If it needs a crank. Get you a 4 mil 115mm long rod hot rods crank, wiseco 795 pistons, domes cut for the additional stroke, have a set of stock cylinders ported by a reputable builder and sell it. Depending on the porting it should be a good reliable quick setup.

Standard rebuild with decent parts. If you can do the whole enigine, don't know if you're going to build ready to just hook up to carbs, just cylinders and bottom end. I think ready to hook-up to carbs and rip! But best profits for you might just be cylinders, piston, rings, crank, crank bearings, rods, rod bearings, some trans bearings in bottom end, clutch plates, maybe a little more. I'm with ya either way. Get up in there!🤟

I've done a few use what ya got motors.. one I still have bike 3 yrs later she is still a runner.. my poor mans build. Applies like.. if its junk or broke upon repair, get rid of.. if its fixable, spend time to fix it give it some love.. almost everything will buff out with some elbow grease. If it ain't broke dont fix it rule applies.. if you can make it better before installing make it better. (Example filing the notches smooth on the clutch hubs, over buying new).. do what ya do nephews thanks for the entertainment!

Rebuild the oem crank. Bore the cylinders you already have and get pistons to match. Should be fairly cheap and new owner can mod all they want. Glad to see progress on the new shop

for the banshee build I would say to build a 421, 4 mil but still rideable and not extremely purpose built (even though banshees themselves are basically purpose built for speed)

If it were my motor, I'd probably choose a reliable stock bore Vertex kit. Vito's performance makes a super stock kit that is "supposed to be" decent and kinda cheap, I have thier 400ex rear hubs on my atc 250R and they seem decent quality. My Banshee had a 360 Athena kit and T5 Toomey's that was plenty fast. Spend it where you can make it.

Honestly I would just rebuild the engine mildly. Weisco top end. Find a roller or frame. I'll either sell ya or possibly just give you some old 96 fenders and just buy some ebay graphics n list for more than you would a engine. Engines for sale around me are like 2500+ might be able to find a frame for 600ish. Might be more profitable to sell a full quad. Keep it up man I bet you cant wait for that shop to be done

If your gonna take someone engine as a core type thing I would get a good engine kit with over sized pistons myself, if your gonna sale it out right it might sound bad get a stock bore Chinese top end kit and send it. I have a Chinese top end kit on my cheaper banshee and it's been ran hard for about a 1.5 years and still running strong. I did buy good bearing and clips cause the ones that come with the Chinese kits suck lol
