People wouldn’t do witchcraft if it didn’t work. My pastor went on some sort of missionary and he went to a place where witchcraft was heavily practiced. They hated Christians. They would march around where they were staying and chant curses. Suddenly one of the children in their building got a bad fever. They realised the people had cursed the mattress the child was sleeping on and they threw it out. As soon as they did that the child was okay again. This stuff is real guys and you don’t want to mess around with it.
K yourlive yeppppp. I’ve seen hundreds of new age/witchcraft to Jesus testimonies, and I’ve talked to former witches, and for all of them they said they were so depressed, empty, anxious, and having demonic attacks. They also turned into the worst version of themselves. Selfish, always wanting more, greedy etc. another former witch I talked to said every fellow witch she met also had that on them no matter what “healing crystals” they used and spells they used. You should watch “Steven bancarz new age to Jesus testimony” it really shows how you can be rich and successful but when ur involved in this stuff you won’t be happy or fulfilled. Also a girl named Doreen Virtue who was literally the queen of this stuff is now a Christian speaking against witchcraft and new age. She said yes some of it really worked. She got a car, relationship, and job because of it. But it didn’t last. She lost that relationship, she lost that car, and she lost that job.

So even that situation would ultimately be for the good of their Christian target.

I manifested a lot of things. Love, materialistic things, a baby, the list goes on. I felt so powerful. I felt like GOD until I couldn’t handle the things that came with it. I lost friends, love, a lot of things because I was in control. One thing I realized is that I can’t have that much power and all praises go to GOD because only he can handle that much power. I remember praying to GOD to close my third eye because some things I saw I couldn’t handle, emotionally, physically, mentally. Same thing happened to me!!! I saw so many weird things when I was opening my third eye and it was insane and scary!!! I prayed for God to make it stop! When I was praying the first time it felt like something was scratching at my head! I NEVER believed in ghosts before but I do now! I saw like black cloudy figures out of the corner of my eyes. Like they were watching me. I didn't tell anyone and one day my daughter who was like 10 said she was seeing these things out of the corner of her eyes too. She was afraid of our hallway and one time was pushed and fell. It was just VERY wrong! I NEVER saw things before! A friend came over and I saw this night orb thing on her right shoulder and it was red and purple! Think she left that at my house because things got really creepy at my home. Wow,. I have a friend that actually got me into this whole manifestation and LOA things and said it had nothing to do with religion nor it interfered with it. I had seen it so much on TikTok and seen so many teenagers doing it and basically receiving most of the things they had "attracted" or "manifested". I have recently been feeling very distant from Jesus ever since quarantine occurred. There was no church to go to nor communion to take, and I have been feeling very empty inside. I've wanted to have a boyfriend for so long and I feel so left out from my friend group..so I thought about getting these wishes through different ways. That was when I remembered the 'manifestation" methods my friend had talked to me about. However, I LITERALLY had the exact same thoughts as you about how this "could also be connected to God", or "if this happens it would be due to God's will" and that's when it did occur. I was recommended this LOA video from TH-cam with TONS of people saying it worked for them and I just said to myself this has to be it, "it has to be a sign from God". I opened it and said you know what I'll give it a try, what's the worst thing that could happen? It not happening? At first it seemed all fine and normal, but there were some other things in the video that just gave me this eerie and a wrong gut feeling. However, I continued to put it into practice. When I tell you this thing worked, IT DID. I mean I was shocked and wanted to trick myself and think I was actually happy and that I was actually content that I brought something good into my life that I really wanted. But the truth is, it wasn't like that. I wanted to trick my mind into believing that this had happened in some way due to "God's will".. NOT TRUE!! I remember receiving this text I had "manifested" or "attracted" and in reality even though I did not want to personally admit it at that moment, I was scared. It just couldn't be right. I felt powerful. But it was a type of power that could not bring any good along with it. I had this feeling that this would become addicting in some way. When I had received that specific message, I remember letting my friend, the one that was also into all of this, know about it. She was like 'I told you!!!" And that was when I said "yeah i know!!! I just don't know if I should feel happy or scared about this.." That was when I was about to send her the link for this "miraculous" TH-cam manifestation video when, I'm telling you, my phone LITERALLY dies. It literally does, and I don't actually know if it was just purely coincidence but it really felt as if it it was intended to die. I actually was like "darn it, I'll guess she'll just have to wait a couple more minutes for me to send it." But that was the same moment I felt the need of grabbing my laptop and just looking about this and doing my own research about this topic. I had this feeling I just had to. When I literally start getting a ton of these videos about why "LOA is wrong" or "Stop Manifesting this against Christianity" things like that, but I was like "no way I'm watching these, these are just "Extreme Christians" that really don't know anything else rather than following the Bible word for word. But then I second thought: "you know what, JUST WATCH ONE ALREADY!" And that is exactly why I'm here. And when I tell you this all happened just in one night, I'm telling you it did. And boy it was a rollercoaster of emotions but I'm so glad Jesus was able to protect me and keep me from all these malicious stuff. I know how tempting all of this really is, I really do. Especially when you are going through really shitty times like me..But just please hear me out.. don't do it. We are not in charge of our destiny, or in charge of manipulating things to being the way we want them to be. Because at the end of the day, it'll never be enough! NEVER. And that is the exact same though I had when I did my first "manifesting": "OMG, What should I do next?? "Boyfriend? Dream school? Dream body?" It never ends, NEVER. And if you believe you'll reach a state of fulfillment or content, you are definitely wrong. After all, that is not Jesus' path nor the path Christianity intends to teach their followers. Blessings will come our way if God intends them to be like that. If God does not intend that for you then they will simply not happen. I'm sorry. But you've got to believe that that was the right decision and that that was actually perfectly planned by our Creator. And if you had to go through hard times, just as I did, it is because God has chosen to protect you from something even bigger. God's times are perfect and his plans are as well. Dig deeper into your religion: read the Bible, go to church, pray on a daily basis, and you will indeed feel a stronger and much purer connection with him and your religion, that will accompany feelings of love and gratitude for yourself and your life forever. It’s always been a thing, I had a cousin who was really into this since yearsss ago but lately I’m just hearing so much about it from different people. I started following LOA and manifesting things... I got ALL INTO IT. I then started to see positive outcomes from it but around the same time I got mad at my dog for peeing in my room and I said I didnt want a dog anymore. 1 week later my dog got sick. Really sick. I had him for 11 years he was fine. 2 months later I lost the love of my life. I then stopped LOA and focused on God. I regret saying that to this day and feel LOA had alot to do with it.
i just wanna say that a lot of people have a false perception of law of attraction or law of assumption. manifesting isn’t a thing that you need to set a certain time for yk?? you do it all the time whether you know it or not. there is no escaping it. you manifest all the good and all the bad.
I don't think the LOA is necessarily bad. I think idolizing is. You can manifest what you want but need to remember that God sees beyond what you know and only He can tell if you deserve it or not. I mean, we pray for things and then add "if it is your will" and later on, you learn that you didn't really need these things. He created the universe so the point is worshiping the creator and not the creation. Ask and believe but don't forget who the biggest decision maker is.

Omg.. funny u mentioned the nightmares. I started having horrible nightmares to the point of insomnia. I wouldn't go to sleep. I literally had to move into my moms for a bit to not be alone. I was losing it. I started to read Bible scriptures and pray. My nightmares weren't normal.
@@fw448 Holy shit I had a similar experience when I fell into the New Age practices. I had a very awful nightmare before and it felt like a demon was watching me.
I lost all of my friends, dropped out of school, attracted bad friends, attracted a narcissistic ass boyfriend and got in to big fights with my mom which never happened before i practiced LOA it’s sick. The only thing i have been manifested successfully is MATERIAL STUFF it made me happy for like an 1 hour or something. Now that i stopped doing everything of the new age i got closer to god. As a pagan witch I also get it. What people who preach only love and light is that you most think positive all the time, because then nothing bad will happen (which isn't so). I think it's something a lot of light workers don't talk about and choose to ignore. In the Craft there is shadow work- but that's work of the self. Christians will say it's 'dark' and that depression comes from 'the devil'. Oh and demons. Somehow god just isn't powerful enough to get rid of them for good on his own- but that's a different rant. I consider it a natural balance of darkness and light. Just because you're positive and (pretending) to be happy all the time doesn't mean everything is always good. If you're excessively depressed it's something to talk to your doctor about. No matter what your religion or spirituality or lack there of everyone should still consult doctors and therapists for physical and mental health.
Melody Art as someone who use to be into new age & paganism now a Christ follower I can tell you there are so many things about God that we may never know. But knowledge is not what this life is about. Yes we are to know things, but the more important aspect is who is the teacher. Demons are very real, the once friendly creatures turned on me quickly when I decided to leave my old life & start living for Jesus. But Christianity is NOT how most people portray it to be. I know what you mean about Demons attacking you! Things got really weird after I tried to open my third eye. My sister has been into witch craft and she doesn't know what shes doing and she puts curses on people! She's getting back the negative energys she put out! She's completely lost it mentally! You know I never saw anything wrong with the law of attraction because I would see it as positivity aspect. And felt and believe it was good and right to be positive, you would receive and have a positive day. To Invision what you want and make it happen. But after reading scripture, it opened up eyes to see how gaining materialistic lifestyle is not our purpose and just a distraction from us getting closer to God. I think it's just a way to make us change and be proactive to gain our goals. And be surrounded as me me me, a selfish lifestyle of self gain. We can still be positive but know that we come to God for our requests and he's in control and not us. Very interesting to hear your story

So, I stumbled into it because of some Christian television, however, after my then husband bought the book, The Secret, and I read it, I rejected it. However, my husband has been very fo used on material things and he began going really deep into it. Chanting, meditating, stopped going to church. I was not in agreement with any of it. However, the marriage disintegrated, he went on to become successful. I got sick, my mother was ill and I was terrified I would be as well. And I got ill. My bones started disintegrating, compressed my spine and paralyzed me from.the waist down. Now my ex has reason to feel smug, because my parents are Christians, yet, they suffered debilitating illnesses. So , now, he is convinced, new age is the way. However, let me quickly add to this....'I'd rather have Jesus than anything, this world affords, today.' There is a real battle going on out there in the spiritual world. The battle is for our souls. Satan will use every device he can...but ,' faith in Adonai, is the victory that overcomes the world.'
This is very encouraging. The Bible says to seek the kingdom of God, not to try to attract anything. Jesus sought the lost. He wasn't trying to attract a new house, car, etc.

