- Welcome to my new Channel. The term 'NINJA' is often symbolized by doing things swiftly, without notice, and perhaps most notably-- Ninja's do NOT do what is obvious to most. In fact a lot of how they get things done is not necessarily taught to the masses. I believe that such a level of precision can exist in the world of Real Estate. Where out of 10 real estate agents you may see, less than .01 of them are utilizing modern marketing strategies, social media, and proper training in these arenas to true productivity.

Met with a builder sales representative today, given the ok to do video tours. Have to figure out editing, how to draw traffic to my videos.

I don't know that tabs will help you as much in that capacity, focus on content and value.

Kristijan - thank you for your anticipation. To be frank, I simply have been completely occupied with clients and transactions. To a point where I will begin to restructure and look to hire more help to handle the clientele. I have a heart to teach, but the current season has occupied my time in content creation. With that said.... I will be filming upcoming content this week! Stay tuned.
How do you build relationships with builders so they let you film their properties?
I think the best way to build relationships with builders is to sell their product, the relationship, respect and trust is forged in the process. But certainly that is not always the case in the beginning, the other tips and insight for getting started, this is something that I cannot write in public, but will reserve for those partnered with me.

Do you get the builders and/or listing agent if it is listed with an agent on the MLS permission first or do you just film it and through it up on YT and be like if they have a problem with it they will contact me?

How did you go about this good sound with your iPhone and the clip mic
This video was not shot on iphone - rather a dslr and a cordless. But I contest that a corded mic for my iphone that I usually use works just as good.
