My Old Kentucky Home, graduated GRC in 1990 then Enlisted into the Army. After retiring from the Army I came back to Estill County High School to start their JROTC Program. It was great to be back in Eastern Kentucky for those five years. Sadly my wife wanted be back to her roots in Arkansas.

I was born in 1990 and grew up here for 29 years moved away 2 years ago. I recognized everything and even noticed dairy queen wasn't built yet. When I saw the ShopWise it took me back. Looks like Boone avenue hasn't changed even a little bit in 35 years. Missed Winchester. =(

Wow great video I grew up there. It seemed a lot nicer of a town then, now, parts have really gotten trashy and seems to have a big drug problem. Parts are still nice. Mixed bag.

My hometown - I was a Junior at GRC at this time. The corner there at main and Washington is where the Old St. George Hotel used to be, now the post office. Central Auto Supply, Charles Ray's angel.
