@@AnkitaMishra-ro1qr really depends on how many times you can go to the gym. If you can do 6x week then go with PPL or 3x week then do Upper Lower split or Full body with one day rest in between each day. I go to gym 6x week so I follow PPL which target my muscle groups twice a week

Brother no offence i totally agree on what you say but i am following bro split from last 1 year and results are mind blowing but now i am going to jump on push pull leg and to beginners i will recommend bro split and just do 5 sets of each muscle group and like if you do chest on monday then do tricep on tuesday then back then bicep then shoulder and on Saturday legs !
Once you feel that you have gain muscle mass and you are not beginner anymore you can also switch to push pull leg with good diet
