Keeps going even after he hits the bins - that's so brave. So ruddy bloody brave.
Braver than braveheart?
Is it scripted or did he genuinely fall
Thats what I thought, in many ways braver than a soldier fighting in Iraq.
@@wowwee8562 please be joking.
Wow Wee looked genuine to me. He is no stuntman
Everytime I hear of a new Partridge bit I worry that this is the point where it won't be as good and the it's time for Steve Coogan to retire him. But everytime it's just golden.
Coogan cares too much to let that happen-he will know when it's time.
Never. Partridge will be going for years to come. Old age.
the trouble is he looks younger now than in his knowing me knowing you and im alan partridge
@@wysiwyg2006 Alan's fictional birthday is only a year behind Richard madeley's who he basically is nowadays anyway to be fair
John Cusick Alan did reveal during the premiere of Alpha Papa that he looks younger because he recently had a “blast & scrape” procedure done on him 😂
"David Cameron's big society if you'll remember eight years ago" 😂
Well I think we better head back to the studio
The bit where he sprays Simon then keeps saying “I don’t know why I did that” gets me everytime.
Tim Key is brilliant. He brings real pathos.
Tash hag me too!!
Yes. Tim Key is brilliant as his side kick.
That fall was really well done.
Textbook.
He should get a bravery award for that
I thought exactly the same! I’m assuming he just committed to it and took the pain.
@@jackglossop4859 whoosh
I've tried to fall on a concrete floor, in a car park at night, on film, and it's not at all easy unless you plan to really hurt yourself.
Steve Coogan, his humour is always so clever, just great. So glad he's back.
You mean, so glad he's *_bounced_* back
“We will only film from the waist down”.
survivalisme88 oh God that’s worse
That was a total dig at Terry Wogan charging Comic Relief huge fees for his hosting 👏😁
"I've just pierced my foot on a spiiiiike"
The fact that people are still laughing while others don't know this is a skit it testament to the brilliant Mr. Coogan.
"I don't drink eggs anymore"
😂
You don't. Drink. Eggs. Any. More.
i'll pledge £5 if alan can eat a giant toblerone, while driving to dundee
In his bare feet
Make it £10 and he can have a net of Babybels in the glovebox.
Just flawless partridge as usual,in the UK we have so much comedic talent.Thank frig for Steve coogan.
"Partridge is down... I repeat... Partridge is down"!
Not even the shit presenters can stop Partridge being an absolute beast of UK comedy
This is the best Alan Partridge Comic Relief sketch by far!
Particularly impressive that it was done live!
This character will never get old.
Comedy gold as always. Feel sorry for those who don't find Alan Partridge funny. They're really missing out.
Sounds like a Partridge quote
Exactly right!
Saaaaaaddd
Kiss my face
That’s you, Piers Morgan.
And the chickens are scared because they don't know why they're so big!
And they go "OH WHY AM I SO MASSIVE???"
You make pigs smoke
You blow up a tree and use the leaves to make a dress for your wife, who is also your brother!
@@flyingscot982 I've seen the big eared boys on farms.
@@franklingoodwin you don't like outsiders do you? You like to stick to your own!
Sidekick simon is still at it!! Lmao
This was filmed on the 'Street Set' at Wimbledon Studios.
Where the bill used to be
Where the David Brent, Equality Street music video was filmed too.
It doesn't get any better than that. Picture Alan at home in his best cardigan, in a big armchair, feet up, with a glass of ruby fruit juice, a Norfolk locally sourced ham sandwich with colmans mustard, and Lyn is on her way, even though she has church group, bringing a James bond special edition DVD box set to the love of her life.
He nearly got pepper sprayed by Jadon Sancho lmao
🤣🤣
Pepper spray is illegal in Great Britain. It's a criminal offence to be in possession of pepper spray in fact it's impossible to purchase legally. Another Coogan americanisation which he loves...
@@conradmason87 Got a few I bought in Thailand
Holy shit hahaha
Comic genius! Loved steve coogan since ‘bag a shite,’ he is sheer comedy gold! Never stop!!!!
Are you a student?
I'll donate £75 if he feeds a beefburger to a swan
Or a swan burger to a cow
Or make a pig smoke
You complete cretin!
I’d pay £75 for a giant chicken.
What's wrong with feeding beef to swans?
He's been away too long. He's got the common touch. :')
'Alan Partridge Scout Patrol Leader '68-'70, North Norfolk Divsion' Does Scout sign. lol
Tim Key is genius
"Oh no thats worse" so well delivered
Lynn go stand by the Yakults
This is nearly as good as the full English breakfast at Gary Wilmots wedding.
Gary Wilmot now has his own range of full English breakfast available at all good retailers.
Kiss my face!
OSW BROUGHT ME HERE!
Don't watch comic relief nowadays, but thanks Jay for telling us about this!
Because I don't live in Britain, I'll likely wait till the full run of This Time has been broadcast. I've seen the first ep and enjoyed it. As a character, Alan is a marvel. It's nearly 30 years since On the Hour and Alan has succeeded across radio, TV, film, the internet, in print and audiobook.
Episode 3 is immensely funny. Although I've said that about all 3 after broadcast.
Love partidge ❤
Love his audiobooks lol.
Pixies and Partridge, good brain!
Yes! Its an extender !
😂
Jane O'keeffe hi 👋🏻
Cash back
Jane O'keeffe you know your onions!
@@Kingdonnerkebab I sure do jerrassic park 😂
Alan deserves one of his own AL-HA awards for this charity effort.
The rest of comic relief was utter tripe, this was genius
Tash hag me too.
