Whenever we have a free moment, we dive into exploring new recipes because we know that life sometimes gets filled with activities, leaving little time or energy for cooking and necessary grocery shopping. But we are not willing to compromise the quality of our meals. So, what do we do on those days?
    The solution is closer than you imagine. In our kitchen corner, the air fryer has become an irreplaceable ally. When time is of the essence, but we still want to enjoy an exceptional meal, our first question is always: 'What can we prepare in the air fryer?' And we assure you that the answer never disappoints. Moreover, one of the aspects we love the most is how easy it is to clean.
    Today, for lunch, we decided to break the routine by freezing a bag of vegetables. In the blink of an eye, we turned them into a delicious spice-infused cream with smoked tofu, potatoes, and carrots, to which we later added some cashews. In less than 20 minutes, we got an amazing recipe, and the best part is that this recipe is incredibly versatile. You can adapt it to your preferences with any vegetables you have on hand and substitute cashews with walnuts, almonds, vegan cheese, or nutritional yeast-the possibilities are endless!
    For a snack, we prepared an irresistible banana and chocolate cream in just two simple steps. It's perfect for satisfying those chocolate cravings, and we guarantee it will leave you satisfied.
    For dinner, our beloved air fryer roasted some delicious eggplants while we rinsed canned lentils and chopped vegetables to create a warm salad that we highly recommend trying. In less than 20 minutes, we had a healthy and delicious dinner.
