@@VaultWeasel not a fan of the Brahmin machine as you can only have this or the pop corn machine. I use popcorn a lot more often so prefer that and you can get a Brahmin with the fertiliser station.

So for me, it’s under the camp option in the atomic shop. I purchased it about 2/3 months ago so I’m not sure if it’s a limited time thing. The storage limit is 10, that’s why I mentioned in the video anything that isn’t decent food and something you don’t actually want to preserve, then you you take it out. Only leave in what you want to keep fresh. 👌

Yeh this was an old trick they usually let you buy items that aren’t on the store as long as you got the atoms in your account. Good tip, I forgot about this gem.
You should empty your collectron everytime you check it because it goes by weight. It stops collecting eventually so if you empty it you have more room for better items
It does but if you keep the best foods in there and take all the lower quality foods out, it means when there comes a time for grinding events or something then you have a fridge full of top foods ready to go, all with full spoilage meter.

You can go to Bethesda’s website and request to buy it that way if you speak to them. They will deduct the amount of atoms it costs from your account and give you the item you want, in this case the collectron! 🔥
@xdqwg that's fair. I only just made it back after a hiatus when Atlantic city came out,just due to real life getting in the way. But with the tea and coffee dispensers, the cookie jar, the birthday cake from the bombs drop event, and the nuka collectron I rarely go hungry or thirsty in game now.
Kinda sucks, I have a disdain for anything Communist and would never get this. I am from East Germany and cannot even think of promoting - even in fantasy- anything Communist.

A worth while mention is you can only have one collectron per camp/workshop. So multiple workshops will yield a nice stash if desired.

there is a working milk machine that makes 25 Brahmin milks, and a radstag dressing station. :)

It’s about 4 minutes I think per collection, go off do a quest and when you’re back you should have a few bits to collect from it! 👌
I pick up the rotten meat and vegetables everyone drops and eat that. I almost never get sick. Almost.
I get that but using this gives you some crazy buffs, once you start using the right foods you’ll struggle to go back. 🔥
