Anyone who doesn't think this is the best thing since sliced bread is, quite frankly, a momal mwam.
And an ummer mosspom :-D
Dosser and a dwad
you might say they're a compleme cunum
A complete mentalist is what Alan would say.
You're an idiom!
“You’re a compleme cunm” 😂
Fasinator!
"He is a very unpleasant individual... a bit like Jamiroquai" 😂😂😂
Mid Morning Matters is peak Partridge. The formula distilled and perfectly refined
I remember not liking it when it first came out (prob comparing it too much to classic partridge), but it's my most re-watched era of partridge by far.
Mid morning matters is my favourite Partridge content & ironic as my North Norfolk digital mug arrived in the post today courtesy of my brother as a late birthday present 😆
Yep it peaked here
I disagree. I'm Alan partridge is better. Bye
100% agree
The idiom sketch leading up to compleme cunm is pure comedy gold.
You momal mwam
"The world doesn't revolve around you! You're not the moon!" Why didn't I notice this perfect little stupidity first time round? 😂
dont know
@@TheKermitShowYT thanks
Exactly 😂😂😂
"I'ts a beef tomato....... and here is Mick Hucknall!"
Once I’d put in a quick call to the DVLA, love-making could commence in anger!
I mean, that's happened to us all, hasn't it...? Eh? Oh. Sorry.
😅
the more I watch Alan Partridge's material the more I'm convinced that Coogan is an absolute comedy genius
Wait. U had to watch MULTIPLE times before u realised that ??? 🤦♂️
@@memyselfandi2506 did I say multiple times, ya tit?! jeez-louise 🤦♂🤷♂
are you on an E!
He's so down wiv da kidz, innit...
Pioneering use of cannons!
AP on MMM is 10 on 10. Alan's expression at 8.06 is lovely stuff.
Top self .....I'd go as far as to say "text book"
That was textbook commenting Martin
'You're not the moon'
And tell Chegwin I'll pay for the dry cleaning but he should consider himself lucky
Thats something else
Yesterday only yielded three calls. I think panel beating was too narrow a topic 😂😂
Could you explain that joke?
@@emiel255panel beating is an old fashioned way of making car doors
@@rossjohnson9098 but then why was it a too narrow of a topic?
@@emiel255 Despite what people say about the men that manned the production lines at British Leyland, and they do, it doesnt take away from the fact that they were _excellent_ craftsmen
@@rossjohnson9098 no but I mean why was Alan saying saying it was too narrow of a topic?
I'd love them to make more of this. It was perfect.
Surely Coogan knows how well loved MMM is. I've seen every single second of Partidge from the day today, KMKY, to the not so great Alpha Papa and MMM is the winner. It's the most realistic version of Partridge and i assume the cheapest to produce. I would pay to watch another series.
The day today is incredible
I'm Alan Partridge is definitely up their with MMM.
*Edit there 🙄
Wrong! I’m Alan Partridge is the best by far.
The best Partridge by a country mile.
Mid morning matters is the best that thing that Steve coogan has created
Nope. I’m Alan Partridge is the clear winner
I’m sending this to Jonathan Ross 🤣
“Well I think you’re a prick” line was so funny I pulled a muscle from laughing so hard.
Are you on an E?!
I finally got “momal mwam “, 3rd time thru. (The m’s should be t’s). That’s a tough one for an American. Tw*t is not used as a general epithet over here.
14:20 "Eh? That's just word for word what it says on the back of the book" is this Chris Morris? Also, the acknowledged power Partridge has to cut anyone off at free will is displayed perfectly.
Partridge for life… End of
Undiluted, attention to detail, comedy genius.
Pointed sacks on the upper torso of a woman
My favourite gland just happens to be … mammary.
Mines the prostate
More rubbery than turgid...holy hell I'm dying here
"Spanning the length of the alphabet, it's Alan and Zoe.
(but mainly Alan)" 😅
I love Partridge, got to be one of the best characters ever devised 😂
The ability to develop and enhance a single comedy character over the course of 30+ years, never really dipping in quality, in multiple formats, is unparalleled.
it can be super frustrating when you're rubbery instead of turgid.
