Hey, I'm Algerian, your style fascinated me to the point where I looked for the panipuri recipe and prepared it with hot sauce and mashed potato stuffing and ate it as greedily as you.Although in our country we do not know this food, but I tried it, it is really wonderful at first, it did not swell, but in the end I succeeded. @@jaystoes414 very crunchy just like eating chips but better (I'm talking about the crunch), and due to the water content it makes it better! The potato filling makes the whole snack tasty. I don't know how to explain it, but if you can bear a little bit of spice (in some stalls the spice is really high and one day I even cried due to the spiciness hahah.) Other than that you could just go on and on until your tummy's full. Btw the green water content is spicy

Yes!! Most tempting and it tastes different at every store !! There are more than four varieties in it ... pani puri/golgappe/puchka etc and each one is famous in different regions or states

Literally had panipuri a few days back and I’m craving it once again 😭 my fave flavour combo for panipuri is a spicy lentil stuffing, shredded egg and carrots with fried noodles as a topping, and tamarind sauce as the “pani” 😋

These are pani puri papads.. Its easily available everywhere. But original panipuri doesn't taste the same. I've seen your previous videos where you have eaten original panipuris. I guess you'll recognize a difference in taste.
Hi! Can you tell me what is the stuffed filling? Is is tuna?
@@gloriemae4362 not at all. Its a vegetarian Indian snack. Few areas use mashed potatoes some uses chick peas.. Then some add onions some don't. Then we mix spices with the potatoes (roasted cumin black salt and chilli powder). We dip it in a salty and sour mint water where we put spices like roasted cumin and coriander, chilli powder, black salt, tamarind, lime, coriander leaves etc. There is also a sweet water where spices jaggary /sugar tamarind etc are used. Lets just say your mouth will burst with different flavors and spices. You'll feel the heat but at the same time you couldn't stop eating it. Its like a full Bollywood movie running in your taste buds. Ha ha ha ha... Just give it a try. You'll never forget its taste.
