Hello! Thank you Helena for your time to build this 180 questions. i went through them all yes but i am not really satisfied , coz te question are all similar mostly from 60 downward. some are repeated... I did not see so many other topics in PMP. but i do appreciate your time
The questions were good but you could consider mixing up the answer choices and having more variety. For instance all of these questions deal with what the PM should do FIRST, which is always a review/analysis. After a few questions things just become very repetitive.
Great point. the questions became less challenging and 99% of the time, I picked the right answer without even looking at the question. Good review though.
Agreed, an hour and 15 in is about all I can stand and I've been ffd-ing through the questions the last half just because I am already that sure of every answer...
@@SB-md2km recommendation - don’t spend more than 1 hour on this video and watch in 1.5x speed. Move on because the actual PMP questions are much harder.
I had to come to the comments to see if I was the only thinking these questions were so easy. I can’t believe these are parallel questions from the PMP test
Thanks for helping us with the mock exam. Q34 says 'the risk occurs', which means it is no longer a risk but an issue. I think there is no point in documenting it as a risk.
I think it is very useful for training in the mentality of a responsible, proactive manager Which takes the correct answers that require understanding, analyzing and evaluating the situation in order to make a decision or take the initiative to manage the situation... There is no action to raise the matter to those concerned and those in senior. It is not useful to test the information and level of understanding of an advanced exam, even if it is a very beginner level. (Just Opinion)
Hi Helena, Are these questions taken from ChatGPT Infinity simulator? They look all pretty similar and I am not sure if these questions are realistic for preparations, or based on PMP questions for Certification during 2024-2025
Hey madam, I pass this simulator by 88%, but all question is so easy. In PMP real exam: coming very tough question. Now I am preparing for the second attempt. Thanks lot
should'nt the answer to Question 52 (time stamp 41:50) be B? instead of the answer mentioned in the video (D). I would imagine, since the new tech "could" impact performance, we must first analyse the potential impact before raising it to the stake holders right?
Per google... Key reasons to choose option D: - Stakeholder Alignment: Involving stakeholders in the decision-making process ensures that their expectations are aligned with the potential changes to the project scope and budget. It helps to manage their expectations and gain buy-in for any necessary adjustments. - Risk Assessment: Discussing the technology's benefits and implications with stakeholders allows for a more comprehensive risk assessment. Stakeholders can provide valuable insights into potential risks and mitigation strategies. - Decision-Making: By involving stakeholders, the project manager can make a more informed decision about whether the benefits of the technology outweigh the potential risks and costs. In summary, option D prioritizes stakeholder engagement and collaboration, which is crucial for successful project management.
I find the questions too easy with multiple redundant concepts. Options provided show obviously logical correct answer. It's helpful for supplemental learning but not as a preparation for the actual PMP exam in my opinion. But grateful for the author and content.
I stopped at question 69 because I don't think this practice test accurately represents the PMP exam. The questions are too simple and don't seem to be based on actual PMP exam questions. The PMP exam is designed to challenge your understanding with tricky questions that may involve distinguishing between Agile and predictive approaches or choosing the best answer from several correct options. If you're serious about passing the PMP exam, I recommend finding a video course that uses questions from thousands of real PMP exams. These courses not only provide the correct answer and explanation but also explain why the other options are incorrect.
Dear Helena. Thank You very much for the time and effort. Greatly appreciate it. It gave great insight and the pattern of the Questions. Will help me loads when I take the exam. Thank You again
hi there, nice questions, but seem to be quite easy comparing to the ones on the PMP exam. If you choose answer B for most of the questions, you will succeed ;-)
Thank you for the efforts this is a great way to make sure we have the foundation of the concepts the definition. And for sure this helps while navigating through the big questions and situational ones in the PMP exam.
Very straight forward questions here. And other simulators are showing lengthy and complex questions. Can someone please confirm level of questions asked is real Exam ?
these questions seems to be generated by AI tools like chatGPT. Don't rely on this video. Real questions are much harder with wide range of strategies. Watch David McLachlan's PMP questions and answers.
These are good for high-level understanding. The actual test questions are far more nuanced and typically have two GOOD answers. You’ll have to understand the material to pick the right one.
For a professional who has limited time to study, I’m passing this one as it does not give much value compared to other PMP channels. Already wasted an hour waiting for challenging questions that reflect test questions
The questions are all good if the objective is to brush up or learn the terms , processes , techniques, definitions and I think in the exam most of the questions are Case related where a decision has to be taken on a process or any other technique by applying the knowledge of these terms.
The first 20 questions were good After that It seems AI took over because almost all of the scenario based questions are completely REDUNDANT and almost all of them are answer “B”
I'm sorry to say this, but the same question is repeatedly asked with different scenarios. Honestly, I wouldn't say I liked the session, but I appreciate you taking the time to make this 3-hour long video.
The PMI test will typically have two correct answers. You’ll have to truly understand the concepts of PM to get the right one. It’s definitely not a ‘memorization’ type of situation. Study hard to understand the ideas, not just the definitions, formulas and terms. You got this! Good luck!🍀
I stopped at question 98 and decided to look elsewhere for mock exam practice. These questions are all repetitive. Literally every single question is about assessing, evaluating, reviewing before making a decision.
Kindly provide questions on all types of PMP questions such as drop and dragon, Hot spot questions and multiple answer selection choices questions. Etc.
Dear Helena, Thank you for sharing. Unfortunately, for my preference, the questions are a bit too easy and unambiguous for real training. I went all the way to 90, but for my demands, this is all too easy and straight forward for preparing the exam
Thank you for your feedback. Do you have any statistical data that backs up your comment? I’m getting ready to take the test soon, and I just want to make sure that I buy the correct product. That’s why I’m asking.
This is definitely not a good resource for study. I stopped after realizing the questions are very similar and far too easy. Also, most answers are 'B' or 'C'. Very disappointed.
