I love that you created a video that explained how to measure and classify what I needed. I just ordered my replacements from you!

This video enabled me to know exactly which Caldwell balance I needed. In addition, their web site is a joy to use, their prices are low and shipping charges is more than reasonable.

You guys rock! Thank you for all the time you spent today, helping me find my window parts. I can now lift my windows up and not worry if I'm going to chop a finger off~ lol

The sniffles and the jazzy nails distracted me from all those numbers and specs. But, I got it in the end, so all's good :) Very informative video, thanks!

Is there any of those that are made with metal pulleys instead of plastic one that can take the weight of Storm windows be cause the plastic ones won't last 50 open and close times before they fail .

I want some too, Chris! In my case what is killing them is not weight but blown in dust. The rollers get jammed up and let the string go slack, then the balance manages to unhook itself from the sash, escapes through the top, and gets wedged in. Sure hope somebody comes to our rescue.

I just watched your video and notice that while you SAID 1 1/16" front to back, your tape measure showed 1 1/8". The first two winged bottoms showed the same tape measurement 1 1/8". So, not sure of you measured wrong or just had the wrong parts and said what you knew. Maybe the tape measurement was just for illustration but if it was you should have said so. Now I don't know whether to use what you showed or what you said.

Same here, I watch it 20 times, not sure which one I have to

Don't worry about what the video shows with the pictures of the measurements; go by what your own measurements show and match them to the part number.

And the last one you said 7/8" but showed 1". The video has great potential but those visual errors are confusing.

I noticed this as well. I would say, don't worry too much what images they show of the measurements; measure yourself and go with the part numbers they give for them.
