I follow you recently, your reactions are definitely entertaining and I enjoy your discoverings. I happened to see them live by sheer happenstance, with my girl we were walking downtown Kiev several years ago and we ended up seeing Jinjer))) Whichever song you choose next won't matter as the musicianship is on another level. They can easily record a live album without breaking a sweat))) You saw them in the studio and live...many bands have one member for the heavy growling and another for the cleans...but Tatiana is - " hold my beer" let me show you how it's done))) Did you enjoy Vlad's ghost notes on the drums, he does it all the time, the same as some guitarists abuse the pinch harmonics)))
Many Jinjer songs end vastly different from where they start, with a dynamic fluidity in between that bridges them together. Tati's cleans and multi level growls draw a lot of people in with good reason. Many stay because her vocal instrument sits so nicely in a pocket with the controlled chaos that the other three musicians add to the mix. I have heard a few folks describe Vlad as a percussionist and not "just a drummer". His fills are rarely conventional triplets and can go from ghosting on the snare or playing straight 16ths into a blast beat and then come out in a completely different time signature. Vlad can also syncopate with either Roman or Eugene within a song structure without it sounding contrived. Roman has a knack of doing things on his instrument that has other guitarists often saying something like, "where the hell are you going now?" Traditional solos would be superfluous in Jinjer compositions because he can perform a key change or jump to a different chord progression on a dime without it sounding sloppy. Eugene's tapping and slides fit very nicely into the melody of Tatiana's vocals during the sections where they are written into a track. His reggae style walks compliment what Vlad is doing on his kit and when going heavy with a bass lick can come into alignment with Roman for a few bars then break free just as easily to round out the signature Jinjer sound. Not everyone loves them, but if it wasn't obvious, I am one who does 😄
They’re incredibly talented. Vortex, Teacher Teacher, Perennial, Mediator, Sit Stay Rollover, Disclosure, Wallflower…so many. Welcome to the rabbit hole of Jinjer…your life will never be the same!
No one is ready for Tatiana's "demon voice" the first time they hear it. Pisces was the first Jinjer song I heard, and I still don't know how she can flip so easily between that angelic clean voice and the growl.
"I hope they have a lot of music", you won't be disappointed 😄. Great reaction. I will see them live in Paris end of this month, already did one of their live three years ago, they are impressive. Tatiana is magnetic and the band is tight, sharp and talented.
Heck yeah…you found Jinjer! Went to ten concerts last year, making up for no music during Covid. Four were The Warning and three were Jinjer. Both amazing live bands and great music and people. So much fun! 🤘🏼you definitely need check Jinjer’s song “Call Me a Symbol”.
You found Jinjer! You're in for a ride. I saw them last year and they are amazing live performers 👏🏻 I recommend Words of Wisdom live, Scissors, Homeback.
From Ukraine. Such a beautiful melody, then breaks into that brutal riff and the melodic growl is among my very favorite. Like the drummer's kit setup...low and level for max leverage/speed/power 🥁🏆
They are from Ukraine 🇺🇦. I've been listening to them for about 8 years and still love them. Check out Cloud Factory music video, Teacher Teacher, Outlander. They're all amazing!
Pieces was also the first song I heard from Jinjer. It was quite a few years ago and it kept popping up in my feed but I kept ignoring it and ignoring it. Finally I said, well hell let's see what this is, and I instantly fell in love. I was never a fan of screaming vocals but Tatiana changed all that in an instant. Also my first thought was, she is a fkn badass! Love Love this band. Members are Tatiana-vocals, Eugene-bass, Roman-guitar and Vlad-drums. They are from Ukraine.
@Goreblast I missed them as well just not too long ago. They played a show in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA about a month or so ago. That's only about a 30 min. drive from me. I been undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 rectal cancer and I was too sick to go. It broke my heart. It was in a small intimate venue as well. Would have been able to be really up close to them. I will definitely see them the next time they come through here though.
You have started done a rabbit hole from which you will never escape. Saw them live last Nov. most incredible show I have ever seen. So many great songs!
