There are a lot of people who don't like rubber band tracks. However, I'm one of those modelers who doesn't care about that at all. As I was assembling this complicated track, I thought about how simple and easy to work Tamiya's rubber belt-type track is! !! !! I kept repeating this over and over in my heart. It was really hard. Hello from Liepaja. I see you made a Miniart tank. I am too lucky to have made some vehicles from that company. It wasn't easy. But when I saw how you built tracks, I understood that hard models belong to you.
Making the tracks was quite difficult, and we had to experiment with various ways of assembling them. I think the method shown in the video is the smartest. And once you experience this difficulty, you will no longer want to work on mini art kits for a while.🍺🍺🍺

There are many different shops online, and I bought this model as a used kit from a shop run online by a large model shop called "Surugaya." A shop you can trust. Nice kit, but am I the only one wondering why they bothered with the firewall, when there is no interior in the hull? If it was just made to make the humm more stable and squared up, why didn't they just use a plain piece of plastic? This here is what I think adds unnecessary cost to the model. The same goes for the overengineered tracks - that amount of detail is just bothersome, makes the kit more expensive and doesn't really add anything; I'd say piece and piece tracks, where you have some parts of the track molded in lengths are much better, just adding loose individual track parts around the drive and idler wheels. Much faster and looks just as good; it is a model after all, not a toy.
As others have commented, this is a kit originally designed for full interior use. This is a kit that omitted the parts and was sold without the interior. You can see its traces in various parts. Even so, I was amazed at how difficult it was to assemble the tracks. As you say, I think the burden on the creator is too great. There's probably room for consideration. Hello, I have one question, I'm working on Tiger E model and I want to do some chipping effects with basecoat and chipping fluid. From what company do you recommend chipping fluid and can I apply it with brush? I would be really grateful for respond :) Have a nice day!
I have never used commercially available chipping fluid, so I don't know. I always use a very cheap hairspray that I can buy at discount stores. You also asked if it can be applied with a brush, but I think it would be difficult to do so with a brush, as you would need to apply too much. The best way to apply it would be with an airbrush.🍺🍺🍺
