I remember buying this album from Hot Topic and listening to it on my portable CD player in 8th grade during my class trip. I listened to this album over and over again until I learned every single lyric. Tom writes in a way that puts an image in your mind that evolves to a story in every single song. Last time I listened to this song I was going through one of the worst periods I've ever experienced in my life.I was playing my guitar, when this song was recommended. I hadn't heard it in a while, and just mindlessly clicked it. The song started playing and as soon Tom started singing, I had to stop because my voice was getting shaky. People who don't often listen to music need to, because music had power. In the darkest period of my life, this beautiful song broke me down to tears. This song gave me hope, which honestly, I hadn't felt in a while. While just listening to it I got goosebumps, and started crying again, but for the complete opposite reason. My life is going amazing right now, and it made me realize, the bad times are temporary and you WILL make it through.This is why I love music, and especially ava. Their message is so pure, and while Blink and Boxcar Racer are very good bands, they will never have this level of human connection; love.

This song is extremely powerful by itsef, could possibly be the best song ever made by AVA, but it's also the first song of the the first Angels & Airwaves album. This is Tom opening the door to all his mainly unknown musical space. This song is also the first scream by Tom after all the statements made against him for almost two years because of blink's hiatus
Can you imagine discovering this album back in 2006, not knowing what to expect, the last album with Tom being the dark and heavy self titled. I remember discovering it and +44 at once, crying like a child with divorced parents. I loved them both

This song is extremely powerful by itsef, could possibly be the best song ever made by AVA, but it's also the first song of the the first Angels & Airwaves album. This is Tom opening the door to all his mainly unknown musical space.
This song is also the first scream by Tom after all the statements made against him for almost two years because of blink's hiatus
Can you imagine discovering this album back in 2006, not knowing what to expect, the last album with Tom being the dark and heavy self titled. I remember discovering it and +44 at once, crying like a child with divorced parents. I loved them both
It was this that made me come to peace with a DM relationship and started to enjoy my life again