I am 65 years old and have been a christian since the age of 24. I have seen many things, know the bible VERY well, understand much of the enemy's ways, and deceptions etc. I am also an ordained minister. I was touched to hear your problems and your husband's venture, your mother's problems, etc. Jesus said that they that believe in him will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. It says in Peter that it is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed. The word also says to hold fast the profession of your faith for he is faithful that promised. Quote these scriptures to yourself and to your mother. Read the bible, and let the lord teach you many things. He WANTS you healed. It is NEVER his will for you to be sick or defeated. I know this is hard to hear after what you have been through, but he loves you and wants the best for you. He really does. Meditation is not new age if you meditate on his word. Speaking his word over and over to yourself is not new age, but very scriptural. Many places in the bible teach this. Saying "By his stripes I am healed" is pleasing to God. He is not holding back on you. You can succeed in this. Lay hands on your mother and speak THE WORD OF GOD over her. Jesus said "WHEN you pray BELIEVE THAT YOU RECEIVE" and you will have it. Satan has no new tricks. He can only pervert what God has created. He perverted the law of faith in Jesus and his word, and called it new age. His goal is to deceive God's people. NO MATTER how it looks in life, just have faith in God through his son and you will receive healing, love, joy, and peace. I have and I am very close to Jesus. He is coming soon. Don't be discouraged. Trust in him for healing without wavering, for he that wavers will receive nothing from the lord (James 1). He loves you. He really does. @@keziakandii Not everyone fully understands. Sometimes they trust and get the LOA to work without understanding it completely. So they trust there own power and believe in the universe or tell you to trust the universe. The truth is when they tell you to trust the universe that is because the universe is part of you. You are not separate from the world/universe. The world that you experience thats not part of your body is based on your thoughts and beliefs. When you get that self-realization, thats what it means to become one with god or that you are this universe.
This video is really great! Really made me reconsider my beliefs surrounding the loa. I too, used to think it was a positive thing and that you could interlink the concept with God. But saying “you are the creator of your reality” just erases God from the equation and makes you feel as if you don’t need him or anyone
I got my cat because I prayed NOT from LOA. I had just moved and prayed a stray cat would cross my path that needed a home. A week later a cat was in my back yard. It turns out it belonged to my neighbor, but I adopted it as a stray. Lol. My neighbors ended up giving me this cat because they were too busy. They were going to give me an expensive seal point Siamese cat! I prayed about how much to give them for the cat. God laid a specific amnt of $ on my 💜 to pay for the cat which ended up exactly paying for their bills! THAT was God at work VS the LOA!!!

But thank the Lord for you and other TH-camrs sharing their stories. Before I got too far down that path, I began seeing people talking about how demonic LOA is and at first i thought they were exaggerating, but then I began doing my own research and listening to testimonies of people who have taken part in different New Age practices like this and now I know I don't want any part in it. But the part you mentioned about the enemy trying to use this to convince you that you were never really saved really hit home for me, because I've been struggling in my faith so much recently. I've been running away from God and have been struggling with temptation and to trust God more than I ever have and it's really caused me to question if I was ever really saved, but thank you for the reminder that God lets us go through these things sometimes but that He will still protect us and pull us out of them. Yes, that’s right it makes you feel you are all powerful. That’s what’s dangerous. I didn’t see. It took years for me to see. It didn’t take you years because you were already walking with God. I started to believe I was only good and I couldn’t see all the evil/selfishness/sin inside my heart. I’d get exhausted trying to will things to happen and feel like how did I go wrong when they very often didn’t happen as I’d worked so hard to envision. Now I only want God’s will. I’m still on this journey as once a believer, who then became not a believer for about 10 years, to coming back. I haven’t really spoken out loud about this. I’m still trying to make sense of where I’ve been for the past decade. I just usually cry when I think about all this because it’s a lot. It just comes out as tears.

My mercy prevails my wrath, God says In Quran. I’m not a Christian I’m a Muslim but we all worship the same God. As for LOA, it is real. We refer to it as Tawakkul. Where LOA asks and puts it out there for the ‘Universe’ to provide, and have faith that it exceeds the limits of our minds and logic and that time and size and possibility is not a question, because the universe can provide. We believe the universe is God. We believe that God can grant us all our wishes. What’s impossible is the limit of our mind and logic and time and size. For God the same measures do not apply. He is infinite and has no beginning or end. He is everywhere. Like science or LOA refers to the ‘energy’. We believe that energy is our Lord. The creator of this universe. So back to tawakkul. Tawakkul is the faith the belief that when I ask my lord for something he will grant me that wish. Because only he can. The faith in the possibility of things is Tawakkul. To call it law of attraction is just another name for it. However to believe anything besides god or to pray to anything besides almighty is a sin. May Allah protect our faiths and guides us to the righteous path. Amen

I used to have a similar confusion in regards to LOA (and even tarot readings). Thinking that there was nothing wrong and it was compatible with my faith in God. But those things robbed me of peace eventually so I dropped them like a hot potato. The true difference is exactly what you say at the end of the video. Ask and you shall receive means that you will receive from a loving Father who knows what is ultimately best not only for your life, but for the world. It is not about us, individually. And yet, God takes care of each one of us, individually. So, we receive according to His will and that is a protection. LOA means you receive according to your own will but what you wished for isn’t necessarily the best for you, ultimately

That's not entirely true. God will give you what isn't ultimately good for you if you want it bad enough and demand it without regards to his will. Prayer is a method of manifestation.
I almost got sucked into this a few months ago. There was something about it that made my spirit uneasy however. I'm glad for it. God protects His children and that's the reason that you have this testimony.
I came across manifestation on TikTok around 3 months ago and I immediately felt that something was wrong. But I thought that it was god sending me love.. I believe in asking anything I need in the name of Jesus and if I don’t receive it, I believe God seen it wasn’t right for me. Thank you for this video. I was watching another video by Sophia Pruett and feel God lead to you both because I have been having some difficulty letting go of the law of attraction and it’s concepts. Last night I was thinking about it and I believe the Holy Spirit was sending me a message to help me hear it from others and I searched on TH-cam to see if there was anything on, “Is the law of attraction of God?” God led me to you and Sophia‘s videos, there is no question. A very close friend of mine who is passionate with God has inspired me to build a relationship with God. I used the law of attraction to manifest things that I thought I wanted and desired. In the end I suffered and lost almost everything. Your video and Sophia‘s video gives me a great deal of relief and happiness because The thought of not working through God is beyond scary, it’s terrifying. I’ve had some very scary and disturbing experiences and ever since I’ve brought myself back to God and built a better relationship, I feel so much stronger and aware. I am not perfect and I never will be but I’m always trying to do right of God.
This is so amazing, I just started to learn about the law of attraction and I have to say that I was very interested at first, but something always felt wrong. According to Neville Goddard ......the biblical stories are symbolical. God is within.... WITHIN us. He is in US! He speaks in his teaching about how to work with our imagination and to live imaginatively, to also use our imagination lovingly! You never spoke about that part. He also peaks about our subconscious and how to use it. Me personally.....I'll take my chances with Neville Goddards teachings. Also listen a bit a few videos on Joe Dispenza. One last thing....... according to Neville Goddard.....out imagination IS GOD!!!!!!!

I almost dabbled in the new age without knowing because I was reading books that I thought were just on mindset and I’m glad that I had the Holy Spirit in me to recognize that it was some truth sprinkled in and it made no sense to me. Some of these books even incorporate Christian prayers in it, so it is very deceiving. I’m glad I knew it was wrong before it was too late. Reading the word is the only way to know the truth. when you pray for something you are asking God to come into your desires and filter through what you are asking, when you wish and think for something and try to make it happen on your own, you are basically trying to be your own God, and could potentially unknowingly be using the powers of evil to make your desires happen
We are one with god. It says it in the scripture. Her interpretation is hysterical and fear based. The scripture says: Be still and know that I AM god. Ask in my name and you shall receive. Your body is the temple. Heaven in WITHIN you. The entire bible is a parable for the awakening and evolution of a fallen soul that forgot it was god. When you start to see all the people and things in the bible as symbolic, rather than just a few thing that western Christianity focuses on, the bible becomes the secret to life and heaven. There will be no more chasing. You will be awakened in knowing that god is not outside of you.

