Diffrent chip and remote
You could find out that real quick if you was reading the chip before start working

Does that adapter for the EWS come with the kit or is it separate? I had that red one but by the time I tried to use I found out they forgot to include the activation code with it!

For the EWS4 comes with the programer if you buy the complete kit, but for the ews-3 nop, you have to buy it separately

No, I did not, a Xhorse might work but I do prefer to use a original chip since the programming procedure not that simple, I don’t want to remove the EWS twice, you know what i mean 👍🏻

After the chip is written, does the micro have to be written again? Or is it already ready?

After you write the chip, Automotive the chip gets written back, you don’t have to write it again