Hard to make further suggestions because, as with The Warning, Lovebites, Band Maid, etc. that you have experienced here, Jinjer's catalog is filled with gems as well. Perhaps one often overlooked track of theirs that not many reactors hit up is a song called "Noah". To me and some other hardcore Jinjer fans, that video is less charted waters (pun intended), as many of the others have had countless reactions already- with good reason because they are all excellent.
I have a couple of playlists of Jinjer stuff that would be good to pick from. This one is all live vids. th-cam.com/play/PLhlYsqoR9XLEpHTbaOovrpa1p8L2uZ81G.html Jinjer does more guitar, bass and drum playthroughs than most bands so this one I put in a playthrough, the studio version and then a live version for each song in the playlist. Great reaction and good choices for songs for the first listen.
Always expect the unexpected with Jinjer.Sit Stay Rollover live Melbourne is heavy start to finish and was the song that sold Napalm records on them.Tatiana is one of the best and a very good song writer.Outlander the failure color version is earlier around 2015 which they used the studio audio matching the stage performance due to some audio problems but it’s a good one with their previous drummer and another guitar. This is a deep dive rabbit hole of intense quality performances and OMV’s.Enjoy
Your reactions are the best man. I felt exactly the same first time hearing Pisces. Can’t believe this is the first you have heard them! I found you through your reactions to The Warning (I have been watching them for years) and love to see what else you find. Also wanted to say THANKS for introducing me to Love Bites! Never heard of them until your reaction to Judgement Day and I am freaking hooked now!
That’s one of the things that I love most about Jinjer. Every time I think I know what is coming next I’m freaking wrong. Welcome, and nice reaction. There is a lot of great music in your future my friend. I’ll tag along 😎🤘🏻
Yeeeess~ 8:53 Yep, we knew it was coming, and for me, the best part was that you were already invested. It just brings so much joy to my heart to see love for Jinjer and to know Tatiana still has one barbed arrow left in this particular quiver. New sub! TY for the video!
Great reaction! So calm and measured. If you are looking for more Jinjer, check out "Perennial" live at Wacken, "Judgement and Punishment" one take, "Teacher, Teacher", "Home Back", there are just so many good ones. "Vortex", "I Speak Astronomy", You really can't go wrong!
You've opened up this rabbit hole now you must continue down it. One of my favorite things to do is watch people react to this song. It still gives me joy to watch the shock and surprise. I read somewhere that this was literally done in order to showcase the incredible talent of the drummer who was new to the band at the time. I don’t know if that holds merit, but it kind of makes sense. The singer is definitely something special and awesome, and yes, they have an excellent library, I have even watched new releases from them, you're definitely going to get several recommendations in you comments, follow down the rabbit hole lol. As for the second song, it's usually the follow-up recommendation, so non-believers can see her do those vocals live lol. The end of the song is just Jinjer this is what they do, they don't lock themselves into one style of music, I have even heard songs go ragge, they take inspiration from everywhere and put it together lol.
Yes, I'm loving this! First The Warning and now Jinjer. Jinjer is such an incredible band and a very large rabbit hole of material. And not a bad song either. As you.ve seen the guys are just next level musicians and Tatiana is a vocal beast. She's my favorite singer/screamer currently in Metal. I was lucky enough to see them live in Atlanta the first of December and they brought the roof down. So many good choices to go to next but my favorite is "Pit of Consciousness" live in Kiev, which is a blistering live performance.
Jinjer is a very solid prog metal band with a couple of dozens "must listen" songs. The rest of their tracks are pretty cool also. In most cases they are preferable live. Of cause official lives with a good sound quality are better. But even random phone records from the crowd can showcase how solid this band is.
I'm so glad these guy's are getting bigger, they're one of the best bands out there right now. Talent wise, they're just ridiculous. Just Jinjer doing Jinjer things❤
That last bit at the end of the second song came from her constantly begging them to write her a reggae song to sing. She loves listening to Bob Marley. They tagged that end piece on for her. A couple albums later though, they wrote her a full on reggae song, "Judgment and Punishment".