The bible is not a parable - it's a historically reliable collection of eyewitness testimony written down in the time of other eye witnesses. They report supernatural events that took place in fulfilment of specific prophesies. They claim to be not human but divine in origin. If you are interested in knowing God, you need to read His word in the Bible.
Yes, but this is only if it is in God's will. If it doesn't line up with His heart or violates His goodness in any way, He will not give it to you. It's all about context.

Align yuh what made you turn away? I was looking into LOA, but saying God instead of universe and have a good motive behind everything I want to manifest. For ex. I want a good paying job so that I can also give back as much as possible to people in need.
I was very excited to use the law of attraction and I was telling my mom about it and she kinda seemed like she didn’t like the idea so I asked her why and she told me that when she was about 16 or 17 her parents used something very similar to the law of attraction to get a house they really wanted and it worked but it all eventually went terribly. They had these scary biker neighbors that would write them threatening notes and it was an overall bad situation until they eventually had to move out as soon as possible. My mom had always felt like that had something to do with the law of attraction or (creative visualization) is another name for it. I’m sad to find out that this isn’t a good idea hopefully I’ll find another way to get what I want

This doesn't mean people don't need God. It shows how faith works. If you have the faith of a mustard seed, you can move mountains. The girl who was healed used her belief, and by her own belief, she was healed.
Manifesting isn’t some magical ritual that we go out our way to do its feelings and thoughts and humans naturally have feeling and thoughts so if god didn’t want us to manifest he wouldn’t have made it so natural . I respect your opinion but you can have nice things and still love and worship the lord , doesn’t god want us to be happy and enjoy life ? I get that we shouldn’t get caught up in the material things but there’s nothing wrong with having nice things like can’t you have nice things and still be a Christian at the same time .i don’t think you should just dismiss manifesting all together because sometimes people can be greedy and get more than what they need but some people manifest money to pay their bills and cars to get where there going. God's purpose for our lives is not for us to be happy. We are here on earth to become closer in relationship with Him and discover who He is and to spread the gospel. Happiness relies on circumstance, God brings joy not happiness. Joy is deeper and is irregardless of circumstance. If you chase happiness it will get further away. Instead chase after God's will for your life and I am sure joy will be a by-product of that, but it is not the destination. We can trust God with everything we need, and that includes having times of rest and joy throughout the trials. You don't need to manifest for these things, God provides everything we need.
God will bless those that do his will abundantly, through having a relationship with jesus, manifestation is used by the powers of your own will and the powers of satan. That is the difference. I was reading the Bible every day, hanging with a great small group, going to church, listening to worship music, considered myself Christian....and I fell for a book that used all scripture to support the LOA type thinking before I was grounded strong enough in the Word/Truth! This is sooo true! I have done very little of this and I’m so glad my eyes were opened before it got worse. I’ve always been a Christian and grew up in church but I would consider me to have been a part time Christian. Just saying I’m Christian but not going to church or reading my Bible. I’ve recently started to get back into my Bible. I know very close people who I consider big Christians who do this but more of just speaking things into existence. They also watch a lot of current famous preachers who do this as well and sowing that seed to get you health and wealth. I’ve watch so many videos on this and it’s scary. I’ve recently watched a documentary on The American Gospel and WOW has it opened my eyes to so much! It’s like everything I knew as a Christian has been wrong. I have never felt so greedy and selfish in my life after watching it. If you have not watched it you should and I’d love to see a video on that.

I had told a Christian friend about me dabbling back in it and I honestly believe he prayed for me. Because I just woke up back out of it. And I feel like I was allowed to experience it and I am so thankful to the Lord because him pulling me out of it even after he already did the first time, has made me so thankful to be his. It's so funny because I feel like on this path of cultivating a stronger relationship with Christ, I learn more and more everyday. With that comes confusion a lot of the time, especially when I don't seem to be getting answers to my questions... but you hit the nail on the HEAD, for real. I also came across a TikTok today, coincidentally (or is it?), of a Christian man telling a story and referencing Romans 16:17, which states: "I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Really appreciated hearing your viewpoint. I’ve been back and forth on the ideas - because like you, I believe there is nothing wrong with having a vision and desires for your life. But the way you summed it up is true... when we bring the trust fully on ourselves, we’re risking something very serious. I meditate daily and practice positive thought journaling at times in my life - because as the Bible says - 2 Corinthians 10:5 - “we destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.” I’m often the one with those thoughts. The doubts. The fears. And I believe we can capture those thoughts and make them one with God... but not for the sake of us having the control, but rather, for the intent of giving more control to God to give us an incredible life that we never even dreamed was imaginable. Not just through material things, or being promised more, even though I do want more - but more so through trust. Faith. Love... and ultimately knowing that right now, life is like this... and that is Gods plan for me today. What freedom that thought can bring if we choose to embrace it. The realization that I can strive for more AND be happy in the moment because I’m trusting God. I think that’s the ultimate....

Law of Attraction is scary because once you manifest a few innocent things for yourself the devil will start seducing you to others that are more evil. Our life is meant to serve God. We petition God for what we think He wants us to do based on His laws, scriptures and our neighbor's needs.

