My kind of love is unconditional. You can change from one day to the next. So also can your spouse. It has to do with the aging process. When you are young/hormonal vs not...for example. People need to be aware of their own body chemistry and respect it. If you feel unhappy in your life, change yourself rather than trying to change your spouse. If you feel that you need alone time, then do it. In life, be honest with yourself. Admit when you need help, and accept blame when it's your fault. Stay friends with your spouse no matter what. These are lessons I've learned the hard way. Cheers!

I've just come out of a 9 year marriage that I see now was totally toxic. Constantly blamed for things: gas lighted, guilt tripped and taken for a total idiot. Even made to feel i was wrong that she cheated because her reasons were obvious now an excuse for bad behavior. I see there was no moral compass and empathy as it was all twisted logic that made me realise that she deflected all her guilt towards me. I tried to forgive only she brought up the same stuff all the time that was her reasoning to cheat. Making me understand it was toxic and never going to change she kept her love hurt love hurt cycle going until infinalky let her go and it was the best thing I.ever did years of trying to repair a pumcture that is like a watering can was never feasible. I thought I loved her only it was infatuation. Only I don't look at it as a waste but a learning curve. I took the steps to not feel bad. Enjoy your independence and figure why you departed. You'll realise that true love will allow you independence. I totally gave up on love: only neighbours a faithful local man to my marriage I never even tried afterwards. I was yearning for a love that was never going to be reciprocated. The moment I realised she had me back just for sex. So I did and told her it 2as the last time ill do it. Was true and left. She hasn't contacted after constant bombarding of hateful then nice to damnright psychological torment. Saying she had a phantom pregnancy that never existed but she claimed a miscarriage from a phantom 👻 omg I still.haven't phathomed out thatvone..but I led myself to heal. I left her to it as it was time I felt itvwas goodbye forever. She was not even bothered so that hurt but helped. As soon as I gave up, the most amazing soul turned up in my lfe. She has given up her life for me and we are totally in real live. Not the fake stuff but that love where there's butterflys and thinking and saying the exact same things I told my Wife and all she coukd show was angryness. So let her say her things and said. It was meant to be..all of it and thank you for doing all that dirty shit as you released me for my new love to appear. And she did so instantly ot is even more remarkable because she lives in another country and is hoping to move after selling up. We have net and it hax been a whirlwind. Im actually going to her country tomorrow as we have two concerts booked. Everything we lovecis the same. Totally see now how fake my sham of a marriage was.
