Deportation

When the person deported from the country , either by Court case or the immigration . The person has to submit by his authorized person a mercy request to the Concern Authorities and will wait for the result . Before I resign 6months before I give resignation but they not allowing me because the of the company is 3months they said I need to finish 1year so I finish 1year and I give them again
Only 1month notice
Because I finish already the 3months notice
Now my company what me to pay3500aed
And now my company put me to absconding case
And not give me my passport and cancelationcontract
And the hr of my company not contacting me
