks!
Interesting perspective. Love Jinjer for probably completely opposite reasons, but that’s cool watching you enjoying it as well.
Greez from Germany
Thanks so much! I'm finding something else to like with every song I hear!
Thanks for dropping in! I have a wide variety of types of content on here, from reactions to memes to gaming montages and all sorts of stuff in between! Feel free to have a look!
When you decide to start creating, do whatever makes you happy at the time. Because, in the end, all we have is our happiness
@@StickDastardly thank you so much! 💜
Finally...he say growl not Scream.. respect bro
You'll see a patch on after you dive into more of their songs 🤘🤘
Teacher Teacher should be next
Teacher Teacher is, in fact, next! Well, as far as Jinjer reactions. I've got a few more lesser known bands coming and, then, Teacher Teacher. All coming within the next 7 days!!
Just finding your reaction... Will have to check out your previous videos...
Hey, thanks!
Honesty appreciated. Thanks.
Thank you so much!
...hahaha...great review cuzz....the wibily wobly effect was to envision water i think..the intro almost sounds like an old leslie cabinet hooked up to his guitar.....that jinjer patch will get closer when you react to "words of wisdom" live...im subbin....thanks...peace...
Haha! I've always hated the "chorus" guitar effect. I have no idea why. But,"Words of Wisdom". Noted! Thanks for the input, for watching and for the sub!!
@@StickDastardly "I'm still absolutely shocked at the extent that it worked in my favor."
Honesty is always the best policy; it's a hell of a lot easier than remembering what you lied about, and anyone who's got a problem with honesty isn't worth your time.
"I actually did Teacher Teacher today!"
Great song; I figured that as a member of one of my favourite subcultures, the anti-Indoctrination theme would appeal to you (and I am always right, obviously). I'll check out your video. Take care of yourself, chief.
Thank you! And you do the same!
Killer feedback! Thanks! I'll be checking out those tracks. They seem to be very highly recommended. Thanks for watching!
We're going down the rabbit hole now!
Thanks for watching! Enjoy the ride! I know I have!
Ugh I love your style dude!
Thanks!!
So damn epic ! Love this music all the way.
This is probably their most pop-like song. I love this song, but if you want something heavier, their catalog is full of way harder shit. I love this band
I went down the rabbit hole and definitely dig their stuff! Feel free to check out my other reactions to more of their stuff
"It's not MY 'thing', but I like this song."
Okaaaay.
What'd you do, skip around? I said the VERSE wasn't my thing. Keep up, my guy
Old school punk here. SLC. I do like Jinger myself. You can really hear the Ukrainian struggle.
Good to see more punx in the comment section! Greetings from the ATL Street Punx scene!!
You'd probably like their older stuff more. Punk fan myself. Check out Outlander, Scissors, No Hoard of Value.
I'm definitely checking these out! I've had a few people recommend these for me specifically. Haha. Thank you and thanks for watching!!
Also, most of my reaction videos have been underground punk bands! I think you may dig em
Nice reaction, you just got a new subscriber.
Hey, thanks!!
If you fancy something underground, yet still a bit out of the ordinary, check out The Let's Go's. They are a small Japanese punk band (just 1k subs on youtube!) who play energetic, catchy, old style punk with a lot of character, and a sense of fun that's quite infectious. This is their latest video "Feel Like It" which races through in under two minutes. th-cam.com/video/Za98RjpKnK8/w-d-xo.html
Sounds right up my alley! Thanks!
Jinjer - Cloud Factory and No Hoard of Value & Outlander from CF cd
from Inhale, Do Not Breathe, try Scissors
and If you want some of the heavy Jinjer just go straight to Sit Stay Roll Over OMV and Words of Wisdom Live
most people need to build up to that but seems to be right up your alley
Thanks for the suggestions!! I'll definitely be checking them all out. Thanks for watching!!
@@StickDastardly I will watch every Jinjer reaction you do and give the thumb, but it takes a Jinjer binge for most subs. If you see some old style and see the evolution of the style, I think you will find more to love. Jinjer is addictive, and Tatiana is memorizing.
@@williamcody3415 Hey, thanks so much for that!! That really means a lot!! But, yeah, there's a LOT of Jinjer on the way! And, yes she is!!

I've gotten a lot of requests for that song, so I'll be checking it out soon! Thanks for watching and thanks for the input!
Good reaction
666th like! Hell yea bro keep it up 👌🤙🤘
Hahaha! Nice!! Thanks!!
admiration, indeed!!!!!
I'm curious if you might like Dance Gavin Dance. Post-Metalcore act with two vocalists. Try their song "Suspended in this Disaster".
If you want _all guitars all the time,_ check out a live version of "Brain Dance" by Animals As Leaders. For something a little more raw, give "Physical Education" a shot.
For something out of left field, try The Omnific, which is one drummer and two bassists. Start with "The Lifeless Charm".
Even if these bands aren't to your tastes, I'm sure it'd make your old punk heart happy to know that the kids are flying their Rock/Punk/Metal flags high as they innovate.
I've heard of Dance Gavin Dance and Animals As Leaders but never given them a listen. Omnific is a new one on me! I'll be sure to check them all out! Thanks for watching and for the suggestions!
She has it all I couldn't believe you said you didn't like it to start with. I have seen lots of reactions to this song and they all say they love her voice. Horse for courses I guess.
New viewer. I like your style dude . Subbed 👍
Time to go through your content .
Thanks so much!!
you have to hear them do the song Just another
I love Jin Jer she to heart singer

I've got a pretty decent list from the comments. Haha. Thank you for watching and subscribing! Glad you enjoyed the video!
I speak astronomy is also another banger by them, the whole song is just great, check that one out.
Another one that's come up a few times. Def gotta check it out. Thanks!!
This is just the tippy tippy top of a HUGE iceberg. Do "Teacher, Teacher" or "Scissors"
Got both on the to-do list!! Thanks for watching and for the input!
Check out the Jinjer-Cloud Factory offical video.
It's got kind of a punk vibe. You'll dig it.
That one's come up a few times. I'm looking forward to checking it out!!

@@StickDastardly fuck yeah man not a problem. Gotta support the underground! And looking forward to the next.
Love the video bro
Thank you much!!
Jinjer army represent!
Thanks for watching and for the sub!! Hope to catch you on Twitch again soon!
Sweet! New suggestions! I'll be sure to check them out! Thanks for the input and for watching!!
██ More surprises when you reat to:
Jinjer - Judgement (& Punishment) | Live in Melbourne 2020
JINJER - Teacher, Teacher! (Live in Melbourne) | Napalm Records
JINJER - Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019) | Napalm Records
I'll be checking those out soon! Thank you for the input and thanks for watching!
Just say you listened to it before you "reacted" xD. Great shit. She's beautiful.
I'd be lying if I did. Haha. I despise fake "reaction" channels. Thanks!
You and I would be friends sir if we were in the same room. I feel we have a lot of common ground.
I think you would dig Jinjer...Teacher Teacher, official or Live all good to go mate 😎🤘
Check the "Reactions" section on my channel :)
