  • This class is designed to bring relief to overworked legs and feet caused by working standing up for a lot of hours a day 👠👞 We will compress and stretch the different areas of the lower body to reactivate circulation and lose the feeling of heaviness standing for long time creates.
    [This is an all levels Vinyasa Yoga class. I will give variations for every level so you can adapt this practice to your needs. No props needed.]
