That line is 100% understandable, my guess is he reversed the first letter or syllable of each word and left the rest in tact. Or he reversed each syllable separately. It has to be one of those. Think about how the word "See" sounds. The 'S' is definitely backwards, but after that is ''ee''. The word See reversed conventionally would naturally have that ''ee'' to begin the sentence, but it doesn't, none of the words sound like that.
