Ever since Tokyo tapes, I’ve been a fan of Uli Jon Roth. He just doesn’t get the credit he deserves as one of the greatest rock guitarist ever.… Keep on rockin.
he doesnt get the credit?? are you smokin some funny stuff?? worldwide acclaim isnt enough credit?? Where did you EVER get that notion.....listen to what this guys says starting at 3:00 min bro....cmon
No one can make that guitar sound better then Uli 😊 It’s a truly unique instrument, created by an outstanding guitarist with unique and special features ! Respect, Uli!!!! BTW Uli is also using my BluGuitar AMP1 😊
The quality was astonishing and the variety of tones Uli gets on his Vivaldi album shows off the features this instrument excels at which is perfectly matched to his playing and inspiring beyond words.
It swounds like, Wow, what a beautiful guitar calls out for me to play on it. Looks great and it's only a 6 string! You sound wonderful man, really. Great.
lol no matter who is shown, or what they have accomplished someone ALWAYS pops up with the "U" word. it never fails....NEVER...listen to what this guy says starting at 3:00 min and see if that sounds "underrated"
$16,500-$60,000 for a Sky guitar. I'm a big Uli fan (since the 1970's), and I know the guitars are great, but very few working musicians can afford a price tag like that.
Regardless of the price all of those features are so adapted to his style I doubt they would be useful to anyone else. Those guitars are meant for Uli.
Anyone can get some great sounds out of anything. I'll sit in a guitar store an get a great sound out of a toaster oven. That does not mean those guitars are useful to anyone else in real life practicability speaking.
I was thinking the exact same thing after having gone to their website.. Now, the fender YJM Signature model suddenly doesn't seem so expensive lol.. And if they made them for left handers as well, I'd surely get one.
Sorry to change the subject, but I can't help mentioning that beautiful delay. I have one of your H&K Replex units. Lately, because I'm moving a bunch of stuff around my house for maintenance reasons, I have been playing through my old Digitech Hardwire delay. Not a bad unit. But just this morning I plugged back into the Replex, and was astonished anew by how amazing it sounds. I especially love the dual head sound for dreamy, clean stuff. I sure wish you would hip me as to how you modified yours for a brighter tone. As much as I love it, I can't use it for harder rock styles. It's just too dark for that. Are you still planning to market a Bluguitar updated version?
I owned one which was a dream come true but i was too welded to my strats so didn't invest the dedication it needed and didn't need the extra frets to accept the sacrifice of getting in way of my picking which if i had dedicated myself im sure i would have overcome. I am to lazy to play standing up and would have invested in the leg rest if I kept it. wish l stil had it but know that i didnt do it justice. After owning various signature guitars i came to conclusion that my own preferences were different so built a partscaster to my own specs
I'm in the USA and have never seen a Sky guitar for sale here , i find the shape odd much like a flying V . Where some players like it and others not so much . Like the guitar Prince used ..not for everybody . It sure sounds good !

This guy here is a fantastic guitar player in his own right.
A very unique instrument!! Sounds beautiful.
I recently discovered Uli Jon and I was here to see him play ☹️.. Uli Jon Roth is 🙌🏼🎸
From time to time Uli himself is in our shop and then he plays a note or two... Camping ground behind the shop is free for you. ;-)

Uli is a legend and he carries the only guitar I would be willing to spend a LOT to get.

I wouldn't say so, this guitarist gets some great sounds out of it and he's not Uli.

German accent is the best
I would love to get a hot pink metallic purple metallic maple neck left-handed
I have been an UJR fan for a very long time and use elements of his style so he influenced me greatly.
You being out of tune was driving me crazy LOL
This guitar is ugly, but sound great
You played in a hair metal band in 80's right ? 😂🤣😭🥳

Uli never sounded as good as he did with a Strat.
