Do you know if the part that the crank goes on can be replaced? I found a used regulator that works but the part where the hand crank goes on is broken off

What if the windows don’t want to roll at all? That’s not a regulator problem is it? Seems like a crown shaped part broke off but can’t find the name of it anywhere
