The courtyards r a class apart , congrats to owners , architects, design team , & buildofy ., Soothing & visually appealing as he mentioned the lighting itself create an artwork look . Wow i love this. This design seems to solve all my concerns of heat sun humidity central ac drainage privacy as well as lots of garden spaces. Bc if you have a 5 kotha plot and you dont have sufficient green areas then it's inefficient design just to house 4-5 humans.

Amazing design both interiors and exteriors. Luv the beautiful courtyards with the high walls (but still open with lots of sunlight). The wooden elements are gorgeous and they give the house a comfy and homey feel despite its huge size.
Please also mention the cost with all of your videos. Even if its like avg cost. So that we can get an idea of how much hardwork we have to do to achieve these dream houses of ours ❤

This vernacular cum contemporary style house is awesome.. The openness of this house helps in getting more ventilation and lighting but when it comes to mosquitoe problem especially we have in Chennai.. Have we done any strategic moves to cope up with this issue.. Thanks in advance..

I live in Chennai. It rained last 3 days. That's abt it. And it rains in the end of October or early November. That's all the rain there is.
