As an actual Malaysian this is how Malaysian typically get into a fight, no matter the age, the relatives it does not matter they will argue like that and i have experienced that multiple times in my life.
as a malaysian, i never get into physical fights with my relatives; i only get into mild talk fights with them sometimes in the joking-around tone. as for the rest the comment said, he is right, no matter how old the malaysian is, they might still fistfight eachother. when i was in 3rd grade, i got into a fight with one of my classmates (the “cool” kid) and he injured my head pretty badly
