Sherman player was suprised of radar... I think this is a big point for years that WG dosn't display the stats of ships clearly. The one thing is to getting chrused by an enemy because you didn't know their stats or consumables but the other thing is if you are not able to look them up after. As Dd player main, the most crucial thing you have to know it if your enemy has radar. If you don't know about that and try to play like most Dds are supposed to (cap contesting & spotting) your done. And in most cases the whole flank is done with you. So why WG is it so hard to display a few numbers of a ship which allready exist and is ready for battle in the tech tree. I know it's work in progress, and I don't mind if the stats maybe are 10km radar istead of 9km, but then I know at least I have to keep my distance. I know it has radar. Also I don't get why the stats of long existing premium and special ships are all overthe place. A few you find in the tech tree some in the weapon chamber, some in shop and some you don't find at all. That's so messy and intransperent especially for new players who try to get better in this game and struggle to have an overview at all. Now I know that there is a tech tree mod for at least this but as I started and had played my first 1000 games I didn't know even know there are mods. And you didn't expect to have some legally in a PvP game at all so you don't look for some. Im so disappointed in this mechanic because all it would need would be displaing a few numbers which are allready existing per default for everyone in the tech tree. So you can rely that whatever you are facing in battle you can find the stats there. Small expense for a lot improvement at least for players who want to improve.
He also would ve gotten both of those fires with FP cause one of them was at the back. And he would ve been dead anyways with 3k HP left and an Austin unloading full Dakka on him. Anyways. I agree that this no FP thing isnt convincing at all. This perk is way too good to skip.
The second I heared "random bundles" I just got turbo sad. Can't they just release ONE god damn ship normally?? Well off to playing something else than.

I mean also considering you had it kitted for AA and got absolutely no value out of it for 3 games because of no carrier i think you can swap that 3 point as skill for Secondary range and use the artillery plotting rooms for a bit more accuracy
It's a flanker... as you mentioned the tier 9 Georgia or the American version of Bourgogne. Yeah it's going to be super powerful in the hands of an above average player but the average whaling potato is going to get deleted really fast. Locking it behind bundles is BS though. Think I will wait until it goes into the armory or is available for doubloons or by any other method besides random bundles.
So what I see is a Florida at tier 10. Same inability to do BB things because of the overly weak armour, but relying on positive RNG to make the pain worth it. I can't see myself spending real money to get this. Hopefully it will end up in the coal-ship queue for consideration once all the good ships are in the port. :-) Great videos PQ. I like how you compliment players during the match. I once had 7 of 12 kills on my team in my T8 German sub...and all I got from my own team was "fucking sub!", as if I didn't damn near carry the match.

Secondary mod, even without commander skills for it, is probably mandatory just because it gets your secondaries out to your radar range so if you radar a DD your secondaries will light it up. Mod > skill because with USN BBs not having accuracy mod in slot 3 you lose basically nothing for the mod.

Yeah I've noticed a lot more lockon blind fire as well. Neither of the required cheat mods are new by any means. Someone from WG made a statement that the full vision hack is patched, but I'll be honest I'm not entirely sure (though it's not required for this kind of spam).

Maybe you should learn when it is a good idea to use HE. Watched 4 other well know CC youtubers before your video and they had much better results when mixing HE and AP when required. I don't recall you shooting any HE in this video.
I don’t think the radar is going to remain as powerful once more are seen and people are aware of the 9km radar. After that, you have almost a 2km safety zone to play in as a DD or light cruiser.

Finally US T9 DD Halford in auction not long time ago (30 June 2023) wasn't much cheap and it didn't come out as much worthy ship, it's now (6months later) available for standard sum of coal. (It definitely wasn't standard 19000+ doubs there, I thing WG made that price 19000+++ = rarity+early access exclusivity tax) Wasn't it nice rounded 35000?

