Hi Helena, i teach PMP. PMI made changes to v3.2 where if its scrum then they call it daily scrum that doesn't have a prescribed timebox unlike agile ceremonies (daily standup 15-30 mins). The diff is that daily scrum should be short and daily but daily standup is roughly 15 to 30 mins and doesnt have to be daily. I tell my students to be mindful which framework the Q is asking. So this may be reflected in the pmo acp nov 2024 changes
@@RadhikasTravelDiariesbest wishes to you! Let me know how’d it go, then I’ll ask you all the materials you used. Wonder if the questions are like this video. lol
@@DalvirSinghNarulaThank you.. I have cleared the exam and got the certification 😊 I feel this video is having very simple and basic questions. I will recommend to do any training program to understand the core content of PMI ACP. I did course from O’really site, went through the book on the same site. Also tried practice exams from different sites.
@@VivekNarapareddy. the answer is B "Iterative development" for question 28, don't confuse people. The Agile practice that involves breaking down a project into small incremental builds and presenting them to the client every few weeks is called "iterative development" and is most commonly implemented through the Scrum framework, where these cycles are referred to as "sprints.
Hi @@Diydad05 you fill find the right answer yourself, if you refer to section 3.1 page 18 of Latest PMI Agile Practice Guide. I am not confusing anyone here. Clearly the answer discussed for question number 28 is incorrect. FYI I am PMP PMI ACP PSM CSPO & SAFe qualified. Please get your basics correct if you want to clear any of the agile certifications. All the very best.
Hi answer for Q#16 appears to be wrong. Correct option should be A & not B . Reason: The Agile team is self-managed, self-organizing & empowered team. It decides what item can be taken in to the sprint backlog from the product backlog. The product owner simply prioritizes the items in the product backlog based on value & risk . Basis that it is the teams prerogative to pick & choose the items that they would like to work upon from the prioritized list in the next sprint depending upon their team capacity , velocity & other factors
No, the PMP questions are way more challenging than this. The PMP has some questions that begin with "Which of these is the least wrong answer?" and you will have ABCDE and sometimes F as options. It also requires a decent amount of math.