Welcome to the Jinjer rabbit hole... enjoy! My usual suggestions for 'next' is Perennial (Live at Wacken) because of it's live setting and great sound quality and Judgement and Punishment (One Take) which features Tatiana and a microphone in a booth doing the vocals for J&P... in one take. Oh... there's a cat... but the cat doesn't sing....After that? Fielder's choice... Teacher, Teacher... Home Back (very impactful when you realize they're from Ukraine) ... Mediator... Sit, Stay, Roll Over... Wallflower...Bad Water... you're not gonna find a bad track... Pisces was the vehicle to introduce Vlad (the 'new at the time' drummer) to the world. His take on Pisces changed how it 'felt' and you can see just how talented he is for a classically trained pianist... Again, welcome to the rabbit hole! Have fun!
A rabbit hole indeed. I drove 5.5 hours to see this band in Denver. Opening with Sit. Stay. Roll Over… Closing with giving me a new appreciation for life.
They do throw in reggae from time to time. This is another amazing rabbit hole of virtuosic music. For a band with only 2 guitarists and drums, they fill the sound so well. And Tatiana is one of the most versatile singers I have ever heard. Enjoy the trip! Teacher, Teacher, and Perrenial from Wacken are a couple more favorites.
His right thou the first times, I also didn't feel it fitted the song. Judgement and punishment on the other hand, an amazing blend.... Thou now i really like the ending, took me some time to really appreciate this song compared to a lot of other Jinjer Songs
I love the ending to Who is Going to be the One. It really sums up the philosophy of the band well - be different and unexpected. It shows range and unpredictability but also lets you know that they can go anywhere at any moment. They really can do it all and they will!
You'll find that Jinjer is chock full of surprises, so you'll definitely want to listen with an open mind. My personal favourite form of reaction includes both a studio version & a live version of one song. Jinjer also has a lot of playthrough videos, which are great if you want to focus on one member's part...those parts are always more intricate than you realise on a first listen. It's helpful to have the lyrics on hand as well...many of their songs are pretty lyrically deep. Two of my favourites, both from the heavier end of the Jinjer spectrum, are: Ape OMV & Live from Mystic Festival 2019. There's an excellent drum playthrough as well. Home Back OMV & Live at Hellfest 2021. Enjoy!
Welcome to the world of Jinjer, you won't be disappointed. I saw them last month and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to. If you ever get a chance to see them live, I strongly suggest you do so! Tati is one of my favorite singers of all time! Make sure you listen to Perennial and Teacher Teacher 😉
I saw Jinjer in december of 2018 here in Santiago Chile in the basement of a discotheque with like 500 people or a little more...with 40 degrees...I tell you man...when she came out several of us took a step back...her aura and beauty is something else... devastating show...Eugene, Roman and Vlad set up their equipment by themselves 15 minutes before the show...it is a show that must be seen...here is the link of the first song...captain clock...th-cam.com/video/okm3ECne3Cw/w-d-xo.html
Whenever I go back to listening to jinjer it's not like I forget how good they are but I always am like damn I forget how much Joy their music brings me. I saw them live and it was the such a great concert.
I accidentally found this video when someone was doing a double reaction, was not expecting this and it blew me away 🤣 instantly searched for more after, I adore Jinjer
Around 9:30 or so, it almost ( but not quite) sounds like she sings "Diapers of Nourishment"!! I know its not whats going on but its one of those if you dont pay attention, you could get misheard lyrics!
Great reaction and you could have started down a rabbit hole of awesome Jinjer songs. Jinjer is from the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine. They've got great songwriting, the guys in the band are all excellent musicians and Tatiana is a vocal beast, with an uncanny ability to transition instantly from beautiful clean singing, with great tone and control, into some of the best growl/scream harsh vocals I've heard, female or male. A couple songs I would highly recommend...Perennial (live from Wacken 2019 video), Judgement and Punishment (Tatiana live one take vocal performance video), Wallflower (official video), Vortex (official video) and Home Back (official video, which has some great visuals associated with the war related lyrics).
