Part 2 post showing what it took to get my tiny house situated in the mountains of Colorado. The 20k pound tiny house was pull over 2,000 miles from Oregon to Colorado by a F350 to its final resting place. Due to the weight, road steepness, and ground clearance I had the house pulled the final 1/2 mile by bulldozer.
I had concrete footings poured to anchor the home from high winds and give it a permanent feel. The sewer is also done and water well in. My first project was to add a temporary entry deck. Footings have been placed for a 250sqft deck to be added later. The views are well worth the effort.
