How much weight has to be reduced during diff phases??
Like as a Beginner 5kg/7.5kg is heavy for me like in Phase 1...so what should be appropriate weight in phase 2 & 3?
With the 5 kgs, do 3 sets of 8 reps... Next do 8,8,9... Next day 8,9,9... Next day 9,9,9... Go on till you reach 12,12,12... Then move up in weight and repeat the same process... This is called progressive overload 🔥