BTW, Jinjer is labeled as a metalcore band, but they like to incorporate elements of other genres of music in their songwriting, including reggae/ska, hence the reggae-esque ending.
Congratulations, now that you have been “Jinger Pisces’d”, you are now considered an official TH-cam music reactor! 😎 Check out Judgement (and Punishment) for a little isolated Tatiana action.
Subscribed, you're a real one dude, you are knowledgeable and appreciative and expressive. I've seen a few of your other videos and you're absolutely genuine, hope this channel blows up.
The Jinjer rabbit hole is super deep, so that'll keep you busy for a while. Whenever you find the bottom, you said you like a mix of soft and heavy singing. Here's a few more with female singers to deep dive with: Spiritbox, The Agonist, In This Moment, Once Human, Infected Rain, and Monochromatic Black.
I discovered them during lock down and agree with your take on "Who's Gonna Be the One". I saw them here in L.A. post lock down and they were phenomenal. Enjoy this rabbit hole cause it runs deep.
JINJER is the best thing that has happened in the Metal scene since 2006 when All that Remains dropped the Album Fall of Ideals, that album changed Metal forever! Now it's Jinjer's turn! Rock on, stay heavy 🤘
Ah yes, Jinjer. Just another straight up badass band. Very talented musicians, one hell of a vocalist, and they all seem like really cool, humble folks. They're from the Ukraine, I believe. I have only been listening to them for like a year, maybe like year and a half now....
Really enjoying your Japanese reactions and I'll gladly follow you down the Jinjer rabbit hole. Jinjer took me out of my metal comfort zone. Such a talented band. Hard to believe Tatiana is a big introvert, isn't it? What next? Take your pick! It's all good. My personal faves... I speak astronomy, Perennial, Vortex, Hoard of Value and Wallflower ( asong about inteoversion). Enjoy your journey...
This was the first video I saw from you but I could viscerally feel your first reaction to Jinjer - I remember my own too well, though it has been a while. There is no recovering... Thanks for taking me back.
Welcome to Jinjer!!! I just discovered them about a year ago and was so psyched to see them in Boston this past November. Outlander, Pit of Consciousness, Homeback, Vortex , Wallflower.....can't got wrong. I was also psyched to see you acknowledging the musicianship, because man-o-man this band is phenomenal!! Enjoy the ride!!!...(p.s. one of their concert openers was another Ukrainian band called Space of Variations....also worth a listen....start with Tibet)...
Perennial (live at Wacken), Copycat, Judgement & Punishment (one take), Disclosure, Pit of consciousness, Vortex, Teacher Teacher, etc. etc. etc. The Jinjer rabbit hole is deep, enjoy the ride.
Jinjer will surprise you... just ride with it! If I could only listen to a handful of songs for the rest of my life, Jinjer would have at least 2 - Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev and Cloud Factory live
They've released 3 albums and 2 EPs (one later re-released as an album with some additional tracks) all are great though there is significant evolution from more metal core but with sporadic progressive influences to more consistently progressive metal sound. A new album is in the works and will probably be released in the later part of this year. They are Ukrainian and the guys were stuck in Kyiv under siege for several months and that experience is said to heavily inform the musical composition of the upcoming album which is unsurprisingly said to be very heavy. They have been touring as cultural ambassadors since summer. Typical next steps include Perennial at Wacken, Teacher Teacher official, On The Top in Kiev (Kyiv), I Speak Astronomy official, and Sit Stay Roll Over official, and Judgement and Punishment one take. Home Back official about their experiences when their hometown was caught up in the 2014 war that set the stage for the current invasion is another must see. If you'd like to do double features live and official there are a number of songs that have both superb official and live videos. Especially Perennial (officialand Wacken), Pit of Consciousness (official and Kiev), Cloud Factory (official and live), and Exposed As A Liar (official and "Crowd Factory DVD Trailer"), and Vortex (official and Hellfest 2021). On The Top and Judgement And Punishment are a couple of others where both are good but I personally find the OMVs distracting. I Speak Astronomy, Teacher Teacher, Outlander, and Retrospection are some where the live recordings are a bit lacking. In particular all of the "Alive In Melbourne" recordings have Eugene's bass quite low in the mix which is disappointing, though Sit Stay Roll Over in Melbourne has enough vocal acrobatics from Tati to make it worth it imo. Subbed. Cheers!
