Love won ton , but never try smashed ginger and green onion sauce for that (thought the sauce only for streamed chicken ) , thank you for the suggestion, differently will try when the opportunity a raise , thanks a million !

做雲吞用急凍蝦比較適合, 經過急凍蝦會脆口, 蝦肉太實可能你煮過火, 新鮮蝦會比急凍蝦腥味較重。

我買唔到,加大地魚粉,更加好味👍😀
Wong S 如果沒有大地魚粉,可以到海味店買整條乾的大地魚,放在烤爐烤得更乾,然後取出大地魚肉,用blender 打成粉末,骨頭與魚頭可以加上雞骨、豬骨弄湯,我覺得有大地魚的味道更好。
