I'm not a BMW guy either but I let this dude talk. I'm happy somebody is trying to enjoy their project. I'm in a similar spot with my G8 where I got an acceptable time slip and now I just want to enjoy the car and deal with normal maintenance like oil, brakes, tires and windshield wipers and why the remote start does not work after doing the cam swap. LOL. I guess its not all normal car maintenance for me but point being is that the car wont kill itself while driving anymore and can be enjoyed.

You are probably the 3rd person i heard this from about the center support bearing, definitely off my upgrade list for good, we are actually working on a single piece f85 aluminum driveshaft to avoid csb completely as well shedding a few pounds in the process.
Badass build, can definitely benefit from carbon ceramic brakes ! What is the final plan for it ? Its definitely already impressive on whats been done to it, as well as how fast it is for an suv , thats a serious project you got going on

Thanks brother , always appreciate the kind words. I need you to help me figure out what rotors I can put behind these calipers to lighten it up even more. You got anything we can cook up? Definitely want to keep going to 10s and eventually 9s, just a longggg road as you know.

@ yes, last 0.1s are hardest. My suggestion would be 400x36mm ccb discs with m5 hubs , but it has to be a different caliper , pad needs to be bigger. Im sure you can easily sell your kit on the forums to recoup some of the funds. This should shave off about 25-30lb off your current set up, will be a major improvement im sure
