I havent tried and don't have the ability to test this unfortunately as I no longer have the case it was a build for someone else. However I have had a look at Google images with a vertical gpu and it doesn't look like it leave much room around the cpu so I don't think it's possible but I could be wrong. Maybe if you got an after market vertical gpu mount that allows the gpu to sit further down then it might be possible. Sorry I can't give you a definitive answer.
However looking at this link www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3624-corsair-4000d-airflow-case-review-vs-solid-panel it looks like there is loads of space.
I'm also thinking of switching from NZXT s340 case to this corsair 4000x rgb. included fans and overall space looks pretty good. very nice build and video wish you the best man.
How do you like the Black version? Is the tinted side panel too reflective, how well does the RGB show when the side panel is on? I can't decide between the white or the black as I wish the black had clear glass like the white version.
So I’ve built my first gaming pc with this case, but because the case did not come with a fan controller 1/4 of my fans is not spinning, do you know how I would resolve this issue?
I noticed in your video the adata D60 ram rgb was stuck.. I have the same ram and one way I got it to function normally again was downloaded Asus armourycrate app. The adata rgb program didn’t work for my build...5950x and an Asrock X570 Taichi. Nice build! I definitely going to get this 4000x case if my new gpu if I ever get one doesn’t fit in my Corsair 220T case.

It just fit mate. It was quite a while ago I did this build and unfortunately I don't have it anymore so can't look and see what I did but I don't remember there being any problems at all

Yes the motherboard has 6 sata ports on it so you can install hard drives as well. If you were to use the bottom m.2 slot for a ssd then that does disable sata ports 5 and 6 I believe. But other than that would not be an issue at all.

Since the 4000x comes with 3 SP120 Fans in the front panel. I wanna get 1 more fan for my exhaust. I'm looking to get an LL120 but what I want to know is can I sync in the LL120 and the SP120 in the iCUE app?
@@BurnedCoconut I haven't but both types of fans are icue compatible so you can just hook up the exhaust fan to the included controller and then icue should recognise it and allow you to control it
Great build. If I add 3 x LL120 RGB fans to the case with the triple pack that comes with a RGB Lighting hub and Lighting Node PRO, can I get the the iCUE software to control the RGB of both SP and LL fans without buying anything extra?
According to a few forum posts I've seen, corsair forum and LTT forum, no you will need 2 hubs and cannot use different types on the same hub. That's very unfortunate and I feel like they should make this possible.

It comes with 3 argb fans. I think they are sp120s. Check corsair website might tell you. Unfortunately I can't check physically because this was built for someone else so I no longer have it

mate finally 2 nvmes in a build so I have a build on its way from awd it comes with a 250gb nvme that's it .. I want to also install a 1tb nvme in the second slot so I don't have to mess with cables installing a sata ssd ...build has a b550e strix and a 3070 and 5600x so my question lool if I install a second m.2 nvme will my gpu performance be less or isit a myth because I heard it changes how the gpu runs please advise me cheers
I've never heard that before buddy. I have recently put a 2nd nvme in my system and that is b550e and 3080 and I haven't noticed any performance difference.
Unless what you've heard is about using the 2nd pcie x16 slot because I think on the b550e both are gen for but if you use the 2nd slot as well then they both drop to x8 instead of x16. But not an issue really.

Hard for me to say for sure. I used adata xpg argb ram and there was no problem with clearance. Maybe have a look if you can find the dimensions of the corsair ram and compare them to the adata xpg. If they are similar then I guess it should fit
Does the USB in the front of the case work ? I'm about to order the parts but pc part picker says that particular USB won't work for some reason. @noob here.
I'm planning to move my build to this case, its mostly the same as yours but air cooled instead of water. Do you think the 4000x will be OK for air cooled?
@@DowsettReviews to be honest I like the glass front. Currently have a CiT Blaze case which has a glass front and side, it's nice but is a bit compact. I had to put the fans in after the mobo and had the be really careful which cooler I got, to make sure it wasn't too tall. After something with a bit more space and the 4000x seems pretty good. Also the cable space inside the Blaze is dogshite.
@@Nightworlder yeah the 4000x is decent mate. Plenty of room for activities lol. The included fans are nice too just expect to pay a fortune if you want more of them lol.

Really impressed with the case. The airflow isn't bad actually for how closed off the front looks. I feel like the gaps down the side provide enough air.

Ll120s are icue controlled and each separate icue compatible product shows up in icue so I see no reason why you couldn't sync them up.

The included hub will do the trick and can control up to 6 fans. If you need more fans you will need another controller.
Hello, I was just wondering if the AIO cooler fans (ML120) and the case fans (SP120) sync fine when connected? Also how did you wire them.

Should be fine buddy. It doesn't have the beat airflow ever but it isn't bad really. Maybe if you're worried get the 4000d airflow

Must have paid an arm and a leg for that 3080, I’ve also seen people recommended an exhaust fan for the rear due to the lack of airflow in the 4000x
Paid msrp for it buddy. Got very lucky. Yeah an exhaust might help a little but the aio was used as exhaust so not too bad.
