The positive things about meeting in person is the more realism..not virtual reality. I can look at that person face to face, intto their eyes, hold their hands, kiss(when it goes there), see how they act in public around me. These are all positive things...

If the person is weak enough to kick it with the outside person, basically cheat - means the relationship is over. Nobody cheats bc they want to stay in an existing relationship and oftentimes people feel they do not belong here yet are not strong enough to walk away and low-key they make moves to sabotage the relationship hence they cheat and misbehave.

Great video! My thoughts are as follows: 1. Even though the world has opened up to EVERYONE via social media, people traveling more, internet etc. people are no longer settling for people that are near or with familiarity. However, the process of dating and finding "our person" is still the same. I think some of the problems in dating is that most people simply don't know what they want. "What do YOU want??" If you don't know what you want you're wasting time.
2. Even though we have all told a lie(s) I am NOT a fan of lying especially to and from a person that I want to build a lasting relationship with. Lies, omissions, half-truths, deflections, etc. are all red flags and need to be addressed and corrected pronto. It's really disheartening when you "find out" about a lie versus the person telling you themselves. Just keep it "hONEst". It's interesting how honest and onest goes hand in hand.
3. I think dating outcomes would be better if people (men and women) take time to heal BEFORE dating. I.e. Acknowledging and releasing the pain(s) from the past, forgiving those who hurt us, going to therapy, improving all areas of our health, keeping up our physical attraction, fulfilling our purpose, etc. It's not fair to drag someone into our dysfunction if we haven't at least started doing the inner work.
Last, doing things God's way WORKS!! Praying, seeking His guidance/direction, honoring our temple (body), fleeing sexual immorality (fornication, promiscuity, masturbation, pornography, prostitution, etc.). ALL counterfeits and will NEVER take the place of God's perfect purpose and design for sexuality in marriage. I think those things are greatly impacting the dating the scene as well. Causing more damage and more healing. NOBODY and I mean nobody is safe in this area unless we flee and don't entertain it. I think that's exactly why the Bible tells us to "flee" meaning RUNNNNNNNNN from it. We all gotta be careful, mindful, watchful and guard our gateways etc. Transparent Moment: I was just telling a friend today how I got caught up "being curious" about something I saw on television a few years back. Next thing I knew a "secret habit" was forming. (shame face) Long story short. I snapped out of it, blocked the channels, repented, asked God for forgiveness and I went on! I didn't justify it or make excuses. I was WRONG but I corrected the behavior. I hope this helps somebody.
I miss the face to face kind of dating. Online is OK, but it is more profound to be around someone in person. Dates don't always have to cost money.
Lying is not a good thing in any situation. It really effects credibility. There are ways to tell people things without telling lies.

I am really glad that you addressed the testosterone issue. I am in mental healthcare and this is a fact. Testosterone and penis size in younger men are much lower and their size is smaller. Our environment has xenoestrogens that have changed hormones in everyone. I actually was dating a younger guy a couple of years ago and I suggested testosterone and it really helped him with confidence and depression.

Truths I found while dating men:
Most men are not looking for serious relationships or to even date. They only want to hook up or have a very casual relationship.
There are menwho are on the hunt for the “next best thing”. If you meet 90% of their criteria, some think they can find a woman who can meet 95%
Depending on your area, you may find a lot of men who are colorist, very superficial or a combination of both. Most Black male coaches don’t talk enough about dating discrimination, especially when it directly impacts Black women who are their main audience. But this can factor in dating limitations online and offline
Men have unpacked trauma, are emotionally immature or have unhealthy codependent habits when it comes to women.
You finally have your red pill, hoteps, and alpha men who may or may not be up front about it but you will find out sooner than later.
This is what women have to navigate and while it’s true you will meet a lot of men who are just not meant for you, some of the reasons are clearly because most men do not share the same perspective and values when it comes to relationships with women. I personally think men and women aresocialized to be incompatible, but that’s another story for another day