Hi! I think these affirmations are okay IF it's a kind of a reminder to yourself of how we are saved by God. ie. I am God's child! I am who He says I am! I am loved by the Father who is the creator of all. I am His! etc. Affirmations that are Biblical to remind ourselves of God's power that is already in us! For His glory!
That’s not how the law of attraction works. You can’t turn it on or off. It just is. It’s like gravity. Just because you don’t want to think about or participate in gravity doesn’t mean that you have a choice. Gravity is a law of science. So you may as well take control over yourself and your mind and control your life rather than letting it control you. The fact that you are posting this title shows you don’t really know what the law of attraction is or how it really works. God created us this way by design. We are made in his image. Will you deny yourself and the way God made you to be? We are creators - as we are made in the image of God.
For me it all started from 2 weeks ago. I saw a video with the title: how this girl manifested her dream life I was like, let's watch it for fun and then I was in this mood to use the law of attraction no matter what I was like I can use it to manifest my dream life, my soulmate and anything I want but But I didn't feel right about it, I was thinking about how I can actually manifest my soul mate by just writing how he looks like or even my dream job my dream house and.... Don't be afraid! That's the enemy not wanting you to know about the powers that God created you with. The bible said "he made us in his image". It also says "yee are gods." The bible literally tells us the same thing as the law of attraction. Just broken down so that we can properly use it. King David used it when he sung or went to war. King Soloman used it for wisdom. Samson used for superhuman strength. It's the purpose that matters. Not the act. What profits a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul. Manifest things that you won't feel guilty about manifesting. The big lie is that it's wrong to have abundance. Why would our Father want us to suffer? He doesn't. But once you have more, spread more to your brothers and sisters that are less fortune and tell them how they can change their lives. It should all go back to God. In everything give thanks. He gave us the tools and we have to know how to build our lives to be pleasing to God and ourselves.
As someone who isn’t Christian, I would agree wit this, I like how you put it. I’m agnostic and I too believe that we shouldn’t be greedy with our desires just because it’s there for us to have, we shouldn’t allow Law of attraction to become something we constantly rely on, but we can exercise the ability to do so without becoming too greedy:)
I am in a little struggle of my life... suddenly TH-cam recommended the power of manifestation. I was like woah I’m interested. I started trying it but something felt off, I am a Christian but it felt like I was not putting my hope in God. That is when I did research❤️ God brought me to watch this. The God I serve is good. I'll look into it, thanks for bringing it up! The best rule of thumb I can give you is to compare everything she says to scripture. If it matches with scripture, you're good. If it contradicts scripture, avoid it.
What a trip and you're not alone. I had a similar experience with LOA a few years ago. I didn't grow up in a Christian home or have much knowledge about it, other than what I picked up talking or listening to people, going through other spiritual experiences, or getting scared by whatever Charlton Heston movie was on when I was a kid. I knew a little more about new age off and on that religion, and only just started reading the Bible when I hit 40. In fact, I used to joke that I grew up in the Church of Star Trek and Star Wars, which I knew a lot more about. Most of my other religious experience was some crazy spiritual stuff I went through in my youth, off and on, which is a long story lol. Well, several stories, but also kind of deja vu to the LOA incidents. My LOA experience was pretty crazy -- and darn scary and long -- and even started up when I noticed synchronicity. But I kind of consider God giving me a fatherly wallop as a tough lesson, but not until after I randomly prayed r him to "come down and teach me." Ask and you shall receive. Basically, I had the you-know-what scared out of me, and over stuff I'd been off and on with since I was a kid and I had other experiences with regarding it. Ever since stuff went weird with LOA, though, I've never felt closer to Him--even though it came very gradually lol. I've even been reading the Bible daily, enjoying Christian and Messianic music, studying the Bible passionately, and really learning to lean on him in big, big ways. Not so much out of fear but want, which is something I never ever ever thought I'd see myself doing, even if I always believe in God and just didn't know how it all worked. I wound up ditching some bad practices, like Halloween (one of my walloping experiences, and once my favorite time of the year lol), as well as a very unhealthy relationship of 20 years that I felt trapped in. I quit smoking and then quit vaping, which is when stuff finally stopped being as scary. Go figure. I was basically shown where I needed to improve, from the POP figurines (I guess idols) on my dresser to the smoking thing and even my Netflix and TH-cam algorithm lol. It was like I was being shown a mirror and what wasn't okay. I was watching a lot of dark stuff for years and just not in a good headspace or situation. And I have had a lot of blessings since then, maybe more all at once than throughout most of my life. He really doesn't like Halloween lol. But then that makes sense. Oh, and Disney--which is kind of how stuff started when I was a kid, while reenacting some scene in a dream or some such (I barely remember) and then talking to someone who was saying it was bad, as was Halloween. I even went to Walt Disney Elementary lol. Strangely enough, all that happened a few years ago with LOA lines right up with what I experience as a kid lol. Normally, I'd take it with a grain of salt, except I had forgotten about it until recently and I remembered the names I heard being said back then, which I now know were Hebrew, and there was no way I'd know them back then or even until I started reading the bible. I think the Disney point was how it kind of encourages or downplays the dabbling. If you think about it, all their movies deal with magic, dark origin stories, and paganism. It's all kind of escalating and being rebooted now, everything I was into back then is coming back haha. I didn't really think about it until after the LOA stuff, but I guess that makes sense too. That LOA will definitely suck you in. I'll never forget re-reading what I'd written in my gratitude journal even, the more I got into it, and how it started to switch into more egotistical stuff rather than it being about or coming from God. Sort of like praying to ourselves over Him. I later learned how that's actually a recurring theme amongst mankind throughout the Bible too. It's funny because while I re-read those journals, I was also tearing them up and feeling almost chastised by "Someone" for a specific word that kept coming up: dabbling. But I eventually learned real gratitude practices and, above all, how to pray and not feel unworthy to do so, as well as how to trust in God. The latter was a big deal because I learned young to think I was unworthy, due to race and other factors, and basically had bad experiences with Christians in general--plus former experiences regarding Biblical-related things I'd gone through previously that I didn't get at the time wasn't helping either. So, I'm grateful for the outcome, just not LOA lol. I do find it interesting, however, with the timing of it all. A lot of people reading the Secret and many getting spooked by it and turning to God. And then everything going on in the world these days, just a few years later. Strange times.
I remember seeing tutorials on manifesting on tik tok and as a Christian I didn’t think much of it, but as I was going through the process I felt something in my spirit was almost trying to stop me. I didn’t know why but it felt wrong. I love this video. My dad told this story about when he was a young man. He was in a very unpleasant job in a Christian ministry, and he really wanted out of it. He told God, "Please get me out of this job." And he felt God bring a verse to mind: Psalms 106:14-15 "But they had wanton cravings in the wilderness and put God to the test in the desert. He gave them their requests, but sent leanness to their souls." This is a verse referencing the children of Israel asking God for quail when they were in the wilderness... He sent them quail and then struck them with a disease. My dad had a horrible premonition that God would give him what he wanted if he insisted on it but he wouldn't like it. You've got to be careful what you ask God for, especially if you're really insisting on it. Sometimes, He gives it to you.
I started listening to subliminal a few months ago and I started having restless nights...nights where I would wake up at like 3 or 2 or even 4 in the morning. I kept listening and I knew that as a Christian this couldn’t be right so I started researching and thank God for you, thank God for using you and thank you for obeying him. You literally saved me.

Thanks for another good talk o this subject Nastasia. I was raised by my mom as a Christian and walked away a couple times during my life. She passed away 2 years ago and I have come home to start living the way God wants us to. A couple of weeks ago I started seeing videos that had been put out about positives in these teachings. I had been planning on wathing a couple to see hat it was about. One time I was going to watch but for some reason I was getting an uncomfortable feeling and it came to me that mom was talking about something like this before she died. Not positive it was the exact same thing but not sure enough I didn't watch one of the videos. Then the second time I was thinking about watching them is the other day when I watched your video on it and I decided This is the last thing I need to be watching because I am easily persuaded some times on things. once again thanks on sharing these videos with us...
This reminds me of the deception of yoga. I'm a former yogi who thought it was okay as long as I was doing it for the health benefits. When God spoke to me after 9 yrs of practicing to stop doing yoga, I had to really dig deeper. Yes, yoga does work when it comes to helping physical/mental health...of course, it has to keep you doing it. That's the deception. What you don't see is the door you're opening to the "voices" to come into your life and work.
Hey Natasia! Few thoughts: First, thank you for this and your previous video. It certainly opened my eyes! I had no idea about the founders and the philosophies they were rooted in. I've been skeptical about the Law of Attraction also but I previously reasoned it was just another way of saying it came from God and atheists are actually tapping into the power of God but didn't know... certainly untrue, thanks for opening my eyes to that. I will say though, your example for how you feel the law of attraction is incredibly cute lol. You wanted flowers... you thought hard on getting flowers... and a man saw you and gave you and the other ladies in your office some flowers... It couldn't possibly be the law of coincidences, could it? lol I'm only teasing, but I don't know, from my perspective, that doesn't sound like the law of attraction at work because the likelihood of a girl getting flowers from a guy, even a total stranger, is very common. I would say if you thought on something a bit more unusual and it came true, then that would be more convincing... but, to each their own, I'm not trying to knock ya, I'm just making a point. I don't say that to disprove you, I actually say that as an encouragement - because I agree, calling upon anything other than God can only mean it's calling on the "voices" and I personally don't think you did that based on your example. To that, I'm unsure that the law of attraction ever worked through your life because of the scripture you cited that read the elect could be fooled..."IF it were possible". In your previous video, you mentioned people who are empty shells and that's who the "voices" inhabit and such, and I completely agree. When God is living inside you, there's no way the enemy can inhabit or inflict power over you because you're empowered by God, right? Matt 6:24 says, "No man can serve two masters. He will either hate the one and love the other..." So I'm personally just unsure about that. I know that God wants your petitions to be known onto Him. No father would want to deny their child something that would make them happy, and you made a great point in your last video that if you ask God for harm to a child, God won't do it because it's not in the nature of God... so it certainly has to be in His perfect will first. Ever since I was a kid, I would ask God for things and pray for it every single day until it came to be...From toys to video games as a kid... to cars, home, the woman I wanted to marry, our kids and so on as an adult.. and just about every one of my petitions came true (with a few exceptions of course). When I heard about The Law of Attraction, I thought I've been doing that for a lifetime already, but I always had God in the middle of it all - and I always said, "But not my will, but your will be done." I suppose that's the difference. We as Christian accept when it's not in the will of God, whereas others, don't take no for an answer. We humble ourselves while still making our requests known "You have not, because you ask not." I'm sure that as you were thinking about those flowers, in the back of your mind, you asked God for them too because God is so much a part of your DNA. Am I right? Anyway, just wanted to share that. Thank you for posting this. I had just started reading this book about asking and it is given. I have always been intrigued with the power of attraction. I got this awful creepy feeling the other day. So compelled to get rid of it. Then I came across your video and its blown my mind. I haven't realized the way I have been thinking is so wrong. This has definitely made me want to strengthen my relationship with God. So I thank you for sharing.
I think there is some confusion about loa. Whether one is consciously practicing this or not this law is always at work. As Neville Goddard says, "God is your own wonderful human imagination so imagine wonderful things. The world is you pushed out" Its apparent its always at work especially when I meet people who mirror back my horrible state of mind if I'm angry or depressed. I manifested $15,000 when I really needed it. One thing that happened was, the circumstances surrounding this also brought 15,000 to both my brother and sister. It didnt just benefit me, they both have large families and could definitely use the money. Your imagination can heal and benefit the world if you adhere to the golden rule. The bible says to bear one anothers burdens, right? So imagine your loved one, or enemy, healed or out of poverty or happily married. Anyway, that's just my take on it.
You are absolutely right. The problems arise when people try this without devotion to God. But it's undeniable that we are always manifesting according to this law. Actually prayer is manifestation work in alignment with God. The key is to find God's inspirations in your heart through meditation and when he sows seed into your heart you go-ahead and bring it into manifestation. Meditation is listening to God and being receptive, prayer is speaking God's will into our life, which at that point should be nondifferent from our own will.
Can we ask God, as Christians, for better opportunities? For a certain salary range, a dream company or a specific person? What can you say about practicing Law of Attraction given God is the source of all?
Law of attraction is one of the UNIVERSAL LAWS. 'God' if the infinite power of the cosmos, this is why the saying "you are one with everything" comes into place. You are but one thing within the entire universe, and you are connected with it all. You have a connection with other animals, plants, the earth, everything, its just that many people are not FULLY aware of this truth and so the connection remains severed. Being one thing that exists within this grand universe is akin to being a single thread in a great rug. There is a certain level of understanding that is required, do not be afraid of things simply because you do not at this present moment understand them. (just as a side note, i hope all of you including Nastasia know that the 'bible' has been rewritten many times and manipulated over thousands of years, sprinkling truths in there to catch those who are incapable of opening their eyes and think for ourselves. People wouldn’t do witchcraft if it didn’t work. My pastor went on some sort of missionary and he went to a place where witchcraft was heavily practiced. They hated Christians. They would march around where they were staying and chant curses. Suddenly one of the children in their building got a bad fever. They realised the people had cursed the mattress the child was sleeping on and they threw it out. As soon as they did that the child was okay again. This stuff is real guys and you don’t want to mess around with it.

