@@derekdrummond7544 hi yes I have checked all the backround apps but I got none of the apps running in the backround maybe their will a software issue samsung gonna fixed in the upcomming software update
If you set up your phone using smartswitch, that'll be why. Many people, including myself, set it up this why, and it causes abnormal battery drain. Try setting it up as a fresh phone, it fixed my battery life issues and hopefully yours.
Man, I just got three horizontal lines and a grainy display at low brightness in a dark room. Many people on Reddit have this issue too with their s24u
Appreciate bro its real usage and real battery backup test most of youtubers shows they have 2 days battery backup and i shock that😅 how they manage to get 2 days battery backup😅 i think they are faked and there for i am exusted from my s24 ultra because they show higher backup time but in real my battery last in 17 hours
My battery was really good 1st wk until I restarted phone for a refresh & then doing same things as b4 took more battery. Rather puzzled by that. Says it learns your habits but I use a lot of devices so some days I wasn't using much so I hope it goes back to initial slow drain. Its still not bad but I could go a few days & now not so much & no heavy usage. I haven't been using high voltage charger either hoping slower charge means slower drain but idk. Great phone tho. No real complaints honestly but I am looking fwd to camera updates cuz while it's crisp & beautiful I feel my s9 had better low light pics (were naturally brighter). I am still learning all the settings tho.
Its pretty good, but the problem for me is that using it 100%-5% every day will kill the battery in an year. I need a phone that 70% of the full battery is enough for my day just to be able to comfortably expect the phone to be usable in the second year. If one does a complete cycles the battery might not even last the first year...meaning of course to hold to its original capacity.
If you set the battery protection it will charge it only to 80% or 85% and if you remove photo ambient wallpaper + always on display show always wallpaper... you will probably get that.
@@VelianSpeaksTech Yep, that is what I'm doing and my S23U battery shows 99-100% health after the first year. My other phone that I use with no care is 87%. So if you decide to use the phone for more than an year......well I won't all my battery capacity to be there because when I travel I charge to 100% and have 100%, but otherwise I'd have just 87% exactly when I need the most battery.
I do. Both will get me the same with this type of usage as in the video. Why do you think mobile data is not efficient, what do you mean with that, ie that is burns too much of battery?
I get about 5-6 hours SOT on my Pixel 8 Pro on 5G but around 7.5 hours using LTE/4G (turn 5G off). I only need 5G if I am doing large downloads which is rare so 4G is excellent as it is ubiquitous, whereas 5G comes and goes in the UK making it inefficient. People need to use common sense; 4G is fine during the day if battery life is an issue.
For some reason, my s24ultra is delivering worst battery life I have ever experienced. I moved from s22 ultra and now the phone is giving me not more than 3hours SOT. What should I do?
@danielchristensen5835 bought it on day one. Already using it for about a month now. No improvement yet? Should I get it checked. My only fault it seems is that I moved all data from S22 ultra directly and didn't set this one up as a brand new phone. Do you think that might be the reason?
@@mytechwithzain5569 That's possible, you could try to backup and then factory reset and set it up fresh while restoring backup. If you still face issues, I would take it to Samsung. I get around 5 to 7 hours of screen on time with my S24 Ultra on heavy usage and around 9 to 10 hours with light usage.
Yes, but I would like to know the battery life with full day Mobile Internet. Because I am getting around 4 hours of battery life on my s24u with full day LTE enabled.
Well, if you watch my video, you ll see that I achieve 6 h 35m with mixed WiFi and 5G usage, so 4 hours screen on time 100% on LTE sounds about right if you use it with QHD+, 120 Hz and no lite mode.
Not even 7 hours screen on time? I always get 10 of 11 hours on my One Plus 12 with heavy use scrolling playing games and more. Should not the Ultra be somewhat close to the One plus when it comes to battery life
First of all one plus 12 got 5500mh battery almost , now I don't know whether u r lying or not or what settings u have turned on or not , it all depends , like location , dark mode and all , whether u r using on wifi and data mix or on complete wifi , so in every scenario results would differ , but I have seen lots of videos and I guess those who have did comparison one plus 12 vs s24 ultra vs iPhone 15 pro Max vs other flagship smartphones , one plus 12 even having 5500 my battery came at 3rd position, 2nd was s24 ultra and 15pro Max having a 4500mh battery came first , so I m definately sure that s24 ultra would beat one plus 12 if someone uses it with ur settings or whatever u have done , plus going outside temperature also varies, phone heating, signal differences everything counts
@@VelianSpeaksTech I don’t play games mostly social media and TH-cam approximately the iPhone is better by 10% specially on cellular data the gab will be wider
Yes, "Lover of Tech" did a review of using mobile data and surprisingly the iPhone beat the S24U. Bearing in mind the Samsung has the latest X75 modem (16% more efficient) this suggests Apple has superior modem/data management. I think Apple uses AI to assess the network and use what is more efficient for what you are doing.
In comparison to other Chinese flagships, the S24 Ultra's speakers provide exceptional sound clarity and volume. While Apple's speakers may have a stronger bass boost, the S24 Ultra's speakers, particularly with Dolby Atmos enabled, deliver an immersive and enjoyable audio experience. Great video. Very useful test! I have a question about charging the battery on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, for someone who knows: When I charge the battery of my S24 Ultra with a 45W charger, the smartphone only charges if it is turned on. If I turn off the S24 Ultra and try to charge the battery with the same 45W charger, it gives a moisture warning message in the USB-C port (with an image of a drop of water, pointing towards the USB-C input) and it simply doesn't work. If I use a 15W or 25W charger I can charge the smartphone when turned off, it's just not possible with the 45W charger. Has anyone tried charging the Galaxy S24 Ultra with a 45W charger (Samsung), with the device turned off? And does it work (charge the battery) or do you also have the problem I described above? Thanks in advance to anyone who knows the answer or can test it. Cheers!