Oh, come on.... the crazy ending, with reggae bass from Eugene & drums from Vlad, Roman ripping a cool clean blues lead on guitar, & Tatiana doing her Stefani/Winehouse thing (2 of her influences btw).... it's a proper palate-cleansing dollop of fun! #SoWeirdItMayWellBeGenius ;) I got into them for their composition, *despite* the extreme vocals in the beginning (you can tell from my username what kind of vocal I tend to appreciate most!). The Jinjer lads write lots of choppy angular riffs in brain-engaging time signatures. Eugene is a *master* at coming up with both-hands-always-busy-yet-always-tasteful-and-in-service-to-the-song since they went to single guitarist set-up 5 or 6 years ago. Vlad is a classically trained pianist to trade, & swapped from (self-taught) guitar to (also self-taught) drums in his previous band o_O #AnnoyinglyTalented LOL He really settled into things when it came to writing for Jinjer's last album "Wallflowers"- he wrote ~80% of the music for it. Roman can write & perform chunky riffs with the best of them. She rightfully gets lots of praise for her vocals, but Tatiana's lyric writing & construction of melodic vocal lines is underappreciated.... when you consider the lads hand her essentially finished (apart from mixing & mastering) demos of each song, & she then has to work out what to sing about, & how to construct lines which are going to fit over sometimes *extremely* unorthodox timings, progressions etc. Bear what I've just said in mind when you watch the omv for "Teacher Teacher", or the gorgeous thru-composed "Vortex" (because #FcukChoruses LOL) Anyhoo, enjoy your Jinjer journey- there are so many great songs. All the best from a random Jinjer appreciator in Scotland! :)
I never get tired of first reactions to Jinjer as many as I've seen. They're all of them true artists. Check out I Speak Astronomy and Wallflowers, probably my 2 favorites. Great reaction I'm subbing up!
Progressive Metal band from Ukraine. Tatiana is an amazing vocalist! This band is so tight. Seen them 2 straight years. They are traveling with Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin. I won't be around for the local show but they are mixing in some headline shows. I am going to see them for the 3rd straight year at Toad's Place in New Haven CT. in August. So excited!😁
I admit I sub to most people who look to be embarking on a Jinjer journey but subbed double quick here as I've never seen anyone quite so laid back while clearly excited and delighted at the same time 🤣
great reaction dude, welcome to the rabbit hole, The first time I heard the jazzy regge part in Who Is Gonna Be The One, I didn't like it that much either but after listening to everything that is jinjer, I loved it xD, Check JINJER - Judgement (& Punishment) - Tatiana Shmayluk - One Take Vocal Performance, Jinjer - Captain Clock (Official Live at Resurrection Fest EG 2018), JINJER - Cloud Factory (Official Live Video) | Napalm Records.... 💗
I laughed out loud when you looked at the lens and went back to listen to the ending again. Good shit. I recommend Courtney LaPlante from Spiritbox doing the live one take of “Circle with me”.
Yes, Tatiana is very good singer/growler! There are a few more of those ladies, as well. I recommend band "Ad Infinitum" with Melissa Bony, who can do similar things (let's say songs: "Marching on Versailles" or "I'm the storm), or her side project band "The Dark Side of the Moon" and song "Jenny of Old Stones". Also, very interesting is Japanese band which is 3 male musicians (very good ones) and 4 female singers called "Broken by the Screams". Catch is that 2 vocals are clean vocals, and 2 of them are "death core section" with one singing high pitch screams, and the other one low growls! Sounds totally crazy, but very very interesting and good. You could start with song "Sayonara Birthday", but really every song by them are very, very interesting! Not to mention band "Arch Enemy" and Alice White Glutz! Take every song by them... There is many, many interesting combinations and musicians out there (I surely miss some of them), and those are exciting times of breaking some prejudices in music! 🙂
I always recommend watching Perennial Live at Wacken next. Hearing Tati switch from growl to clean literally between breaths is amazing. And then the note...you'll know. And this is at the end of a half-hour set. And don't forget the rest of the band. Eugene, Vlad and Roman are amazing. BTW, "doesn't fit" is kinda what Jinjer does. They love sticking square pegs in round holes. Check Judgement and Punnishment to hear it, Tati's one-take is especially good.