They also turned into the worst version of themselves. Selfish, always wanting more, greedy etc. another former witch I talked to said every fellow witch she met also had that on them no matter what “healing crystals” they used and spells they used. You should watch “Steven bancarz new age to Jesus testimony” it really shows how you can be rich and successful but when ur involved in this stuff you won’t be happy or fulfilled. Also a girl named Doreen Virtue who was literally the queen of this stuff is now a Christian speaking against witchcraft and new age. She said yes some of it really worked. She got a car, relationship, and job because of it. But it didn’t last. She lost that relationship, she lost that car, and she lost that job.

I manifested a lot of things. Love, materialistic things, a baby, the list goes on. I felt so powerful. I felt like GOD until I couldn’t handle the things that came with it. I lost friends, love, a lot of things because I was in control. One thing I realized is that I can’t have that much power and all praises go to GOD because only he can handle that much power. Same thing happened to me!!! I saw so many weird things when I was opening my third eye and it was insane and scary!!! I prayed for God to make it stop! When I was praying the first time it felt like something was scratching at my head! I NEVER believed in ghosts before but I do now! I saw like black cloudy figures out of the corner of my eyes. Like they were watching me. I didn't tell anyone and one day my daughter who was like 10 said she was seeing these things out of the corner of her eyes too. She was afraid of our hallway and one time was pushed and fell. It was just VERY wrong! I NEVER saw things before! A friend came over and I saw this night orb thing on her right shoulder and it was red and purple! Think she left that at my house because things got really creepy at my home. I strayed from God but never again! I lost so many friends and people just started being weird to me! God bless you and glas you got out too!

Wow,. I have a friend that actually got me into this whole manifestation and LOA things and said it had nothing to do with religion nor it interfered with it. I had seen it so much on TikTok and seen so many teenagers doing it and basically receiving most of the things they had "attracted" or "manifested". I have recently been feeling very distant from Jesus ever since quarantine occurred. There was no church to go to nor communion to take, and I have been feeling very empty inside. I've wanted to have a boyfriend for so long and I feel so left out from my friend group..so I thought about getting these wishes through different ways. That was when I remembered the 'manifestation" methods my friend had talked to me about. However, I LITERALLY had the exact same thoughts as you about how this "could also be connected to God", or "if this happens it would be due to God's will" and that's when it did occur.
I was recommended this LOA video from TH-cam with TONS of people saying it worked for them and I just said to myself this has to be it, "it has to be a sign from God". I opened it and said you know what I'll give it a try, what's the worst thing that could happen? It not happening? At first it seemed all fine and normal, but there were some other things in the video that just gave me this eerie and a wrong gut feeling. However, I continued to put it into practice. When I tell you this thing worked, IT DID. I mean I was shocked and wanted to trick myself and think I was actually happy and that I was actually content that I brought something good into my life that I really wanted. But the truth is, it wasn't like that. I wanted to trick my mind into believing that this had happened in some way due to "God's will".. NOT TRUE!! I remember receiving this text I had "manifested" or "attracted" and in reality even though I did not want to personally admit it at that moment, I was scared. It just couldn't be right. I felt powerful. But it was a type of power that could not bring any good along with it. I had this feeling that this would become addicting in some way. When I had received that specific message, I remember letting my friend, the one that was also into all of this, know about it. She was like 'I told you!!!" And that was when I said "yeah i know!!! I just don't know if I should feel happy or scared about this.." That was when I was about to send her the link for this "miraculous" TH-cam manifestation video when, I'm telling you, my phone LITERALLY dies. It literally does, and I don't actually know if it was just purely coincidence but it really felt as if it it was intended to die.
I actually was like "darn it, I'll guess she'll just have to wait a couple more minutes for me to send it." But that was the same moment I felt the need of grabbing my laptop and just looking about this and doing my own research about this topic. I had this feeling I just had to. When I literally start getting a ton of these videos about why "LOA is wrong" or "Stop Manifesting this against Christianity" things like that, but I was like "no way I'm watching these, these are just "Extreme Christians" that really don't know anything else rather than following the Bible word for word. But then I second thought: "you know what, JUST WATCH ONE ALREADY!" And that is exactly why I'm here. And when I tell you this all happened just in one night, I'm telling you it did. And boy it was a rollercoaster of emotions but I'm so glad Jesus was able to protect me and keep me from all these malicious stuff. I know how tempting all of this really is, I really do. Especially when you are going through really shitty times like me..But just please hear me out.. don't do it. We are not in charge of our destiny, or in charge of manipulating things to being the way we want them to be. Because at the end of the day, it'll never be enough! NEVER. And that is the exact same though I had when I did my first "manifesting": "OMG, What should I do next?? "Boyfriend? Dream school? Dream body?" It never ends, NEVER. And if you believe you'll reach a state of fulfillment or content, you are definitely wrong.
After all, that is not Jesus' path nor the path Christianity intends to teach their followers. Blessings will come our way if God intends them to be like that. If God does not intend that for you then they will simply not happen. I'm sorry. But you've got to believe that that was the right decision and that that was actually perfectly planned by our Creator. And if you had to go through hard times, just as I did, it is because God has chosen to protect you from something even bigger. God's times are perfect and his plans are as well. Dig deeper into your religion: read the Bible, go to church, pray on a daily basis, and you will indeed feel a stronger and much purer connection with him and your religion, that will accompany feelings of love and gratitude for yourself and your life forever. Just believe and WATCH OUT for temptations, they wear very good costumes.

I started following LOA and manifesting things... I got ALL INTO IT. I then started to see positive outcomes from it but around the same time I got mad at my dog for peeing in my room and I said I didnt want a dog anymore. 1 week later my dog got sick. Really sick. I had him for 11 years he was fine. 2 months later I lost the love of my life. I then stopped LOA and focused on God. I regret saying that to this day and feel LOA had alot to do with it.
i just wanna say that a lot of people have a false perception of law of attraction or law of assumption. manifesting isn’t a thing that you need to set a certain time for yk?? you do it all the time whether you know it or not. there is no escaping it. you manifest all the good and all the bad.

I don't think the LOA is necessarily bad. I think idolizing is. You can manifest what you want but need to remember that God sees beyond what you know and only He can tell if you deserve it or not. I mean, we pray for things and then add "if it is your will" and later on, you learn that you didn't really need these things. He created the universe so the point is worshiping the creator and not the creation. Ask and believe but don't forget who the biggest decision maker is.

Omg.. funny u mentioned the nightmares. I started having horrible nightmares to the point of insomnia. I wouldn't go to sleep. I literally had to move into my moms for a bit to not be alone. I was losing it. I started to read Bible scriptures and pray. My nightmares weren't normal.
In my case, it attracted more witchcraft to me and everything got worse after that.
@@fw448 Holy shit I had a similar experience when I fell into the New Age practices. I had a very awful nightmare before and it felt like a demon was watching me.
I lost all of my friends, dropped out of school, attracted bad friends, attracted a narcissistic ass boyfriend and got in to big fights with my mom which never happened before i practiced LOA it’s sick. The only thing i have been manifested successfully is MATERIAL STUFF it made me happy for like an 1 hour or something. Now that i stopped doing everything of the new age i got closer to god. As a pagan witch I also get it. What people who preach only love and light is that you most think positive all the time, because then nothing bad will happen (which isn't so). I think it's something a lot of light workers don't talk about and choose to ignore. In the Craft there is shadow work- but that's work of the self. Christians will say it's 'dark' and that depression comes from 'the devil'. Oh and demons. Somehow god just isn't powerful enough to get rid of them for good on his own- but that's a different rant. I consider it a natural balance of darkness and light. Just because you're positive and (pretending) to be happy all the time doesn't mean everything is always good. If you're excessively depressed it's something to talk to your doctor about. No matter what your religion or spirituality or lack there of everyone should still consult doctors and therapists for physical and mental health.
Melody Art as someone who use to be into new age & paganism now a Christ follower I can tell you there are so many things about God that we may never know. But knowledge is not what this life is about. Yes we are to know things, but the more important aspect is who is the teacher. Demons are very real, the once friendly creatures turned on me quickly when I decided to leave my old life & start living for Jesus. But Christianity is NOT how most people portray it to be. It’s about loving God & loving others. This world is not about us & our wants & desires. Gratefully got out of it, got attacked by demons and started hearing voices. God Himself got me out. But it took years for me. I was locked up in a psych ward because of this.
I know what you mean about Demons attacking you! Things got really weird after I tried to open my third eye. My sister has been into witch craft and she doesn't know what shes doing and she puts curses on people! She's getting back the negative energys she put out! She's completely lost it mentally! I tried to warn her.

