This mission's full of details. There's a note in a room near the principal's office that says hanako's boyfriend went through a lot of pain every time he looked at hanako's spirit walking in the corridors of the school, so he had the idea of wearing sunglasses...so yep interesting fact you can equip sunglasses to akito and actually see hanako without getting damage 🤯
Didn't find the game particularly scary to be honest and I thought that applied to this side mission as well. That was until I went back to the school later in the game to find KK"s notes and I hated every moment of walking through those halls wondering if that damned mannequin was going to show up again. Appparently that shit gave me PTSD 😅
As soon as I entered that room I was like “wasn’t there a mannequin in here?” I completely missed the on the table and when I stepped out of the room that’s when I saw him and I immediately thought of the urban legend about the anatomy doll moving when you don’t look at it (even Koreans have the same urban legend) and I was making sure never to leave it out of my sight it was later on that I thought of shooting it but I was already at the media room by the time I tried that
It's a fucking shame we never got the psychological horror Japanese mythology and folklore centered game ghostwire tokyo was supposed to be. This quest clearly proves it could've been so. Even as someone who loves the horror genre this quest had be scared, creeped out, and was up there with one of the best horror sequences ive played. If only ikumi nakamura didn't leave mid development... The game could've been centered around stuff like this, Akito and KK being partners and investigating paranormal/corrupted environments/buildings and having to clear them out.
i don’t think Tango Games wanted this game to be a real horror game, they’re saving that for the eventual Evil Within 3 imo. Still there were many cool effects and “hallucinations” in Ghostwire that made me think it would’ve been so amazing if they went full out horror like TEW.
Side quests should pop up on the map when you open it. it's called Fear for the Children. It's on the left of the Yamaki Shrine area in the small playgarden.
@@BuffMaister A reflection of a gamer in a dark room, thought my game froze. Ment to be yourself i guess shit got me fucked up when i saw it had to go outside for minute.
@@BuffMaister When you interact with 3 of the mirrors (any afaik) there's a loud clicking sound like pulling the plug on your TV, all game audio is completely muted, the HUD disappears, and all you see is this blurry image that looks like your own reflection on the black TV screen, tho it's just some random Asian guy with his face covered in darkness holding a controller. Unironically made my heart skip a fucking beat and like poster above, I had to get a bit of a breather before I could keep playing lmao. Never felt such a spine chill from a game before
Ah I see, I have to see that at some point. There was a random dialogue that popped up during the 2nd part of the quests with the 3 mirror, but I was outside the bathroom, also the hand sticking out of the toilet pot that didn't do anything.
@@jokkepokke95 just experienced it.. even tho I was comfy in bed chillin, it’d very morbid, self-aware, and uncomfortable staring at him for such a while. Bravo for the scares during this side mission
Any one know of a walkthrough for the kk notes in the school i found 4/5 the one by the gym on the stairs to to the right on stage, the one in the computer lab and the one in the clubroom and media room but idk where the last would be
I didn't find anyone talking about it so I will ask. In this room 52:41 you can put certain stones. Does anyone know where they are at? I know about one wich is on the south edge of a map in a apartment with new KK note in it.
I forgot about that room after clearing the quest. I can't help you other than saying if you know what the stones are called that you look for that through google. It should be on the ghostwire wiki or reddit at least.
This is a useful map tool for the game. I dunno if it includes what you're looking for but the haunted picture spots are in it. mapgenie.io/ghostwire-tokyo

Who else was creeped out by that mannequin that followed you?
doesn't help that he came out exactly when we need to do thorough area searching

Holy fuck that is creepy as hell
Omg that shit was giving me anxiety
Me right now I literally paused the game when I take the last clue on Media room I can't save and the mannequin is missing 😭😭😭

Am i the only one who played music through this entire mission to be...less scared?
No
Also, put the highest brightness
Me in this mission im so fucked.
People regreting to go this mission about the mannequin.
...You know that you could the Ghost-Sight-Thing to see Hanako-San before she half kill you ???
I’ve heard this side mission is cool. Where exactly did you find this on the map?

It's a shame you missed the jumpscare in the bathroom at 24:20. That's some of the creepiest shit I've ever seen in a game.
Was something suppose to happen there?

51:17 Scared me when you open up the map -_- Man i am literally watching your guide so i do not go at this alone.
I wouldn't want to mess up this level in case I plan on continuing Ghostwire Tokyo again after realizing that this level scared the hell out of me

Follow the mission indicator. You must have missed something.
The side mission is better than the game.
@@aulasdematematicaefisica yes, the side missions were a lot better then the original story of the game.
@@BuffMaister I wanted more horror games with a fixed cameras system. In that Hitchcock style.
that mannequin gameplay mechanic ..i have recently see it in re village's dlc...and it was way better..more creepy
How is this game a 12 haha