The whole band is ridicoulesly talented! I would recomend Perenial-live from Wacken, I speak astronomy-live from Summer breeze 2018, Teacher teacher, Sit stay roll over, Outlander and Judgment and punishment. The great thing about this band is that, while she is insainly talented, the rest of the band is incredible as well and they are so creative that they always find a way to surprise you and kick you in the nuts. One of the greatest new bands in the world.
Let`s say, with Jinjer you never know where you get, every song is a rollercoaster. Only, with a rollercoaster you always know where to get out in the end - with Jinjer you never know, doesn`t matter how many of their songs you know: Always when you think you know where the song must go they simply switch and do it another way. But - boooy - it always fits!!! 🤣🤘 PS: You may choose any song of them for the next, as people wiser than me independently from each other have already stated a couple of times: "Jinjer is incapable to write a bad song..." 🤘
No way bro the end is everything the reggae part sells it honestly it's most of the fans fav part is the switch she does Reggae often they are a Groove Metal band.
Check out the song APE by Jinjer if you want to melt your face...or Sit Stay Roll over. Sit Stay Roll Over was the song that got them signed by napalm records
I follow you recently, your reactions are definitely entertaining and I enjoy your discoverings. Perfect! 100%

I concur. Perennial in Wacken

I'd add other titles, but seriously you nailed the majors.
Lol the last bit of the song is what jinjer is all about 😂😂...... that's in the dna of all it's band members and it's not changing anytime soon 🤣🤣
No one is ready for Tatiana's "demon voice" the first time they hear it. Pisces was the first Jinjer song I heard, and I still don't know how she can flip so easily between that angelic clean voice and the growl.
Check out Opeth "The Lotus Eater". Same type of vocals. Jinjer was a great treat!
Jinjer will mix genres within the same song. Reggae, Jazz, Metal and even spit some bars.
"I hope they have a lot of music", you won't be disappointed 😄. Great reaction. I will see them live in Paris end of this month, already did one of their live three years ago, they are impressive. Tatiana is magnetic and the band is tight, sharp and talented.
100%
See you there!

Omg omg.... I envy you, you just get started with them. Go for Perennial live in Wacken 2019. A good start to see them live.
What did you just watch? Easy greatness, my favorite band since I found them in 2017. Between Jinjer and Nemophilia I am in music heaven.
That has GOT to be one of the most chill reactions to Tatiana's voice going into overdrive that I've seen. 😂
Thanks Dark! This band is very talented, and it was nice to hear her make that switch back and forth.
From Ukraine. Such a beautiful melody, then breaks into that brutal riff and the melodic growl is among my very favorite. Like the drummer's kit setup...low and level for max leverage/speed/power 🥁🏆

Cheezys intro to Jinjer?? LFG!!!!!
🤘🤘
They are from Ukraine 🇺🇦.

Nothing better than watching someone fall in love with a band in real time 💪🤘
Welcome to the World of Jinjer 🤘😍🤘
Welcome to Jinjer, this band has no bad songs so this is going to be a fun ride for you! Great Reaction!
Thanks Robert!
You have started done a rabbit hole from which you will never escape. Saw them live last Nov. most incredible show I have ever seen. So many great songs!
Looking forward to it!
You got it! Thanks for the input 😎🤘
I have a couple of playlists of Jinjer stuff that would be good to pick from. This one is all live vids.

Jinjer does more guitar, bass and drum playthroughs than most bands so this one I put in a playthrough, the studio version and then a live version for each song in the playlist. You might find something there you would like as well.