You know I never saw anything wrong with the law of attraction because I would see it as positivity aspect. And felt and believe it was good and right to be positive, you would receive and have a positive day. To Invision what you want and make it happen. But after reading scripture, it opened up eyes to see how gaining materialistic lifestyle is not our purpose and just a distraction from us getting closer to God. I think it's just a way to make us change and be proactive to gain our goals. And be surrounded as me me me, a selfish lifestyle of self gain. We can still be positive but know that we come to God for our requests and he's in control and not us. Very interesting to hear your story

So, I stumbled into it because of some Christian television, however, after my then husband bought the book, The Secret, and I read it, I rejected it. However, my husband has been very fo used on material things and he began going really deep into it. Chanting, meditating, stopped going to church.
I was not in agreement with any of it. However, the marriage disintegrated, he went on to become successful. I got sick, my mother was ill and I was terrified I would be as well. And I got ill. My bones started disintegrating, compressed my spine and paralyzed me from.the waist down.
Now my ex has reason to feel smug, because my parents are Christians, yet, they suffered debilitating illnesses.
So , now, he is convinced, new age is the way.

I am 65 years old and have been a christian since the age of 24. I have seen many things, know the bible VERY well, understand much of the enemy's ways, and deceptions etc. I am also an ordained minister. I was touched to hear your problems and your husband's venture, your mother's problems, etc. Jesus said that they that believe in him will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. It says in Peter that it is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed. The word also says to hold fast the profession of your faith for he is faithful that promised. Quote these scriptures to yourself and to your mother. Read the bible, and let the lord teach you many things. He WANTS you healed. It is NEVER his will for you to be sick or defeated. I know this is hard to hear after what you have been through, but he loves you and wants the best for you. He really does. Meditation is not new age if you meditate on his word. Speaking his word over and over to yourself is not new age, but very scriptural. Many places in the bible teach this. Saying "By his stripes I am healed" is pleasing to God. He is not holding back on you. You can succeed in this. Lay hands on your mother and speak THE WORD OF GOD over her. Jesus said "WHEN you pray BELIEVE THAT YOU RECEIVE" and you will have it. Satan has no new tricks. He can only pervert what God has created. He perverted the law of faith in Jesus and his word, and called it new age. His goal is to deceive God's people. NO MATTER how it looks in life, just have faith in God through his son and you will receive healing, love, joy, and peace. I have and I am very close to Jesus. He is coming soon. Don't be discouraged. Trust in him for healing without wavering, for he that wavers will receive nothing from the lord (James 1). He loves you. He really does. @@keziakandii Not everyone fully understands. Sometimes they trust and get the LOA to work without understanding it completely. So they trust there own power and believe in the universe or tell you to trust the universe. The truth is when they tell you to trust the universe that is because the universe is part of you. You are not separate from the world/universe. The world that you experience thats not part of your body is based on your thoughts and beliefs. When you get that self-realization, thats what it means to become one with god or that you are this universe.
This video is really great! Really made me reconsider my beliefs surrounding the loa. I too, used to think it was a positive thing and that you could interlink the concept with God. But saying “you are the creator of your reality” just erases God from the equation and makes you feel as if you don’t need him or anyone

I got my cat because I prayed NOT from LOA. I had just moved and prayed a stray cat would cross my path that needed a home. A week later a cat was in my back yard. It turns out it belonged to my neighbor, but I adopted it as a stray. Lol. My neighbors ended up giving me this cat because they were too busy. They were going to give me an expensive seal point Siamese cat! I prayed about how much to give them for the cat. God laid a specific amnt of $ on my 💜 to pay for the cat which ended up exactly paying for their bills! THAT was God at work VS the LOA!!!

Thank you so, so much for this, Nastacia! I caught myself starting to wander into some New Age ideas without even realizing it, which is really scary. But thank the Lord for you and other TH-camrs sharing their stories. Before I got too far down that path, I began seeing people talking about how demonic LOA is and at first i thought they were exaggerating, but then I began doing my own research and listening to testimonies of people who have taken part in different New Age practices like this and now I know I don't want any part in it.
But the part you mentioned about the enemy trying to use this to convince you that you were never really saved really hit home for me, because I've been struggling in my faith so much recently. I've been running away from God and have been struggling with temptation and to trust God more than I ever have and it's really caused me to question if I was ever really saved, but thank you for the reminder that God lets us go through these things sometimes but that He will still protect us and pull us out of them. Yes, that’s right it makes you feel you are all powerful. That’s what’s dangerous. I didn’t see. It took years for me to see. It didn’t take you years because you were already walking with God. I started to believe I was only good and I couldn’t see all the evil/selfishness/sin inside my heart. I’d get exhausted trying to will things to happen and feel like how did I go wrong when they very often didn’t happen as I’d worked so hard to envision. Now I only want God’s will. I’m still on this journey as once a believer, who then became not a believer for about 10 years, to coming back. I haven’t really spoken out loud about this. I’m still trying to make sense of where I’ve been for the past decade. I just usually cry when I think about all this because it’s a lot. It just comes out as tears.

I’m not a Christian I’m a Muslim but we all worship the same God. As for LOA, it is real. We refer to it as Tawakkul. Where LOA asks and puts it out there for the ‘Universe’ to provide, and have faith that it exceeds the limits of our minds and logic and that time and size and possibility is not a question, because the universe can provide. We believe the universe is God. We believe that God can grant us all our wishes. What’s impossible is the limit of our mind and logic and time and size. For God the same measures do not apply. He is infinite and has no beginning or end. He is everywhere. Like science or LOA refers to the ‘energy’. We believe that energy is our Lord. The creator of this universe. So back to tawakkul. Tawakkul is the faith the belief that when I ask my lord for something he will grant me that wish. Because only he can. The faith in the possibility of things is Tawakkul. To call it law of attraction is just another name for it. However to believe anything besides god or to pray to anything besides almighty is a sin. May Allah protect our faiths and guides us to the righteous path. Amen

I used to have a similar confusion in regards to LOA (and even tarot readings). Thinking that there was nothing wrong and it was compatible with my faith in God. But those things robbed me of peace eventually so I dropped them like a hot potato. The true difference is exactly what you say at the end of the video. Ask and you shall receive means that you will receive from a loving Father who knows what is ultimately best not only for your life, but for the world. It is not about us, individually. And yet, God takes care of each one of us, individually. So, we receive according to His will and that is a protection. LOA means you receive according to your own will but what you wished for isn’t necessarily the best for you, ultimately

That's not entirely true. God will give you what isn't ultimately good for you if you want it bad enough and demand it without regards to his will. Prayer is a method of manifestation.
I almost got sucked into this a few months ago. There was something about it that made my spirit uneasy however. I'm glad for it. God protects His children and that's the reason that you have this testimony.

Thank you for this video. I was watching another video by Sophia Pruett and feel God lead to you both because I have been having some difficulty letting go of the law of attraction and it’s concepts. Last night I was thinking about it and I believe the Holy Spirit was sending me a message to help me hear it from others and I searched on TH-cam to see if there was anything on, “Is the law of attraction of God?” God led me to you and Sophia‘s videos, there is no question. A very close friend of mine who is passionate with God has inspired me to build a relationship with God. I used the law of attraction to manifest things that I thought I wanted and desired. In the end I suffered and lost almost everything. Your video and Sophia‘s video gives me a great deal of relief and happiness because The thought of not working through God is beyond scary, it’s terrifying. I’ve had some very scary and disturbing experiences and ever since I’ve brought myself back to God and built a better relationship, I feel so much stronger and aware. I am not perfect and I never will be but I’m always trying to do right of God.

According to Neville Goddard ......the biblical stories are symbolical. God is within.... WITHIN us. He is in US! He speaks in his teaching about how to work with our imagination and to live imaginatively, to also use our imagination lovingly! You never spoke about that part. I almost dabbled in the new age without knowing because I was reading books that I thought were just on mindset and I’m glad that I had the Holy Spirit in me to recognize that it was some truth sprinkled in and it made no sense to me. Some of these books even incorporate Christian prayers in it, so it is very deceiving. I’m glad I knew it was wrong before it was too late. Reading the word is the only way to know the truth. when you pray for something you are asking God to come into your desires and filter through what you are asking, when you wish and think for something and try to make it happen on your own, you are basically trying to be your own God, and could potentially unknowingly be using the powers of evil to make your desires happen
We are one with god. It says it in the scripture. Her interpretation is hysterical and fear based. The scripture says: Be still and know that I AM god. Ask in my name and you shall receive. Your body is the temple. Heaven in WITHIN you. The entire bible is a parable for the awakening and evolution of a fallen soul that forgot it was god. When you start to see all the people and things in the bible as symbolic, rather than just a few thing that western Christianity focuses on, the bible becomes the secret to life and heaven. There will be no more chasing. You will be awakened in knowing that god is not outside of you.

