I bought an M1000 a few months ago. I definitely had a few issues when I got started. Some of those issues were the machine but a lot of them were from my lack of familiarity with the machine. For my issues I went to StepCraft support and they were incredibly helpful and eager to fix my issues, teach me and make sure it was a good experience. The support often took several days to get a response and that is really the only issue I’ve had. I did not get the impression that was because they didn’t care, just that they were very busy and probably don’t have enough people to respond quickly. I primarily bought one over many cheaper competitors because of the tool changer and speed controlled spindle. It’s been fun.
looking at your machine cause your local and it might be fun to get into cnc retired and just started woodworking liking the M class maybe i can set up a tour prior to purchase im in MA right up Rte 84
Hi guys! Glad to see you finally got the time to do this. My D840 is still going strong. If someone has had the D840 and wanted to upgrade to the M Series can you trade the D840 in for a credit?
Would it be possible to activate automatic translation? My English is not good enough to follow the speech and I am very interested in your products. Thanks in advance
More of this please!
The belts on the stepper motors, and the wheels on the linear rails makes me very hesitant on a stepcraft