Try 'Teacher Teacher' or 'Outlander' next 😉
Thanks for the recommendations!
@@Cheezyxyz yeah man, teacher teacher is really good : )
The Trifecta of Metal, Hard Rock and Rock: Jinjer, Band-Maid, and The Warning -- all pushing their core genres into the next realm! 🤘 🤘 🤘 Thx, Cheez!

Thanks Johnny!
Yeeeess~ 8:53 Yep, we knew it was coming, and for me, the best part was that you were already invested. It just brings so much joy to my heart to see love for Jinjer and to know Tatiana still has one barbed arrow left in this particular quiver. New sub! TY for the video!
Thank you Erisian! I appreciate you 🤘
Great reaction!
🤘🤘
I was going to ask if you've done a reaction video for this song, but..... never mind.🤣Jinjer is one of my absolute favorite bands.💥
🤣🤘
Yes, I'm loving this! First The Warning and now Jinjer. Jinjer is such an incredible band and a very large rabbit hole of material. And not a bad song either. As you.ve seen the guys are just next level musicians and Tatiana is a vocal beast. She's my favorite singer/screamer currently in Metal. I was lucky enough to see them live in Atlanta the first of December and they brought the roof down. So many good choices to go to next but my favorite is "Pit of Consciousness" live in Kiev, which is a blistering live performance.
🤘🤘
Jinjer is a very solid prog metal band with a couple of dozens "must listen" songs. The rest of their tracks are pretty cool also.
In most cases they are preferable live. Of cause official lives with a good sound quality are better. But even random phone records from the crowd can showcase how solid this band is.
Having been a fan of this band, i was waiting for the holy s**t moments. You got every one! 😆
🤘🤘
I'm so glad these guy's are getting bigger, they're one of the best bands out there right now. Talent wise, they're just ridiculous. Just Jinjer doing Jinjer things❤
That last bit at the end of the second song came from her constantly begging them to write her a reggae song to sing. She loves listening to Bob Marley. They tagged that end piece on for her. A couple albums later though, they wrote her a full on reggae song, "Judgment and Punishment".
You do know Tatiana writes the lyrics don’t you?
Roman writes most of the music
Have fun!
Thanks for sharing my friend!
A rabbit hole indeed. I drove 5.5 hours to see this band in Denver. Opening with Sit. Stay. Roll Over… Closing with giving me a new appreciation for life.
Yeah, we knew that was coming 😀
They're all super talented
Great reaction to an amazing band
I would add "Pit of Consciousness" Live in Kiev to your list. It really shows Tatianna's vocal power.
Soooo deep.
I love the ending to Who is Going to be the One. It really sums up the philosophy of the band well - be different and unexpected. It shows range and unpredictability but also lets you know that they can go anywhere at any moment. They really can do it all and they will!
Teacher Teacher, Judgement and Punishment (one take vocal performance), Perennial (live), they're all phenomenal!
opeth is actually a huge inspiration of theirs! i highly recommend perennial live at wacken next. and vortex after that. this band is AMAZING
Two of my favourites, both from the heavier end of the Jinjer spectrum, are:
Ape OMV & Live from Mystic Festival 2019.
I'm looking forward to it! Thanks Maggie 😎🤘🧀
"This is my favorate style" - Oh boy, you're in for a treat. You have 4 great albums and 1 EP to discover. Have fun!
I love this performance - especially the last verse when she switches tones back and forth
100%
spend the money and see jinjer in concert.....worth every cent
They did this studio session to highlight their new drummer. You should check out her one take vocal of judgment and punishment.
Thanks for the info Neal!
Congratulations, now that you have been “Jinger Pisces’d”, you are now considered an official TH-cam music reactor! 😎
Check out Judgement (and Punishment) for a little isolated Tatiana action.
Amazing band...very talented.
Went to see them last summer in Lisbon, Portugal, amazing performance.
Perennial live at Wacken shows her talent well. My favorite performance is Pit of Consciousness live in Kyiv.
#JinJer !! Teacher Teacher !!!