That's sad. I remember the early ones and in fact the very first one that was a stage production of sorts, just an hour or so long thing was ahown on telly.
Yes, comic relief really used to be entertaining with some actual funny people. Who is actually funny on telly now though? I reckon actual funny people like Stewart Lee wouldn't go on it but I could be wrong
That unintended clip, at the start, exposing Partridge fiddling his expenses shows who he really is! I can't believe he's still on TV. I would have had him banned after he accidentally shot that old guy dead on his chatshow...
Key word there is accidental. He was handed a loaded flintlock pistol on live TV ffs, let it go.
It was a total dig at Terry Wogan who charged Comic Relief huge fees to host it in previous years. After that came out he didn't host any more 😁
@@sarahholland2600 The controversy about Terry's fee came out in 2007, just prior to that year's Children In Need. From the 2007 show to his last in 2014 he continued to present 8 more editions of Children In Need but took no fee. In 2015 he was unable to present due to having had a back procedure, then he sadly died in early 2016.
Three mugs and a comic legend!
Can you send us a receipt for the train? 'Yeeaaaaaah'
😂
I was hoping we would see Michael riding past on his bicycle "Desert Storm".
He was last scene jumping from a pier 🤣
I think Michael is canonically dead.
AGPartridge
Have you got a spoon?
No.
While wearing Tommy Hil-finger of course
"Back to Stench and Faunders..."
Best placement of a deely bopper I've seen this year, and it's only March!
The pepper spray joke just gets funnier and funnier every year.
Down, double back twister, bangs his head and bin, textbook, lovely.
Amazing!!! NEVER let's us down.
steve coogan should do a Challenge Partridge, like challenge anneka
That noise he makes when he falls over 😅
Still waiting for "A Partridge Amongst The Pigeons", "Monkey Tennis" and the long awaited "Dogs on Fogle" :)
No, it's "Swallow" that we need. th-cam.com/video/Ns8XQqIQusM/w-d-xo.html
Youth Hostelling with Chris Eubank
Inner City Sumu
In the meantime there's always Long Stanton Spice Museum or a cracking owl sanctuary...
What about cooking in prison?
That really is first class
The real Alan Partridge is back! This is more in line with his earlier work from KMKY and the first I'm Alan Partridge...he's actually very funny again. Even his demeanour is reminiscent of those years....love the new format on his new show....it really works and is cleverly written. Bravo!!
Just love Partridge.
He seems to have his aggression back, like the “up yours” on right to reply with Alan Partridge and more recently Chris Rea’s wife who won’t have the fish.
Always delivers, so bloody funny ....
“Do you need help Phaaacking”
The suit and hair style put me in mind of Bob odenkirk in better call saul. Is it time for better call partridge?
You haven't lost it, Alan.
Utter genius. Best bit of the whole night, tbh!
I love all his Partridge shows but I badly want another series like the hotel or caravan ones. His sitcom series' were fantastic.
"Is that a bear? Bloody hell they'll think I'm in there."
Try in the ousthouse its possibly peak partridge
You took that on the bus?!
The beauty of Alan it’s not what he’s doing or saying it’s the way he does it.
Why do I feel like everyone else in comic relief are the kind of people that Alan was designed to parody
Back to Stench and Faunders 😂
You couldn't present a cat!
I think those words apply more to Lenny Henry than Lynne
@@gregjones8412 haha 🎯
Cash back.
This is the best thing since...sliced bread!
Running in them shoes still gets me 😂
hats off to the make-up people! so very convincing.
"you STILL grip herrr!!"
True professional what ever the circumstances .., so Rudy bloody professionalism.
Pretty sure this is the funniest video on TH-cam...officially
Always delivers
I admire Alan... I just do !!!!
Laugh help is appropriate for Alan, because he makes you laugh but he DOES need help
Help 'laugh help' help Alan laugh again
Raising money for "The conservation of roundabouts with flower beds on"
I don't agree with Coogan in real life but his comedy character's are amazing
Ditto, I'd love to meet Alan Partridge or Tommy Saxondale, even Paul Calf, but probably not Steve Coogan
What I like to do with videos such as this one, is to just scroll through the comment section and read the entire script that people have kindly broken down into various smaller quotes, and just try and imagine how the actors delivered their lines.
Ed Smith Music most of the quotes here are from his TV series
@@Zauchi ...... are you a hairy Mary?.....
Nice use of sarcasm
@@franklingoodwin .....I don't know WHAT you mean.....
Alan partridge and ricky gervais did the best things for children in need.
Genius as always.
Snort. So timeless!
Is anybody going to talk about how the person with the pepper spray was Ola from ‘Sex Education’ on Netflix
And the female scout master was the Vicar’s Wife from Keeping up Appearances
'David Cameron's big socie- *smashes into bins*
They clearly filmed this on Equality Street. Would have loved to have seen a Partridge and Brent-off...

So bloody funny! The best sketch on comic relief
Comic relief is historically not funny, but do have a few funny sketches.
@@makeitsonumberone1358 I thought it was worse than usual this year with 1 or 2 highlights.
I agree
This is very good!
That fall looked like a proper fall!! He tripped over the clown feet. He didn't fall well at all!
What a legend
Indeed!
5:28 Hiya pal. Best bit for me
Go Alan go!
Yes! It's an extender!
Cracking!
I sooooo hope they make another seasons in the style of I’m Alan partridge . I want to know what’s going on in Alan’s private life while he is back on the BBC .
"which is in Scotland, so make sure you pay up" :D
Lovely stuff
Lift your knees up! LIFT YOUR KNEES UP,!