The bible is not a parable - it's a historically reliable collection of eyewitness testimony written down in the time of other eye witnesses. They report supernatural events that took place in fulfilment of specific prophesies. They claim to be not human but divine in origin. If you are interested in knowing God, you need to read His word in the Bible.

I was very excited to use the law of attraction and I was telling my mom about it and she kinda seemed like she didn’t like the idea so I asked her why and she told me that when she was about 16 or 17 her parents used something very similar to the law of attraction to get a house they really wanted and it worked but it all eventually went terribly. They had these scary biker neighbors that would write them threatening notes and it was an overall bad situation until they eventually had to move out as soon as possible. My mom had always felt like that had something to do with the law of attraction or (creative visualization) is another name for it. I’m sad to find out that this isn’t a good idea hopefully I’ll find another way to get what I want

God's purpose for our lives is not for us to be happy. We are here on earth to become closer in relationship with Him and discover who He is and to spread the gospel. Happiness relies on circumstance, God brings joy not happiness. Joy is deeper and is irregardless of circumstance. If you chase happiness it will get further away. Instead chase after God's will for your life and I am sure joy will be a by-product of that, but it is not the destination. We can trust God with everything we need, and that includes having times of rest and joy throughout the trials. You don't need to manifest for these things, God provides everything we need.

Yoga is sun worship. Hinduism is definitely satanic. It's not a lack of respect of the fact that people have free will and can believe what they want. But respecting others doesn't mean you don't stand up for the truth. All the gods in Hinduism, satan is behind them. There is one true God and He is three in one. I was reading the Bible every day, hanging with a great small group, going to church, listening to worship music, considered myself Christian....and I fell for a book that used all scripture to support the LOA type thinking before I was grounded strong enough in the Word/Truth! This is sooo true! I have done very little of this and I’m so glad my eyes were opened before it got worse. I’ve always been a Christian and grew up in church but I would consider me to have been a part time Christian. Just saying I’m Christian but not going to church or reading my Bible. I’ve recently started to get back into my Bible. I know very close people who I consider big Christians who do this but more of just speaking things into existence. They also watch a lot of current famous preachers who do this as well and sowing that seed to get you health and wealth. I’ve watch so many videos on this and it’s scary. I’ve recently watched a documentary on The American Gospel and WOW has it opened my eyes to so much! It’s like everything I knew as a Christian has been wrong. I have never felt so greedy and selfish in my life after watching it. If you have not watched it you should and I’d love to see a video on that.

Thank you for the videos. I got pulled out from it twice and this last time was a week ago. I saw your other video popping up and got angry seeing it pop up on my feed. Finally watched them both.. I had told a Christian friend about me dabbling back in it and I honestly believe he prayed for me. Because I just woke up back out of it. And I feel like I was allowed to experience it and I am so thankful to the Lord because him pulling me out of it even after he already did the first time, has made me so thankful to be his. It's so funny because I feel like on this path of cultivating a stronger relationship with Christ, I learn more and more everyday. With that comes confusion a lot of the time, especially when I don't seem to be getting answers to my questions... but you hit the nail on the HEAD, for real. I also came across a TikTok today, coincidentally (or is it?), of a Christian man telling a story and referencing Romans 16:17, which states: "I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them." Keep it up, girl!
Really appreciated hearing your viewpoint. I’ve been back and forth on the ideas - because like you, I believe there is nothing wrong with having a vision and desires for your life. But the way you summed it up is true... when we bring the trust fully on ourselves, we’re risking something very serious. I meditate daily and practice positive thought journaling at times in my life - because as the Bible says - 2 Corinthians 10:5 - “we destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.” I’m often the one with those thoughts. The doubts. The fears. And I believe we can capture those thoughts and make them one with God... but not for the sake of us having the control, but rather, for the intent of giving more control to God to give us an incredible life that we never even dreamed was imaginable. Not just through material things, or being promised more, even though I do want more - but more so through trust. Faith. Love... and ultimately knowing that right now, life is like this... and that is Gods plan for me today. What freedom that thought can bring if we choose to embrace it. The realization that I can strive for more AND be happy in the moment because I’m trusting God. I think that’s the ultimate....

I was doing subliminals for 2 days now but there's something in my heart and mind that makes me feel uneasy everytime I listen so I search about LOA since subliminal was based on it and it's connection to Christianity. Thank God for showing me this video.
Law of Attraction is scary because once you manifest a few innocent things for yourself the devil will start seducing you to others that are more evil. Our life is meant to serve God. We petition God for what we think He wants us to do based on His laws, scriptures and our neighbor's needs.

Hi! I think these affirmations are okay IF it's a kind of a reminder to yourself of how we are saved by God.
ie. I am God's child! I am who He says I am! I am loved by the Father who is the creator of all. I am His! etc.
Affirmations that are Biblical to remind ourselves of God's power that is already in us! For His glory!
That’s not how the law of attraction works. You can’t turn it on or off. It just is. It’s like gravity. Just because you don’t want to think about or participate in gravity doesn’t mean that you have a choice. Gravity is a law of science. So you may as well take control over yourself and your mind and control your life rather than letting it control you. The fact that you are posting this title shows you don’t really know what the law of attraction is or how it really works. God created us this way by design. We are made in his image. Will you deny yourself and the way God made you to be? We are creators - as we are made in the image of God.
I also heard about the law of attraction and also got a wrong feeling about it. Thankfully I felt tempted to try it but didn't.
For me it all started from 2 weeks ago. I saw a video with the title: how this girl manifested her dream life I was like, let's watch it for fun and then I was in this mood to use the law of attraction no matter what I was like I can use it to manifest my dream life, my soulmate and anything I want but But I didn't feel right about it, I was thinking about how I can actually manifest my soul mate by just writing how he looks like or even my dream job my dream house and.... Don't be afraid! That's the enemy not wanting you to know about the powers that God created you with. The bible said "he made us in his image". It also says "yee are gods." The bible literally tells us the same thing as the law of attraction. Just broken down so that we can properly use it. King David used it when he sung or went to war. King Soloman used it for wisdom. Samson used for superhuman strength. It's the purpose that matters. Not the act. What profits a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul. Manifest things that you won't feel guilty about manifesting. The big lie is that it's wrong to have abundance. Why would our Father want us to suffer? He doesn't. But once you have more, spread more to your brothers and sisters that are less fortune and tell them how they can change their lives. It should all go back to God. In everything give thanks. He gave us the tools and we have to know how to build our lives to be pleasing to God and ourselves.
As someone who isn’t Christian, I would agree wit this, I like how you put it. I’m agnostic and I too believe that we shouldn’t be greedy with our desires just because it’s there for us to have, we shouldn’t allow Law of attraction to become something we constantly rely on, but we can exercise the ability to do so without becoming too greedy:)

I started trying it but something felt off, I am a Christian but it felt like I was not putting my hope in God. That is when I did research❤️ God brought me to watch this. The God I serve is good. Like she just calls it faith but she still does the things like journaling about it and stuff. Just confused!!
I'll look into it, thanks for bringing it up! The best rule of thumb I can give you is to compare everything she says to scripture. If it matches with scripture, you're good. If it contradicts scripture, avoid it.

What a trip and you're not alone. I had a similar experience with LOA a few years ago. I didn't grow up in a Christian home or have much knowledge about it, other than what I picked up talking or listening to people, going through other spiritual experiences, or getting scared by whatever Charlton Heston movie was on when I was a kid. I knew a little more about new age off and on that religion, and only just started reading the Bible when I hit 40. In fact, I used to joke that I grew up in the Church of Star Trek and Star Wars, which I knew a lot more about. Most of my other religious experience was some crazy spiritual stuff I went through in my youth, off and on, which is a long story lol. Well, several stories, but also kind of deja vu to the LOA incidents.
My LOA experience was pretty crazy -- and darn scary and long -- and even started up when I noticed synchronicity. But I kind of consider God giving me a fatherly wallop as a tough lesson, but not until after I randomly prayed r him to "come down and teach me." Ask and you shall receive. Basically, I had the you-know-what scared out of me, and over stuff I'd been off and on with since I was a kid and I had other experiences with regarding it. Ever since stuff went weird with LOA, though, I've never felt closer to Him--even though it came very gradually lol. I've even been reading the Bible daily, enjoying Christian and Messianic music, studying the Bible passionately, and really learning to lean on him in big, big ways. Not so much out of fear but want, which is something I never ever ever thought I'd see myself doing, even if I always believe in God and just didn't know how it all worked.
I wound up ditching some bad practices, like Halloween (one of my walloping experiences, and once my favorite time of the year lol), as well as a very unhealthy relationship of 20 years that I felt trapped in. I quit smoking and then quit vaping, which is when stuff finally stopped being as scary. Go figure. I was basically shown where I needed to improve, from the POP figurines (I guess idols) on my dresser to the smoking thing and even my Netflix and TH-cam algorithm lol. It was like I was being shown a mirror and what wasn't okay. I was watching a lot of dark stuff for years and just not in a good headspace or situation. And I have had a lot of blessings since then, maybe more all at once than throughout most of my life.
He really doesn't like Halloween lol. But then that makes sense. Oh, and Disney--which is kind of how stuff started when I was a kid, while reenacting some scene in a dream or some such (I barely remember) and then talking to someone who was saying it was bad, as was Halloween. I even went to Walt Disney Elementary lol. Strangely enough, all that happened a few years ago with LOA lines right up with what I experience as a kid lol. Normally, I'd take it with a grain of salt, except I had forgotten about it until recently and I remembered the names I heard being said back then, which I now know were Hebrew, and there was no way I'd know them back then or even until I started reading the bible. I think the Disney point was how it kind of encourages or downplays the dabbling. If you think about it, all their movies deal with magic, dark origin stories, and paganism. It's all kind of escalating and being rebooted now, everything I was into back then is coming back haha. I didn't really think about it until after the LOA stuff, but I guess that makes sense too.
That LOA will definitely suck you in. I'll never forget re-reading what I'd written in my gratitude journal even, the more I got into it, and how it started to switch into more egotistical stuff rather than it being about or coming from God. Sort of like praying to ourselves over Him. I later learned how that's actually a recurring theme amongst mankind throughout the Bible too. It's funny because while I re-read those journals, I was also tearing them up and feeling almost chastised by "Someone" for a specific word that kept coming up: dabbling.
But I eventually learned real gratitude practices and, above all, how to pray and not feel unworthy to do so, as well as how to trust in God. The latter was a big deal because I learned young to think I was unworthy, due to race and other factors, and basically had bad experiences with Christians in general--plus former experiences regarding Biblical-related things I'd gone through previously that I didn't get at the time wasn't helping either. So, I'm grateful for the outcome, just not LOA lol.
I do find it interesting, however, with the timing of it all. A lot of people reading the Secret and many getting spooked by it and turning to God. And then everything going on in the world these days, just a few years later. Strange times.
I remember seeing tutorials on manifesting on tik tok and as a Christian I didn’t think much of it, but as I was going through the process I felt something in my spirit was almost trying to stop me. I didn’t know why but it felt wrong. I love this video. God has the perfect plan for our lives and knows what’s best and we don’t need to “manifest” anything!! let God take care of you because He loves you more than yourself ever could 💗