So near, but so far.
Now I want to see Samantha's ginormous arms.
Contact Jonathan Ross
Why does he say Deal or no Deal is his favourite TV show, when we know Alan hates Edmonds??
Pioneering use of cannons
Irony
A bit like Jamiroquai
I love how TH-cam now offers to translate this 'to English'
Just drive sensibly for goodness sakes
The future answer wasn't wrong 😅
"youre not the moon"
...... Not now mate!!!
"What is the best... thing?"
Let's have some more in the comments!
This is a little bitty, of Scritti Politti. hahaha.
Why is there a BBC logo. This was Sky.
Usually British shows are shown on BBC America, a lot of channel 4 shows are broadcast on BBC America with a BBC logo visible assume the same thing has happened here.
It was on Sky but its made by Baby Cow Productions company which is owned by the BBC.
Great job, BC productions but can you try to resist the BBC’s decree that unfunny broads MUST BE CROWBARRED into
every other scene?
PS-And yes it’s massive😘😉😉😘. Ask my wife
Kyle Minogue and david dickinson to make an umpalumpa
Shame about the panel beating call in
This show is peak Partridge
He is and hopefully soon to be was........a rather unpleasant individual....a bit like.....Jamiroquai.
Embedded into my peanut brain.
Baby cow...Paul CALF perchance 🎉 magic😉
Can I have a T-shirt?
No! No of course you can't...
What. Is. Alan. Firing. His. Friends. Air-rifle. Into.
2:01 asks a question, ignores the answer and says 'You, you'd love that'.
I love how the atmosphere turns rather sour between Alan and Simon during Simon's explanation. God this is really good stuff.
The first two minutes is just perfect 😂
From the giddy heights of "have you had an E?" to that awful silence 🔕
I think Gary Neville studies this.
"...not now mate"
Love that Alan screws Simon over at every opportunity
"mine happens to be the..........................................................mammary".
"and of course. Make sure the heatings on". 😂😂😂
8:33 Classic
Noticed Deegle Hooley make an appearance there.
THE FUTURE?
‘’. . .but mainly Alan.’’
This is like Back to the Future. Utterly perfect
That was Alison Moyet, again.
That obnoxious behaviour from Tim Key is excellent.
No acting involved as Tim Key is naturally obnoxious and arrogant
@@IainLister Explain.
Quite simple really - Tim Key is obnoxious in real life therefore doesn't require much acting to portray obnoxious behaviour
@@IainListerI've heard he's meant to be quite a nice guy
@@IainLister really? Because I've heard Iain Lister is a massive prick, so it's easy for him to come across as one.
"You're not the moon"
If a model is size zero, what size are you if youre smaller. Negative?
I know what the big eared boys do on the farm!
Lol. It's funnier when you see his face when he says that line
Tim Key 👍🏻
He's rubbish! His whole night nurse thing fell completely flat.
Sliced bread is the best thing. That's what people say.
Almost too painful to watch. Superb.
How on earth do you get a radio voice , that rough but smooth reassuring texture on every word ? Lovely stuff
More rubbery than turgid...
Enduring image.
8:09 😆
if jamiroqui could actually dance without looking so bleeding......dorky,,,,,, the world would be a better......-was he actually trying to look stupid do ye think? maybe so.... comedy? .....
Love the eyes rotating after Viagra was mentioned. I thought he was an Argentinian midfielder personally. Turgid and tumescence played in the French back four. Just pointed sacks of fat - the English back four.
"You compleme cunm !" :D
"Im a little surprised, Crispin"
Which Muppet?
Iv'e always enjoyed the scent of freshly cut grass...I meant nuansensesssahhhh
I love the counselor lady 😊 She's v funny
She was great as the head nurse in the "retirement home for the middle aged" in the fantastic Armando ianucci show.

The best comedy character ever made 🖤

OK
More like Richard Madeley than Richard Madeley.
genius!
When he talks about his past it shows such vulnerability and makes you sympathize. Good contrast to his insane ego
Doctors and this...perfect combo
Good Morning Britain is as naff as this, but some people still watch it...