When you said "I hope they have a lot of music, cos we're diving deep" ...that is the moment I subbed !
Thanks Scarce911! I appreciate you 🤘
I get to see her live in August!!!! I can’t wait!! She is a little badass!!!
I love the end. Progressive metal showing the styles she loves.
Subscribed, you're a real one dude, you are knowledgeable and appreciative and expressive. I've seen a few of your other videos and you're absolutely genuine, hope this channel blows up.
Thank you Jeff! I appreciate you and the community we are building 😎🧀🤘
Thank you my friend!
The last bit is brilliant because it was exactly the opposite of what you were expecting.
JINJER is the best thing that has happened in the Metal scene since 2006 when All that Remains dropped the Album Fall of Ideals, that album changed Metal forever! Now it's Jinjer's turn! Rock on, stay heavy 🤘
🤘🤘
Ah yes, Jinjer. Just another straight up badass band. Very talented musicians, one hell of a vocalist, and they all seem like really cool, humble folks. They're from the Ukraine, I believe. I have only been listening to them for like a year, maybe like year and a half now....
The way you reacted to this and the almost instant love for this band way the exact way i felt.
Enjoy the rabbit hole you are about to go down, but you won't enjoy it as much as I have. Good reaction good sir.
Still around 20 awesome tracks to go........Have Fun.
Lots to dig dude. They are the number one metal band today IMO. MORE JINJER!!!
Thanks Steve, I appreciate you following me along this adventure!
I will definitely be with you on the Jinjer journey!
Thanks Lisa! I appreciate you 😎🧀🤘
I see Jinjer, Pisces and Who’s Gonna be the One, I click 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘. I already subbed via The Warning reactions…stay Cheesy my friend.
this guy is really enjoying it i can tell
Lol as I watched this you kept talking about her and the band finally hit you lmao they are amazing
Jinjer will surprise you... just ride with it! If I could only listen to a handful of songs for the rest of my life, Jinjer would have at least 2 - Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev and Cloud Factory live
Welcome, Jinjer is probably the most unique band I've heard since Tool way, way back in the 90s
Subbed. Cheers!
Thanks for the info J.F!
#SoWeirdItMayWellBeGenius ;)
I got into them for their composition, *despite* the extreme vocals in the beginning (you can tell from my username what kind of vocal I tend to appreciate most!).
Bear what I've just said in mind when you watch the omv for "Teacher Teacher", or the gorgeous thru-composed "Vortex" (because #FcukChoruses LOL)
Anyhoo, enjoy your Jinjer journey- there are so many great songs.
I admit I sub to most people who look to be embarking on a Jinjer journey but subbed double quick here as I've never seen anyone quite so laid back while clearly excited and delighted at the same time 🤣
Jinjer are so good -- three great musicians ... and Tatiana, one of a kind.
I love me some jinjer 🎶✌🏽 Tatiana is amazing she’s stunning & the band stellar 😉
music is life !!! 🙋🏻♀️🎶💜
New to your channel I can’t wait to go on your journey with jinjer 🎶😉✌🏽
great reaction dude, welcome to the rabbit hole, The first time I heard the jazzy regge part in Who Is Gonna Be The One, I didn't like it that much either but after listening to everything that is jinjer, I loved it xD,
Check JINJER - Judgement (& Punishment) - Tatiana Shmayluk - One Take Vocal Performance, Jinjer - Captain Clock (Official Live at Resurrection Fest EG 2018), JINJER - Cloud Factory (Official Live Video) | Napalm Records.... 💗
Thank you my friend!
I suggest that you check out Jinjer's more aggressive ..."Sit, Stay, Roll Over".
Thanks Milan! I'll check them out 🤘🤘
I always recommend watching Perennial Live at Wacken next.
You gotta listen to teacher teacher.its still one of my all time favorites! Incredible live.
🤣🤘
PS: You may choose any song of them for the next, as people wiser than me independently from each other have already stated a couple of times: "Jinjer is incapable to write a bad song..." 🤘
I love your format!
Thanks Jim!
