I honestly wish Ghost Wire had been more of this. Actually getting scared or creeped out by stuff, feeling intimidated by the creatures you're facing. Even with KK here it feels creepy. Too bad it took THIS long. Thanks for the video, Buff!

Most of the game I cud handle, sometimes I had shivers. But the first time seeing this guy had me scared shitless. Ik it was gonna appear in front of the door when it disappeared. But I didn’t think it’d follow me. I was so on edge and I hated it but also loved it for actually being spooky
I just played this level. I understood it’s weeping angel/SCP-173 rules immediately. That thing was by far the creepiest part of the whole game by far.
It's a fucking shame we never got the psychological horror Japanese mythology and folklore centered game ghostwire tokyo was supposed to be. This quest clearly proves it could've been so. Even as someone who loves the horror genre this quest had be scared, creeped out, and was up there with one of the best horror sequences ive played. If only ikumi nakamura didn't leave mid development...The game could've been centered around stuff like this, Akito and KK being partners and investigating paranormal/corrupted environments/buildings and having to clear them out.
I've played this game for quite awhile now...even finished the game...prematurely. Got on the bike way too soon...with many quests unfinished....like this one. Until I got to this section, and faced that mannequin,...I had not had the reaction I did with it. It was creepy AF!! I literally was getting chills over and over again!! By far, the most psychologically disturbing I've experience in a game. Watching it here doesn't do it justice. When you're playing it,...it _really_ brings it to a personal level...even more than the other monsters. The soundtrack, sound of the mannequin,...the way it continued to follow you,.....downright creepy. And for a while, I didn't realize you could knock it down...though eventually, it didn't matter, since it got up so quickly. A commenter down below mentioned the word "intimidating". That's an understatement! A game full of things like this would be beyond unnerving!

From the first moment I laid eyes on this thing I started getting 'Nam flashbacks to Corpse Party, this jump scare hit me way harder than it should have 🤣🤣🤣
@@BuffMaister I haven’t been scared so badly since Fatal Frame (PS2) and Silent Hill. controllers are too expensive to be flipping them in the air cause i screamed LMFAO

Seeing the very first resident evil 1 psx zombie intro that got me scared when i was young, i dont even know why that got me so badly as i could easily watch horror movies with no issue. And resident evil 2 Leon b scenario mr x wall smash jump scare. I really miss the feeling of being scared in horror games.

And I thought it couldn't open the door, but apparently it can soooo that's where I am right now :(
