Thanks ,Cross ram quite trick i like it , i checked out your 349 cool , have you had it down the strip , I have a 385 W for my bullnose all forged and aftermarket parts except block , and have a Motec computor for that to. Cheers
The cam doesn't seem that big with the ITB , it made 578 hp but good midrange torque , it was very loud , didn't get to try my shorty mufflers (louder) , or cool the intake with CO2 , lots of difficult tuning , and have been sorting the accell , decell and sensitivity , tricky . Thanks .
They idle ok and have good torque mid range compared to my Victor but it depends on your runner length , have to be synced at idle and also make sure just as the linkage takes up each side is the same , I think you could benefit by having a speed density say 15-20% and the remaining on alpha-n blend . Cheers
Did you get your throttle body induction system adjusted? Is that efi or old school mechanical cross ram? Currently gathering parts for a 408w sbf going into a 70 Ford Torino.
Hi Jason , its EFI with 60 or 65lb deatworks EV14 and MoTec ecu , haven't had much of a chance to get on to the manifold , weather too wet and a lot of other projects , got a stroker SBF 385ci for my Bullnose F150 , making log lift for my wood splitter , need to make some more videos , are you going to run efi 1000 throttle body or Hi ram etc . You will like the 408 great torque to help move the Torino . Cheers .
Wow ! some skill has gone into that
It was a bit of mucking around . Cheers.
alloy block, ITB, nice crank trigger, cogged alternator drive, you have done such a great job mate, so many cool little trick bits,
Just a ford block , everything else aftermarket forged stuff , Steve Morrison intake , I made all the rest , thanks for your comment . Cheers
Nice, love that crossram!

Very Nice!
Thanks Steve , sorry the lighting was so crappy .
cool. nice valve covers. do you have the torque peak value and rpm? really unique intake system with a lot of eye appeal. great sound.
Thanks Bob , it had , 499.2 wheel torque @4281 rpm , I have some nice Gurney eagle replica/windsor ones now $$ .
That car sounds amazing!!! What kind of power did it make??

I love the way the cross ram looks, but I'm worried on idle, low end. Can you maintain 700-800 rpms smoothly?