My dad told this story about when he was a young man. He was in a very unpleasant job in a Christian ministry, and he really wanted out of it. He told God, "Please get me out of this job." And he felt God bring a verse to mind: Psalms 106:14-15 "But they had wanton cravings in the wilderness and put God to the test in the desert. He gave them their requests, but sent leanness to their souls." This is a verse referencing the children of Israel asking God for quail when they were in the wilderness... He sent them quail and then struck them with a disease. My dad had a horrible premonition that God would give him what he wanted if he insisted on it but he wouldn't like it. You've got to be careful what you ask God for, especially if you're really insisting on it. Sometimes, He gives it to you.
I started listening to subliminal a few months ago and I started having restless nights...nights where I would wake up at like 3 or 2 or even 4 in the morning.

Thank you for speaking about this and opening minds. I just started learning about the law of attraction, bought the Secret and started thinking of what I wanted to manifest but now I am exchanging manifest for manipulate. It clicked, it’s not god giving us the signs.
Thanks for another good talk o this subject Nastasia. I was raised by my mom as a Christian and walked away a couple times during my life. She passed away 2 years ago and I have come home to start living the way God wants us to. A couple of weeks ago I started seeing videos that had been put out about positives in these teachings. I had been planning on wathing a couple to see hat it was about. One time I was going to watch but for some reason I was getting an uncomfortable feeling and it came to me that mom was talking about something like this before she died. Not positive it was the exact same thing but not sure enough I didn't watch one of the videos. Then the second time I was thinking about watching them is the other day when I watched your video on it and I decided This is the last thing I need to be watching because I am easily persuaded some times on things. once again thanks on sharing these videos with us...
This reminds me of the deception of yoga. I'm a former yogi who thought it was okay as long as I was doing it for the health benefits. When God spoke to me after 9 yrs of practicing to stop doing yoga, I had to really dig deeper. Yes, yoga does work when it comes to helping physical/mental health...of course, it has to keep you doing it. That's the deception. What you don't see is the door you're opening to the "voices" to come into your life and work.
Hey Natasia! Few thoughts: First, thank you for this and your previous video. It certainly opened my eyes! I had no idea about the founders and the philosophies they were rooted in. I've been skeptical about the Law of Attraction also but I previously reasoned it was just another way of saying it came from God and atheists are actually tapping into the power of God but didn't know... certainly untrue, thanks for opening my eyes to that.
I will say though, your example for how you feel the law of attraction is incredibly cute lol. You wanted flowers... you thought hard on getting flowers... and a man saw you and gave you and the other ladies in your office some flowers... It couldn't possibly be the law of coincidences, could it? lol I'm only teasing, but I don't know, from my perspective, that doesn't sound like the law of attraction at work because the likelihood of a girl getting flowers from a guy, even a total stranger, is very common. I would say if you thought on something a bit more unusual and it came true, then that would be more convincing... but, to each their own, I'm not trying to knock ya, I'm just making a point.
I don't say that to disprove you, I actually say that as an encouragement - because I agree, calling upon anything other than God can only mean it's calling on the "voices" and I personally don't think you did that based on your example.
To that, I'm unsure that the law of attraction ever worked through your life because of the scripture you cited that read the elect could be fooled..."IF it were possible". In your previous video, you mentioned people who are empty shells and that's who the "voices" inhabit and such, and I completely agree. When God is living inside you, there's no way the enemy can inhabit or inflict power over you because you're empowered by God, right? Matt 6:24 says, "No man can serve two masters. He will either hate the one and love the other..." So I'm personally just unsure about that.
I know that God wants your petitions to be known onto Him. No father would want to deny their child something that would make them happy, and you made a great point in your last video that if you ask God for harm to a child, God won't do it because it's not in the nature of God... so it certainly has to be in His perfect will first. Ever since I was a kid, I would ask God for things and pray for it every single day until it came to be...From toys to video games as a kid... to cars, home, the woman I wanted to marry, our kids and so on as an adult.. and just about every one of my petitions came true (with a few exceptions of course). When I heard about The Law of Attraction, I thought I've been doing that for a lifetime already, but I always had God in the middle of it all - and I always said, "But not my will, but your will be done."
I suppose that's the difference. We as Christian accept when it's not in the will of God, whereas others, don't take no for an answer. We humble ourselves while still making our requests known "You have not, because you ask not." I'm sure that as you were thinking about those flowers, in the back of your mind, you asked God for them too because God is so much a part of your DNA. Am I right?

I got this awful creepy feeling the other day. So compelled to get rid of it. Then I came across your video and its blown my mind. I haven't realized the way I have been thinking is so wrong. This has definitely made me want to strengthen my relationship with God. So I thank you for sharing.

I think there is some confusion about loa. Whether one is consciously practicing this or not this law is always at work. As Neville Goddard says, "God is your own wonderful human imagination so imagine wonderful things. The world is you pushed out" Its apparent its always at work especially when I meet people who mirror back my horrible state of mind if I'm angry or depressed. I manifested $15,000 when I really needed it. One thing that happened was, the circumstances surrounding this also brought 15,000 to both my brother and sister. It didnt just benefit me, they both have large families and could definitely use the money. Your imagination can heal and benefit the world if you adhere to the golden rule. The bible says to bear one anothers burdens, right? So imagine your loved one, or enemy, healed or out of poverty or happily married. Anyway, that's just my take on it.
You are absolutely right. The problems arise when people try this without devotion to God. But it's undeniable that we are always manifesting according to this law. Actually prayer is manifestation work in alignment with God. The key is to find God's inspirations in your heart through meditation and when he sows seed into your heart you go-ahead and bring it into manifestation. Meditation is listening to God and being receptive, prayer is speaking God's will into our life, which at that point should be nondifferent from our own will.
Can we ask God, as Christians, for better opportunities? For a certain salary range, a dream company or a specific person? What can you say about practicing Law of Attraction given God is the source of all?
Law of attraction is one of the UNIVERSAL LAWS. 'God' if the infinite power of the cosmos, this is why the saying "you are one with everything" comes into place. You are but one thing within the entire universe, and you are connected with it all. You have a connection with other animals, plants, the earth, everything, its just that many people are not FULLY aware of this truth and so the connection remains severed. Being one thing that exists within this grand universe is akin to being a single thread in a great rug.
There is a certain level of understanding that is required, do not be afraid of things simply because you do not at this present moment understand them.
(just as a side note, i hope all of you including Nastasia know that the 'bible' has been rewritten many times and manipulated over thousands of years, sprinkling truths in there to catch those who are incapable of opening their eyes and think for ourselves. Nastasia speaks as if brainwashed by her upbringing. Nastasia if you would like to speak about this topic, I may be able to help clear up some misunderstanding, no hate, just concern)

I would tend to agree with you, to a point. We must never forget that Yahuah (God) is Sovereign. He is in control and we must not puff ourselves up to His position.
It's that off feeling, those subtle signs and feeling unsafe or uncovered by His grace. It works, but it doesn't feel failure like the Holy Spirit.
Just pray to Jesus and repent. Thank Him for everything and ask for you to do His will and not your own. Jesus is true happiness spiritually not worldly. Amen. Thank you Jesus.