Yes the secondaries have improved accuracy, Massa/Schlieffen levels I believe Radar options are fighter/spotter if I’m remembering right from the dev blog
Honestly I would go with reload mod. The guns have improved pen angles so increasing the ROF let's you put more damage out even faster and if you catch a DD in the radar using reload mod can give you at least 2 HE salvos to kill him or break the torp tubes. This ship might well be an AP monster in disguise.
IMO, I don't think a 9km radar, georgia secondaries, and speedboost is worth having terrible matchups against any BB with 16in guns or more. That big overmatchable nose and tiny HP pool is too much. You know its questionable when kurfursts start looking scary.
Would have been a good T9 to complement the Illinois (and Georgia) without encroaching on Iowa/Missouri, even without the radar. I never have luck with the random bundles, so I'm skipping this.
It's a Florida with some buffs and gimmicks thrown at it. Shells still take eight years to get to target, still gets overpenned by basically everything (which is, of course, much worse due to the triple uptier), and the dispersion is worse. I think I can pass.
Was watching and only realised after 20 ish minutes this is a t10 not a t9. How would this ship ever compete 1v1 with an Ohio or any other t10 BB. Compare it to an Bourgogne, it has the same gun layout but lower calibre and a similar reload. Bourg. has better armour and speed, and a reload booster instead of a radar which is a switch I would make any day of the week. Just give the ship a little longer reload, maybe 26 sec instead of 23 and remove 1 or 2 heals and move it down a tier. I think that would fit it way better.
"I don't know why this Musashi isn't shooting me" That's easy you kept going dark and it takes him over 60 seconds to move his turrets so after losing 1-2 savos to that crap he finally said screw it ill shoot at the other ships I can see.

NJ was "added" as a perma camo for Iowa in the Azur Lane event. I don't think NJ will ever be added for that reason. Also, Missouri is currently in the game, and Wisconsin was just added to closed testing so she will be released within the year. Missouri is just a limited ship that can only be pulled from supercontainers and santa crates. Wisconsin is likely going to be either a coal or doubloons ship on release
This ship sacrifices all its HP and armour to get average secondaries and a missouri radar that trades 500m range for 5 extra seconds, not sure thats worth it
Ah yes. I encountered one of those. It ran into a swarm of torps and died in the first 5 mins, so maybe they also should give it Yamato style torp damage reduction.
Kind of, yes. But to lure you in, they gave it the better dispersion and the gimmicks. You also get a bit better survivability, the Florida is infamous for being easily explodable at any angle, in spite of its hull resembling that of the North Carolina. There are other differences, obviously: the Georgia hull will do almost 31kts with no Engine Boost, whereas Floria only does 27 or 28, I think. And for self-defence, the Georgia hull is long enough that it fits 5 of the twin 127mm secondary turrets, whereas Florida only fits 3 of those plus 2 of the single-barrel 127s like you find on the Benson or Fletcher (and they just shoot normally like on an NC, not with the improved dispersion of the Georgia or Massachusetts) .

Georgia is my most played chip, and watching the video about this ship I don't think this one is worth it. It looks more fragile, less able to brawl, and secondary feels less good( on this and a different video, just a feeling). I mean from the videos I saw about the Rhode Island, it looks more like an accurate BB HE spammer than anything else. Not interesting to me. Not like I would go for a gambling box to get anything anyway.

One thing to note, these are florida guns with the same shells, for whatever reason they have really good pen for their caliber

We only have GK for coal and it was a tech tree line ship, so i think it will be available for coal

Most likely steel as there's no American BBs, whereas RB has 2 American bbs already and I doubt it will be for coal, too good for that imo

I got it 6 crates in (like 60 or 70$) its honestly very good i like it.

Georgia is my most played chip, and watching the video about this ship I don't think this one is worth it. It looks more fragile, less able to brawl, and secondary feels less good( on this and a different video, just a feeling).
I mean from the videos I saw about the Rhode Island, it looks more like an accurate BB HE spammer than anything else. Not interesting to me.
