Bought I-Empire the day it came out. Listening to it all for the first time riding my bike home from the mall, cd spinning in my discman. A crystal clear night. I remember stopping in a field behind my old junior high school right at the bottom of big hill, laying in the cool grass, looking up at the stars and wondering whats out there? We used to chat on steam for more than three years until he got married, then he got a job, a new apartment and had no time to be online and chat with me. He sadly replied once a week or two weeks and this really made me sad. He was driving the highway in 40 degrees heat blasting this song in his car and sending me a clip of it. I woke up one day (in Los Angeles) and made the decision to head back home. This was the last song I heard as I left California. Perfect way to cap that experience and time of my life off. No regrets, I did everything I could do. God had other plans. Went back to school, and in the last 10 years I worked and got my AAS, BS, MA, and Law Degree. This song will forever be apart of my life.
