Hey Soomin! I just wanted you to know that I really relate to your philosophy of keeping things simple. I am just starting my TH-cam journey, and I really appreciate you taking the time to share your tips with us! It is so helpful, and really makes me feel more confident!
Such GOOOOD stuff! Saw you interviewed on Mike Sherrard's channel today. I am an agent, too, with some photo and video equipment. I have a DJI Osmo 3 like you showed. There is a setting in the DJI Mimo app that enables changing the responsiveness to "Sport Mode", then you can switch over to your native camera app on the iPhone. The gimbal responds a lot faster in Sport Mode but still smooths out the movement. Worth checking out if you hadn't seen that option in Settings. I started out with a two-hand rig. The gimbal fits in my jacket pocket, more "discrete"... I use a cheap lapel mic, too. Got a new Samsung phone a year ago and discovered it didn't have a headphone/mic jack! I had to buy a new (cheap!) mic with changeable connections to the USB port on the phone. Something to watch for! You are offering some very juicy marketing ideas in your videos!!! Great intro bumper, too! Thank you!
I totally agree with you - I got a Sony and all the works and I don’t even use it now because it’s too much tinkering with the setup to film efficiently, your setup is perfect!
great advice, I've always brought a videographer and used a DSLR with rode wireless mics, but have experienced all the issues you've mentioned. Too long to setup, need to coordinate schedules, issues with mic that go unnoticed. Just bought that dual handle setup for by b-roll shots
@@realestateninjabysoominkim1130 the mic you recommend lasted me about 2 months, come to find out it isn’t designed to be stored in your pants pocket. Ended up getting the rode adapter that has 2 inputs and a headphone jack. The 2 hand stabilizer really is the way to go, so much more convenient and easy to use

Awesome Video! Do you use a dash cam for your neighborhood tours?
I do not.
Great video. So I’m assuming that once you record on your iPhone, you just upload the video directly to TH-cam without any editing?
No I certainly edit.

Yessir, Dallas is a great opportunity to run it.
What app or platform, if any, do you use\ prefer for video editing and creation?
For simplicity - I recommend iMovie for Apple and Filmora for Windows.
Great video Soomin I appreciate you sharing the knowledge. 0:13 Btw where do you get your music for your intro?
That music was utilized by my design team, I believe it was accessed from their editing software. I do not have access to it personally.
@@realestateninjabysoominkim1130 Ah okay, no worries
Do you sometimes narrate the video as you go through a home?
Many do, I don't.
But were you using an iphone to film this video or are you filming on your iphone?
Hi Peter, this was NOT filmed with an iphone, but a Canon DSLR from a videographer that often helps with certain videos.
What software do you use to edit your content?
Filmora
What platform do you use to upload to edit? Thanks
Filmora
